Un clásico en una edición preciosa, con los cantos pintados y una portada sencilla pero muy bonita.
Le quito 0,5 porque hay un párrafo entero duplicado en el texto y me parece feo este descuido cuando es una colección de una editorial grande y además se molestaron tanto en los cantos pintados y demás.
Las ilustraciones de dentro te muestran los bocetos de la versión animada de la historia y están cargados de detalles.
Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido poder conocer más en profundidad a varios personajes, como a los Siete Enanitos.

Probablemente el mas débil de esta colección. Me gustó, pero hasta ahí. Sentí que al ser una historia muy sencilla la de la pelicula, intentaron agregarle mucho para que no fuese una novela tan corta. Pero los agregados, en mi opinión, no funcionaron tam bien. La larga explicación se quienes son los 7 enanitos, fue muy larga. Metieron Lore poco interesante y que no aportaba nada a la historia del mundo, por ejemplo. Después todo el alargamiento artificial sobre todo para el final fue bastante molesto. No era necesario nombrar los 7 nombres cada vez que se necesitaba hacer referencia a ellos. Entorpecía mucho el ritmo. Igual es una historia bonita. No fue desagradable leerla, pero si no se hubieran esforzado para hacerla menos concisa, me hubiese gustado mas.

No por conocida, deja de estar bien esta historia. En el presente libro se añaden un gran número de escenas extra que enriquecen la historia y le dan mucho más sentido a la trama.

la princesa más hermosa del universo, eso me quedó claro porque esta escrito como diez veces.
la historia es la misma que la película pero se tomaron algunas licencias para describir personajes y situaciones que no necesitaban descripción. Pensé dejar el libro a causa de esto, sin embargo lo terminé.

Snow White is another classic Disney Tale that's been retold several times.
This special edition brings out the Movie version of the tale, along with some more context of the world and several characters. The edition itself is gorgeous, with a lot of conecept artwork in it.
We get new nuances when it comes to the Queen and her family, as well as who the Mirror may be. And once again I'm flabbergasted at how this woman could be so insecure about her beauty. The way she's described is gorgeous. Sje should've focused on working on herself, not being the most beautiful in the kingdom...
We also get a lot of detail about the dwarves and how their mines work as well as who they work for. It's honestly very interesting. I loved the beautiful description of the forest and the animals, who of course are a great source of comfort and help for Snow. It's all very idyllic and cottagecore-like.
Snow White is of course just as charming and kind as usual. Her beauty lies inside her heart, not just outside. We learn that her mother named her Snow White since she was born after a huge snowstorm. She's quite naïve, but it's not out of stupidity. We see that when she arrives at the cottage she has deductive reasoning, but she falls for the Queen's trick, because of her sheltered ubringing and her belief in kidness and innocence.
We also get some insight on the Prince's mind, as well as why he started singing with Snow. Apparently, he's just as desperate as her to find true love and saw himself in her song. He was requested at the end of the book to try to find Snow White, since she had been asleep for one year and her kingdom has no ruler. Since he still loved her, he went to search for her and they lived happily ever after.

Confesso que peguei neste livro com curiosidade e um certo cepticismo. Conhecemos todos a história — ou julgamos que conhecemos. Mas esta versão surpreendeu-me pela forma como expande o conto, dando-lhe uma profundidade que o filme da Disney nunca teve espaço para explorar. 🪞
Há mais contexto, mais nuances na maldade da rainha e mais vida nos sete anões. Adorei isso. Para quem cresceu com a animação, é quase como descobrir que havia uma história maior escondida por detrás do ecrã. ✨
E no entanto... ficou algo por resolver. Não consigo sequer apontar com precisão o quê — talvez a forma verbal, talvez a distância que a escrita mantém dos personagens, talvez o ritmo. Algo no estilo não me deixou entrar completamente na história. Li com prazer, mas sem aquele arrebatamento que os grandes clássicos costumam provocar. 🍎
Ainda assim, a Branca de Neve permanece o que sempre foi: um conto inesquecível. Esta edição merece um lugar na estante de quem ama os contos de fadas na sua forma mais pura — só não esperem que vos prenda pela garganta do início ao fim. 📖

El clásico de Disney y mi niñez. Todos sabemos la historia pero está versión está clara.
Cosas que note es que no dicen la edad de Blancanieves, ni el autor.
No hay beso, aquí es una declaración de amor verdadero.
Es un buen libro si eras fan de esta princesa, o como algo que pasaría de madre a hija supongo.

me gustó mucho, la verdad no tenía muchas ganas de leerlo, ya que la historia de blanca nieves para mi es aburrida, pero me gustó que incluyeran partes que no vemos en la película, y me gustó que quitaran comentarios qué hacen en la película (sobre todo los de gruñón)

Meh, es lo mismo que la película (obviamente) pero en algunas partes sentí como si le hubieran pedido a chat gpt que les transcriba las escenas tal cual.
No soy fanatica de Blancanieves pero es un poco más turbia de lo que recordaba.

It’s okay. The only bad thing is, that the seven dwarfs are not ONCE called dwarfs! It’s just „the seven“ or „the seven friends“. What the f?! It’s a children book! Dwarfs are magical creatures! So just call them dwarfs holy mother of god
