Note: These are my personal opinions.

The likes and dislikes:
~It is an exciting and easy read.
~I am not a fan of first person perspectives, but as a fan of Mackenzie it makes it all better, because she makes it work.
~The characters are great, a good amount of diversity, which is always a great plus point in my opinion.
~The setting...the South African child in me, missed holidays spent in and near the Kruger, which is amazing as I imagine non-SA people will feel the same connection. To add, it was also not described to death, which does sometimes bore the hell out of me, so kudos to that.

Notes on characters:
Erin - Great person who was suppressed and, her story and character's develop into someone who finds her voice and I think she is well written, as she is relatable to many people and shows there is more.
Vince - It feels like we all know his type and that is sad.
Nicolas - There is not enough time in the world for me to fuss over how much hotness he contains and how much I'd love to have my own version of him, because the guy is amaze-balls without being TOO perfect.

We all know safaris are wild, but this book and the steamy scenes within, makes the wildness of Africa seem a little timid with the delicious taboo.

A very entertaining holiday read, it deals with love and desire, obviously, but also choices and getting a grip on reality in relationships. Liked it very much.
