Definitely worth the wait. Addsion Moore has created the perfect setting in Paragon for all of theses supernatural beings, good and evil. I won't include any spoilers..Just saying my heart bleeds for Logan but I am Team Gage, through & through. There are several character's that are wicked and I know they make for a thrilling read. Tad and his sons may not be thoroughly be wicked, but OMG!! They are total pigs and just add to some of the craziness by making me laugh at them. This entire series from the beginning through this book are on my top 10 favorite series and I always recommend them. A++++ writing, story and lots of fog to fill your mind so you too will feel like you're on Paragon :)
P.S. I am super thrilled for "Crown of Ashes" I do hope for some salvation for Wes, I think I may have some idea of Gage's "hopeful" future and I hope Demetri will get what is coming to him 10 fold.

Speechless! This book was beyond epic! The story of Paragon just evolves . . . a living, breathing, ever-shifting entity. Even after all the books in the series, with each one, I find that book my new favorite. The same with The Serpentine Butterfly, which is now my favorite. I'm glad it was so long because I never wanted to leave Skyla or Paragon. Now I'm anxiously awaiting for the next book!! Addison Moore sure knows when to pile on the drama. There are Gage, Logan, and Marshall; all swoon worthy guys that make it hard to pick just one! I'm still team Logan! (Since about the fifth or sixth book in the Celestra series.) So much happened in this book, but I can't give any shocking details away! Just know that this book was a 15 glittery star read!!!

It is safe to say that the wait is well worth it! The last few chapters really got to me. The wheels were turning in my head, thinking of what can happen on the next installment!
My, my. How the tables have turned! What you thought would happen, didn't, and what you thought wouldn't, happened! I can't really say much without spoiling it for all, but know that your favorites might turn on you, and the ones you hate might be your faves.
Hopefully we do not have to wait as long for the next book. Definitely Paragon is in for a big change.

Stunned!
All I can say is bravo to Addison Moore! I have wired anxiously for this newest celestra book and boy did she deliver. Without spoiling anything the cliff hanger ending was unexpected but gratifying. The serpentine butterfly was the best yet, finally skyla is growing into this powerful woman the readers have begged for! I hope the evolution continues can't wait for number four!

This was almost painful to read at times. I did not need chapters upon chapters about pregnancy and childbirth. It became very annoying...

It was so nice to be back on Paragon again, among "old friends." I've been reading this particular series since the first book, Celestra. Each book just gets better and better.
Addison Moore has such incredible talent. Her writing is immensely descriptive especially in these particular novels. Each one plays out like a movie in your head. As a reader, you can't help but be completely drawn into this world she's created. I found myself staying up until 4:00am and not even realizing it!
The Serpentine Butterfly was one crazy, intense, wild ride. I honestly couldn't turn the pages fast enough. This novel held my attention like all the others and didn't let go until the very end. I'm thrilled and cannot wait for Crown of Ashes, bk: 4 coming out this summer!! I know it's going to be another five star read.

As with any Addison Moore book, I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline. Having read the Celestra and the Countenance series and really loving the Countenance series, I'm happy to say that we get to enjoy not only Skyla, Logan, and Gage's stories but also Laken, Coop, Wesley, and thr while gang from West.
This book focuses mostly on Skyla's pregnancy, birth of blank (have to read it to find out), and Skyla and Gage becoming parents with powers growing.
I thought I was finally getting what I wanted and this except from the book
"You’re waiting it out until Logan has a turn at bat, and then you’ll be all over my business. Is that right? You’ll tune in when The Skyla Show takes a dramatic Oliver plot twist.” “I am vested in Logan, yes.”

Such an amazing story, unique with angel factions and a love quartet I guess u could say lol def worth the time to read the entire pre series and this one I have been reading Addison more Celeste’s series one after another for a couple weeks now and have burned thru them all ! They will not disappoint

Wow! Again another amazing instalment. Beware I have some spoilers ahead. I have to say as much as I wanted to Logan and Skyla together I didn't want that to happen to Gage. Also Logan has been nothing but there for her so he shouldn't be punished (again) for what happened. Hopefully book 4 doesn't take forever to be released. I really wanna know what happens to all of them.

I finally read the Serpentine Butterfly & it's got me even more anxious for Crown of Ashes to be released. I love visiting Paragon again, the trips there always an adventure full of twists & turns & varying emotions by the boatload. I can't wait to see what's in store next. The release date for Celestra's next book can't come fast enough!

The angels have returned! I loved jumping back to Paragon in The Serpentine Butterfly. This series has stolen my heart! Each and every trip leaves me enraptured. Facinated and intrigued by the twists and turns, the emotion, the passion. I simply can't get enough!
The Serpentine Butterfly is an extremely large book, like 2 or 3 large novels in one. It captivates you from the very first page and leaves you hanging on every last word.
Addison Moore's books are so intoxicating. They make you feel like a part of the story. She has such an eloquent way with words, they just flow from the pages, wrapping you up in a far away world you'd give anything to be a part of. And that's exactly how it was with The Serpentine Butterfly. The descriptions are so detailed and vivid you feel like you're really there and it paints a picture of everything around you. The characters are well written and developed. And the storyline pulls you right in! I couldn't put it down.
If you are a Celestra fan, this is a MUST READ! It'll keep you guessing at every turn. And if you haven't read this amazing series yet, YOU MUST! You will not be disappointed!

Masterful...
Addison Moore weaves a masterful tale of love and devotion, along with trickery and depravity bordering on the horrific. Oh to be Skyla Messenger Oliver, to have not one, but three insanely handsome men willing to do whatever it takes to make her happy. So how is it that things can go so horribly wrong? The powers that be continue to pull the strings and destiny will not be denied. So why only four stars? Don't get me wrong, I was totally engaged in the story from beginning to end but at times both Skyla and Chloe seemed out of character and well Gage did not fail to continue to dance with the devil, or in his case, his father, Demetri. At times I felt like the story was on repeat. Overall, I enjoyed this visit to Paragon. I'm not sure if I'm nervous or excited to see what is in store for Skyla and her trio of lovers.

love and hate this book. I loved the story line. But I hated that it's a cliff hanger. Ugh. This book is one of an amazing series called the celestra series. This book is about Skyla, mourning the loss of her husband Gage. She asks his fem father Demetri to bring him back. So he disappears with Gage. When they return, Skyla has a big announcement to tell her husband. Only he already knew. Logan is Gage is brother/ uncle. Who is also in love with Skyla. All of them are trying to win the way for the celestra but, Demetri and his other son Wes are making a few hurdles for them. Great series fell in love with the very first book, and now I cannot wait till the next installment.

I gotta say it's a long time since I read the last book, mainly because I hate cliffhangers/incomplete series. Drives me nuts to wait. So glad I'm getting all caught now. It only just occured to me that this series reminds me a little of shameless. There is so much shenanigans it's a hoot. But it definitely got pretty darn serious at the end and my heart breaks for what is to come. Skylar, Gage and Logan are nothing but pawns and everything seems to be going according to the plan the powers that be have set in motion.

This book was on fire 🔥 ❤️🔥 🔥 ❤️🔥 🔥 ❤️🔥 🔥 ❤️🔥I highly recommend these books for older teens over the age of 17 and adults. ❤️🥰❤️🔥.

Loved, but the sex scenes were repetitive and I skipped over most of them. Took away one star due to the endless mentions of Gage's dimples as well. We get it, he's got 'em. I'm torn between Logan and Marshall.

This series was a heart stopper. If you enjoy paranormal, mystery, emotional roller coasters and love triangles (or squares) where everyone gets a happy ending at some point. One series I wish never ended.
