From the moment he first laid eyes on her, he knew she was someone he’d never be able to forget...

Ella Daniels has spent the last few years building a quiet, steady life for herself and her daughter in Silverspur Springs. She’s worked hard to move on from the past and after taking the time to heal, she has no intention of letting anyone close enough to shake the fragile peace she’s finally found.
Especially not Cole Wild... her brother’s best friend and the man who’s always lingered in the corners of her mind.
Cole Wild left town years ago, chasing a dream of professional baseball. When an injury ends his career early, he moves home to help his brothers run the family ranch. It’s always been the plan. The ranch is more than just a legacy. It’s his roots and his home.
And everything about it reminds him of her.
When he sees Ella again, she’s all grown up, heartbreakingly beautiful, and he knows he can’t walk away. To Cole, Ella is worth the wait. But to Ella, love has always come with a cost.
As the pull between them grows stronger, she must decide if she’s willing to risk her heart for a chance at something real–something lasting.
Because sometimes, love is wild and it shows up when you least expect it...
And sometimes, it stays for good.

This book packed in all of my favorite tropes and I absolutely devoured this book!

Ella has been THROUGH IT, but doesn’t let that get her down. She has little sweet little girl Chloe to care for and she is so strong doing it on her own. She had a crush on her brother’s best friend when they were younger but he left town to play professional baseball.

Cole Wild shows back up in town and isn’t shy about his attraction to Ella. This man is the very definition of a green flag man. Not just book boyfriend material, but book husband. He is willing to take things slow with Ella and be her friend first. But their chemistry is out of this world good so it doesn’t take long for their relationship to become more.

He shows up for Ella and Chloe every chance he gets and truly cares for them. He wants Ella to succeed and is so supportive of her dreams. Like I said, green flags all around! Ummm also, he lets HER tie HIM up…yeah, it’s hot AF.

I ate this story up, I truly left no crumbs and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

What to expect:
Single mom
Brother’s best friend
Cowboy romance
Heroine with a past
Childhood friends
Protective MMC
Hurt/comfort

It seems I have a love/hate relationship with Cali’s books. This is the 13th book I’ve read and some I’ve given 4 & 5 stars and some I’ve given 2 stars. This one was in the middle. I really liked Cole. Ella was kind of eh.

ARC Review

4.5/5 ⭐️

Three years ago Ella Daniels had just lost her parents, found out she was pregnant, and was planning on divorcing her husband. She moved back to her hometown, Silverspur Springs, to raise her daughter with the help of her best friend and brother. Over the last few years, Ella built a nice and quiet life for her and her daughter. After her divorce, she swore off relationships. She was just fine with it being her and her daughter. That is until her childhood crush, Cole Wild, comes back into town.
Cole Wild left Silverspur Springs to chase his dreams of playing professional baseball. After multiple injuries, he finds himself retiring a year earlier than he expected and heading back to his hometown to help his brothers with their family ranch. When he sees Ella again, his heart skips a beat. She’s grown and breathtakingly beautiful. But there are shadows behind those normally bright blue eyes. Cole is determined to find out what or who put them there. And he’ll do everything possible to show her that she is safe with him. That she can trust him. However long it takes.

Love Me Wild is such a sweet cowboy romance! I loved Ella and Cole’s story! Ella went through a lot and I felt for her. But she was strong and she was able to build a nice life for her and her daughter. I loved that she had a supportive friend to help her raise her daughter. Cole was such a sweetheart. He helped Ella build her confidence back up after her ex tore it down. He also immediately embraced Ella’s daughter. I loved how much he cared for them and how he was willing to wait for Ella no matter how long it took. Overall, I really enjoyed this book!

Thank you Cali Melle and team for the ARC!

Ella is back in her hometown with her little girl, Chloe, trying to rebuild her life after a painful divorce. And guess who else has returned? Cole - former baseball star, now helping his brothers on the family ranch. Ella once had the biggest crush on him, but he was her brother’s best friend and life pulled them in different directions. Now she’s got walls made of steel and a life she’s determined to protect. But Cole… he is one patient man. He feels the pull between them, and little by little he shows Ella that not all men break your heart.

💭 Every time I pick up a Cali Melle book, I know I’m in for a treat. Her stories are the perfect length, with just the right amount of build‑up, lingering tension, and that delicious slow bloom into romance.

Ella is such a fierce single mom - working hard, protecting her peace, and refusing to be rushed. I loved how she held her boundaries, making this story the perfect slowburn. And Cole… honestly, what a man. Pure, honest, gentle, and so incredibly respectful. He lets Ella set the pace, supports her without hesitation, and his moments with Chloe melted me completely. I would’ve loved even more scenes with the two of them.

This was my first Cali Melle book that wasn’t about hockey players, and she still delivered that same magic - just wrapped in small‑town charm, ranch vibes, and a whole lot of heart.

I am sitting here in awe of how much I love this book. When I saw Cali’s announcement that she was releasing a cowboy romance I knew it was going to be good, but it blew my expectations out of the water. I completely devoured this one and loved every second of it. I am in love with Cole Wild and the man that he is and no one will ever change my mind.

This is such a beautiful and sweet story about finding yourself and finding love in the next chapter of your life after your life takes an unexpected turn.

Cole Wild is patient, kind, sweet, my gosh.. I could go on and on. Ella is damaged and trying to find herself again for her and her daughter. When Cole returns to town and sees Ella after years of being away, he knows that he needs to get to know her again. The two of them form a friendship and Cole becomes her safe place. His patience with her and unmatched. He becomes her safety net and their love story is truly one of my favorites by Cali.

You absolutely need to read this one, you will not be disappointed!!

WOW... i am completely obsessed with Love Me Wild and honestly, Cali Melle has stolen my whole heart with this one 🤍

This is a swoony, heart-melting cowboy romance where he falls first and never looks back. If you love a hot cowboy, the best friend’s little sister trope, and stories overflowing with emotion, this is absolute five-star perfection. I’m calling it now...this trope might be my new favourite 😍

Cole Wild a retired pro baseball player from the Texas Titans and let me friggin tell you he is EVERYTHING. A total green flag, heart-stealing, soft-for her cowboy and I am in friggin love.

Meanwhile, Ella Daniel’s story is layered with heartbreak and strength...three years after discovering she was pregnant in a loveless marriage, she’s rebuilding her life piece by piece.

What makes this story so special is how gently and beautifully their relationship unfolds. No unnecessary drama, no rushing, just a slow, tender build from friendship into something deeper. It’s filled with history, longing, quiet moments, and undeniable chemistry that just aches in the best way.

This is a heartfelt, emotional romance about healing, second chances, and finding the kind of love that shows up exactly when you need it most 🤎

This whole book felt rushed and the ending was very abrupt. I liked the premise but would’ve loved more of a growing development in Ella and Cole’s relationship rather than it feeling so forced and all of a sudden.

I usually love Cali’s books and writing, but this one fell flat in my opinion. I didn’t feel like the characters had any chemistry, the conflicts felt bland, and I found myself skimming through the last couple chapters just so I could be done with it.

“Love Me Wild” is a standalone brother’s best friend cowboy romance. Cole Wild has decided to retire from playing professional baseball with the Titans in Texas. Two seasons ago he tore his rotator cuff in his right shoulder and had to have it surgically repaired. Unfortunately the damage was more extensive than they thought and even with intense rehabilitation and physical therapy, his shoulder was never the same. “It’s time I close this chapter and head back to where I belong. Back to Silverspur Springs, to my family’s ranch. This is exactly what I’ve been needing. Home.”

Three years ago Ella Daniel’s discovered that she was pregnant a few hours after she buried her parents. The cruelest of jokes….she is married to man that does not love her, a man that only loves himself had, a man that has cheated on her the whole time they were married. “I can’t stay in a failing, loveless marriage just because I’m pregnant with his child.” Ella decided to move back to Silverspur Springs to raise her daughter with the help of her friends and her brother. She is happy with her life and has sworn off relationships until….

“Cole Wild, the middle Wild brother with tousled dirty blonde hair and the softest of ocean blue eyes.” She had the biggest crush on him all through high school….he is also her brother’s best friend. Now he is home, at the bar where she works….”lifting his head as his gaze collides with mine. “Hey El.” He still makes her heart beat erratically as his gaze follows her. Gradually her barriers begin to fall, he doesn’t push her beyond her comfort zone, he listens, he makes her laugh, he encourages her, he brings out the best in her!

“I know you, Ella. You always put on a brave face for everyone else, but you don’t have to keep doin’ that. No one is askin’ you to be the strong one here.”

This book had me hooked from the start. Being a small town cowboy romance, the book will charm “the pants off you” and leave you going back for more. Most of all, this story will make you smile. I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful love story. This is a lovely book that will keep you hooked! It has fun, laughs, intrigue, twists that you do not expect, and physical attraction. You will fall in love with Cole and Ella, hoping that everything with work out for them and a future together.

“….Cole steps closer, his hands cupping the sides of my face as he wipes a few stray tears away. He lowers his face to mine, his lips claiming mine in a slow, tender kiss that has my toes curling. Our surroundings fade away as his tongue slides against mine and I forget for a moment that we have an audience.”

The more time Cole and Ella spend together, the more they start enjoying each other’s company and having fun together. A thoroughly enjoyable read from page to page, one chapter to the next - at times you are metaphorical “on the edge of your chair” wondering what will happen next. Cannot wait for the next book in the series! Overall, I would highly recommend this book and you will not be disappointed 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️️⭐️/ ️🌶️🌶️🌶️

I have read some amazing books this week with incredible FMCs that I will be thinking about for some time. Love Me Wild by Cali Melle was a wonderful journey of opening your heart again to the right person and finding your place in the world. I swooned while reading about our MCs getting their second chance and truly experiencing a deep and connecting love. I adore stories where a MC is returning home, back to their roots. There is something about being where you belong that makes everything else fall into place.

Ella has had to deal with some major things in her life. Broken and hurt, she never lets that keep her from providing a wonderful life for her daughter. Being a mother myself, I understand the strength it takes to put on a brave face for your children, even if you are screaming on the inside. Ella’s resilience and strength was incredible to read about. When her brother’s best friend moves back home, she puts her walls up even further, as she has no interest in a relationship or to be hurt again.

Cole has other plans. Moving back home was the right move to make after his baseball career ended due to an injury. Everything about his family’s ranch reminds him of Ella though and he is going to make up for lost time. He never pushes himself on her, but shows up for her and her daughter constantly. I loved how this man is a doer not a talker. He doesn’t tell Ella the things he is going to do for her, he just does them. He is content in being her friend first and foremost, but his actions make it difficult for Ella to not fall for him.

Cali Melle, welcome to your cowboy romance era! This book is charming, filled with tension, and hearts slowly learning to trust again. Beyond our MCs, the supporting characters are amazing, especially Wyatt, Ella’s brother. He is supportive of her and only wants to see her happy. Definitely hope to see more of him and others, perhaps this book is the beginning of an interconnected series? I cannot say enough about how good this book is and I highly recommend people to read it.

As always, review any author notes before reading.

This story has that kind of emotional pull that sneaks up on you and then settles deep. From the beginning, there is something so grounded and real about the connection between Cole and Ella. It is not loud or over the top. It is steady, layered, and built on history that never really faded. The childhood connection adds this underlying softness, but there is also tension woven through it, especially with the lines they are not supposed to cross. It creates this constant push and pull that feels both comforting and a little dangerous in the best way.

Ella carries so much more than she lets on, and that weight shapes everything about how she moves through the story. There is a quiet strength to her, but also hesitation, doubt, and the kind of emotional guard that comes from having been hurt before. Watching her slowly allow herself to want more, to trust more, felt incredibly personal and honest. And Cole… he is protective in that grounded, steady way that does not feel overwhelming, just safe. The way he shows up for her, especially in the quieter moments, is what really makes him stand out. It is not about grand gestures. It is about consistency, patience, and choosing her again and again.

The single mom element adds so much depth to the emotional stakes. It is not just about falling in love, it is about building something that feels secure, something that lasts. That layer of responsibility and care makes every decision feel heavier, but also more meaningful. And the small town setting wraps everything in this sense of familiarity and warmth that makes the story feel intimate, like you are right there watching it unfold.

What I loved most is how this leans into hurt and comfort without rushing the healing. The romance grows in that space, slowly, carefully, in a way that feels earned instead of easy. It is soft where it needs to be, emotional where it matters, and just a little messy in a way that feels completely human. This is the kind of story that reminds you that love does not have to be perfect to be worth choosing, it just has to be real.

Book Review : 4.5 ⭐️
Spice Level : 2.5 🌶️

Guys, to say I’m obsessed with this story is an understatement.
I want to say Thank you to Cali Melle for trusting me to be apart of her team and for the opportunity to get an ARC of this book!

Okay but small town romance, brother’s best friend and single mom?? I was already sold before I even opened the book… and wow this one delivered 🫠

Ella is just out here trying to protect her peace and raise her daughter, and honestly I loved that for her. She’s strong, guarded, and not about to let anyone mess with the life she’s worked so hard to build. But then Cole Wild walks back into town like the emotional chaos he is (in the BEST way), and suddenly that calm little life? Yeah… not so calm anymore 👀

Cole… Certified book boyfriend material.
The pining!!
The history!!
The “I’ve always wanted you” energy??? I was EATING IT UP. The way he never really let Ella go, even after all those years… excuse me while I scream.

Their chemistry is that slow burn, tension-filled, “we shouldn’t but we absolutely will” kind of vibe and I loved every second of it.
And the ranch/small town setting just adds that cozy, heart tugging feel that makes you want to move there immediately.

What really got me though was the emotional depth. This isn’t just romance, it’s about healing, second chances, and learning to trust love again even when it’s scary.
Ella’s journey felt so real, especially with her daughter in the mix, and it made every moment hit that much harder.

If you love:
💛 Brother’s best friend
💛 Second chance-ish vibes
💛 Small town ranch life
💛 Protective, slightly obsessed MMCs
💛 A heroine who doesn’t fall easily

Then yeah… you need this on your TBR immediately.

This one was soft, emotional, a little angsty, and just the right amount of wild.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Cali is in her Cowboy Era!!!! Cole and Ella’s story is such a sweet romance, and you just fall in love with them from the first page. Ella is determined to build a safe and loving home for her daughter, Chloe. Chloe, Ella’s daughter, will steal your heart the way she’s the sweetest little girl ever. And her relationship with Cole is adorable, and I love the way Cole treats her like his own. Ella’s world revolves around Chloe, and the last thing she wants is to let anyone else in, especially after her ex-husband gave her trust issues and scars that run deep. Enter Cole Wild, her brother’s best friend. Cole just retired from baseball altogether and has come back to work his family ranch. This man is everything you want in a book boyfriend. He’s protective and patient and obsessed with Ella and has been for a while. When they meet up again, sparks fly, and the chemistry these two have is off the charts. Cole never rushes or pushes Ella for their relationship. He starts with a friendship and lets Ella take the lead. He understands Ella’s fears and shows her that he won’t let her down. He always shows up and always puts her first and shows her that she can trust him. I truly hope we get to see Cole’s brothers’ books because I know their books are gonna eat. I mean, Cowboys, hell yeah!!! I love the relationship that Cole has with his brothers and how they support him and Ella. I also love that Ella has people in her corner that will be there for her and Chloe. This book is heartwarming and such an adorable story that you will be head over heels in love with this couple. This book will make you believe in love and always know that love will find you when you least expect it— but when you need it the most. Run and go read this book; you won’t be disappointed.

🧡🩵Thank you so much for the ARC! This review is my opinion🩵🧡

I honestly loved this book so much 🥹

Ella… I just wanted to hug her the entire time. You can really feel how hard she’s worked to build a safe, quiet life for herself and her daughter, and why she’s so scared to let anyone mess that up. She felt *so* real to me, and I loved watching her slowly open her heart again.
And Chloe?? Ugh, her little girl is literally the cutest thing ever. Every scene with her just melted my heart.

And then there’s Cole… oh my GOD. Cole Wild is the biggest green flag ever. The way he shows up, the way he cares about Ella, his patience, his devotion… I was completely gone for him.

Like this moment??

“Cole,” I breathe his name, my heart pounding against my rib cage. “You came.”
The corners of his mouth lift. “You called.”
Ugh I ate that up!!!

And THEN this scene—

“Ella, darlin’,” he breathes, his face contorting. “Are you sure this is what you want?”
Pulling my bottom lip between my teeth, I nod. “I want this,” I admit, letting out a shallow breath. “I want you.” I pause, his gaze penetrating mine.
“Love me, Wild.”
Ugh I love when the title of a book is included in a scene

I also really loved Wyatt. The supportive brother energy?? We need more of that. You can tell how much he truly cares about Ella.

The romance is such a soft, emotional slow burn. It builds so naturally, and you can feel their history in every interaction. When it finally comes together, it just hits in the best way.

Overall, this story felt like healing. It’s about trust, taking risks, and letting yourself have something good even when it’s scary. Sweet, emotional, a little angsty, and full of heart.

I’m so thankful I got the chance to read this early it was such a special experience 💛

“He's tearing down my walls, one paintbrush and pink toy truck at a time.”

A big thank you to Cali for the arc 💖

I have loved every book I’ve read by Cali (I’ve been reading through her backlog this year) her hockey romance books being some of my favorites. When she surprised us with a cowboy romance, I was beyond excited. Cali definitely delivered 🤠

Ella is a single mom, she returned to her hometown after finding out she was pregnant and leaving her troubled marriage. Her world revolves around her two year old daughter Chloe, making sure she’s safe and loved. She tends not to let anyone in or even ask for help, being hurt in the past has made it hard for her to trust. Cole recently retired from playing baseball, he’s now back in town and helping his brother’s on the family ranch. These two seeing each other again after years, you could immediately feel the sparks.

I loved this book so much 🥹 these two were truly meant to be, I loved watching their relationship unfold. They started off with the sweetest friendship, though you could feel that it was more especially on Cole’s end at first. I loved that Cole was patient with her, never pushing or overstepping, going at Ella’s pace and being okay with it. Chloe was the absolute cutest, I adore her! I also love a brother’s best friend trope, Wyatt being supportive was a breath of fresh air. He wanted what was best for his sister, even if that was his best friend. I’m really hoping there will be more to come, as I loved so many of the side characters 💖

I could go on and on, but please go read this! Cali’s writing is amazing, Cole is exactly what the world needed 🤠

Love Me Wild is a cowboy, single mom, brother’s best friend, childhood friends romance.

I really enjoyed reading Love Me Wild! This story is about Ella and Cole. Both are relatable and likable main characters. Ella is a single mom that returns to her small town leaving her jerk of her ex husband. She is back with friends and brother wanting to just rebuild her life. Well life had other ideas. This idea comes in form of Cole. Cole is Ella’s brother best friend and the boy she had a crush before she left. He too has return the small town to figure out his life. Now with Cole and Ella back in the same town the question is do their lives include each other in them.

First, the writing in this book was amazing! The story flowed good and the pace well. It didn’t feeling like the story was bring rushed or feel like that story was being told too slow. The chemistry between Ella and Cole was there the moment they reentered each other lives. You could feel the chemistry and the tension filled moments throughout the book. Another thing I liked was the secondary characters. Wyatt (Ella’s brother) and friends. They added to story without overshadowing the main characters. The steamy scenes were well written. They weren’t over the top or cheesy. Also the amount of steamy was good. There wasn’t a lot that they over took the book or too little making you want more.

Overall, Love Me Wild is good read. Th writing is good. The flow and pace are also good. The main characters are great. As you read you become invested in their relationship and won’t stop reading till you get to the end.

A swoony, heart-stealing cowboy romance where he falls first—and never looks back.

If you love a hot cowboy, a best friend’s little sister trope, and a story packed with emotion, then Love Me Wild by Cali Melle is pure five-star perfection.

Ella is a heroine you instantly root for—a devoted single mum who returned home after a painful marriage, determined to build a safe, loving life for her two-year-old daughter, Chloe. Her world revolves around her little girl, and understandably, letting anyone else in is the last thing on her mind. Her trust has been broken before, and those scars run deep.

Enter Cole—ex-baseball player turned rugged rancher, her brother’s best friend, and the boy she once crushed on as a teenager. Now all grown up and back home running the family ranch with his brothers, Cole is everything you want in a cowboy hero: protective, patient, and completely gone for Ella from the start. And yes—he falls first, and he falls hard.

What makes this story so special is the way their relationship unfolds. It’s not rushed; instead, it gently builds from friendship into something deeper, layered with history, longing, and undeniable chemistry. Cole understands Ella’s fears and never pushes—he simply shows up, again and again, proving he’s someone she can trust.

And then there’s Chloe—who will absolutely steal your heart. Her presence adds such warmth and tenderness to the story, and watching Cole naturally step into her world is enough to make you swoon.

The supporting cast adds even more depth, from Cole’s brothers (hello future book excitement 👀) to Ella’s protective brother and close-knit circle, creating a rich, small-town feel that wraps around you like a hug.

This is a heartwarming, emotional cowboy romance about healing, second chances, and finding love when you least expect it—but exactly when you need it most.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve felt any of these feelings. And I’m not sure whether I should embrace them or run in the opposite direction.”

Love Me Wild | Cali Melle

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5, 🌶️🌶️/5

“I’ve denied myself the simple pleasures in life for too long. I’ve spent too much time walking around, glancing over my shoulder, making sure I’m not taking too many risks or putting myself in harm's way, but I’m tired. I’m tired of running and not getting to enjoy myself and life. I’m tired of not allowing myself the opportunity to enjoy him.”

Read this if you love: cowboy romance | single mom | brother’s best friend | heroine with a past | childhood friends | protective MMC | hurt/comfort

“I don't know how he manages to do it, but every time I feel myself beginning to spiral, he has this way of grounding me. He has this ability to pull me back to reality and present things to me in a clear, more optimistic fashion. He chases away the scaries in my mind. He shows me what it feels like to have someone on your side, someone who wants to lift you up instead of keeping you from reaching your potential. He's the calm.”

This one was sweet with a strong female main character. I loved watching Ella become more confident in herself with gentle support from Cole. They had immediate chemistry. I also enjoyed the found family in this book too and hope there is more to come.

Thank you @authorcalimelle for the eARC. I voluntarily read an early copy of this book.

I adore a good cowboy/small-town romance! Plus a single mom and second-chance vibes—I'm completely in love!

After losing her parents tragically and discovering she's pregnant, Ella finally makes the decision to leave her cheating husband. She's on a mission to reclaim her life and provide a better future for her daughter. Now, she just needs to convince herself that she's also worthy of love.

Cole is ready to leave his baseball career behind before causing permanent damage to his shoulder. While it's bittersweet, he's eager to return to his cowboy roots and work with his brothers again. Falling in love with his best friend's sister—and the girl he's had a crush on for years—is just the cherry on top 🤭

Cole is truly perfect! He's supportive, understanding, and an incredible person. He knew he loved Ella and wanted her, but he understood she needed time. He was willing to be with her in any way he could—and even helped her gain recognition for her art. Beautiful😭😭

I was so heartbroken by Ella's backstory and everything she's endured 💔 Watching her reclaim her life, her confidence, and fall in love was truly beautiful!

I do have to say, Ella going radio silent during that third-act breakup annoyed me. While I understood her reasons, I felt it was completely unfair to Cole and incredibly heartbreaking as well.

Although this book is a standalone, I would honestly love to see the rest of the characters get their happily-ever-afters too!

This was so adorable!! I really loved this story because it was super sweet and the characters were so lovable!

Ella and Cole have known each other since they were kids, with Cole being her older brother's best friend. Cole always looked out for her and even harbored a secret crush on her before he went off to play professional baseball. Ella left home, found love, got married, and then it all went wrong. Her marriage wasn't great and she was pregnant when she decided to divorce her husband and go back home.

Now it's a few years later, her daughter is 2, and she's made a good life for them in her hometown. When Cole is forced to retire because of an injury and returns home to help his brothers with the family farm, he's thrust back into Ella's life. Ella is convinced she doesn't want a relationship, and she's fine on her own with her daughter, but Cole shows her time and again that he's there for her and he can be patient until she's ready.

This story was so sweet and I was kicking my feet every time Cole showed up for Ella and Chloe and how good he was for them. This man was a walking green flag!!! The way he believed in her, protected her, and pushed her when she needed it!! I loved them together and her daughter was the cutest!

Thank you to Cali and her team for the ARC!

-Single Mom
-Brothers Best Friend
-Slow Burn
-Secondish Chance

In this book you get to follow Ella and Cole! Ella is a single mom trying to keep her little bumble intact. Cole is going home and the last person he thought he would bump into is Ella. We get to find out if Ella lets down her walls long enough to let Cole in or is he in a losing battle? These two were the cutest and honestly add Cole to your book boyfriends list because the moment he called her Darlin I was done for lol My favorite take away is the right person loving you will help you grow and blossom into something you never thought you could ever get to be and Cole was that for Ella. His patiences with her and the encouragement he gave melted my heart because everyone needs that kind of love from a partner.

When Cali announced her surprise release I was so excited!

Ella Daniel’s has had a tough life. After her parent’s death she ended up in a loveless marriage and pregnant. She ends the marriage and moves back to Silverspur Springs.

Cole Wild left to play professional baseball, but his career ends sooner than he wanted. He decides to move back to Silverspur Springs to help his brothers on the ranch.

Cole never pursued Ella because she’s his best friend’s sister. This time he’s not afraid to express his attraction toward Ella.

Cole is a walking talking green flag. Ella is hesitant to start anything with Cole but he is patient and doesn’t rush anything. He allows them to start as friends and go from there. He also helps Ella see her self-worth and grow her confidence while also supporting her dreams.

Their chemistry was on fire. I especially enjoyed when he let her tie him up! This is a must read, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Cali for the eARC!!

There’s just something irresistible about a brother’s best friend romance—add a little cowboy charm, and it’s game over. Ella Daniels is a single mom who finally left her cheating, no-good ex and returned to Silverspur Springs. With the support of her best friend and her mother, she’s made a life for herself tending bar and raising her daughter—though it’s far from the artistic life she once dreamed of. After losing her parents, she knew she had to choose something better, even if it meant putting her own passions on hold. Cole Wild once left town to chase his dream of playing professional baseball, leaving his brothers behind to run the family ranch. Now he’s back—and this time, he’s not letting anything slip through his fingers, especially not Ella. He’s always had feelings for her, and he’s done waiting, even if it means facing his best friend—her brother—and laying his feelings on the line. Ella isn’t ready to open her heart again, but Cole is determined to show her exactly who she is: strong, worthy, and deserving of more than she’s settled for. And when a stubborn cowboy sets his sights on love, you just know sparks are going to fly.

Ella was warm and kind, albeit a bit guarded. She had a lot of anxiety and doubt, both about others and herself, but her development was focused on her learning to take charge of her life.

Cole was a green flag personified. He was self-assured and honest, and would go to bat for the people he cared about. Most of all, he was respectful and caring, and his faith in Ella was unshakable. I had to keep removing his quotes from the Favorite Quotes slide because I was running out of space.

Chloe was so cute and sweet, and I wish there was more of her. The scene with her and Cole bonding my favorite in the whole book.

The general plot—a FMC who is jaded from past experiences, and an MMC who shows her she’s worthy—was a little cliché and cheesy, but still sweet.

Love Me Wild will have you hooked right from the start 😍

Cole Wild is back in Silverspur Springs after being forced to retire from pro baseball due to a shoulder injury that never fully healed. You can really feel how much that loss weighs on him, but at the same time, coming home to his family’s ranch feels like exactly where he’s meant to be.

Ella Daniels has been through it. Three years ago, she found out she was pregnant just hours after burying her parents—talk about emotional whiplash. On top of that, she was stuck in a loveless marriage with a man who never treated her right. Now she’s back in her hometown, raising her daughter, leaning on her friends and brother, and fully committed to staying away from relationships… until Cole walks back into her life.

And of course, he’s her brother’s best friend—and her longtime crush.

The chemistry between Cole and Ella is immediate but also really sweet and patient. I loved how Cole doesn’t push her and instead just shows up for her—he listens, supports her, and slowly breaks down the walls she’s built. Their relationship feels natural and earned, which made it so easy to root for them.

This book has all the things I love in a small-town romance: charm, heart, a little drama, some unexpected twists, and plenty of swoony moments. It’s the kind of story that just makes you smile while reading.

Overall, this was such an enjoyable read from beginning to end. If you love cowboy romances with emotional depth, strong chemistry, and a protective, golden-hearted hero, you’ll definitely want to pick this one up 😊

Who knew we needed the sweetest small town cowboy romance full of healing after being hurt and a walking green flag man… Cali knew and she delivered all those things. Ella’s life changes in so many ways on a day that was one of her hardest and all I wanted to do was give her the biggest hug. If anyone needed some comfort it was our girl. And that comes in the form of her brothers best friend, Cole Wild. There has always been feeling beneath the surface for them both for years, and with them both back in their small town, Cole isn’t letting her slip away no matter how much resists.

Ella worked so hard to heal herself after leaving her marriage and build a quiet life for her and her girl Chloe, who just melts your heart. She is seriously the cutest. And Cole Wild, goodness this man was just perfect. So patient and showing up even when Ella kept pushing him away. This was full of the sweetest slow burn that felt so natural and full of emotions and a slow burn that hit in the best way. I loved this and am hoping we get to see more of them along with Wyatt and the other Wild brothers.

Thank you Cali for the early read. This was so sweet and I hope we get to visit again.
