"The Cartography of Infinite Space" is a short story collection by Joe Luther. This short story collection explores A.I., the mysteries of consciousness and human relations, cosmic mysteries, and philosophy. The stories are interesting and deliver a message to the reader. My favorite stories were, "The Unweaver" and "A Walking Shadow."

This is a very thoughtful, and poignant, collection of stories.

Several themes are explored, ranging from consciousness, mortality, ideology, and mass manipulation. Some of the stories explore several themes all at once, which is quite an accomplishment in itself.

The prose is well written, and I sensed that every tale in the collection had been laboured over with care.

If you like stories that force you to question your life philosophies, and ponder what the future may have in store for us, look no further.

Great cover, too.
