The most dangerous opportunities in life rarely arrive like salvation. They seep in slowly, like addiction. Valon G writes dark supernatural fiction about obsession, transformation, and desire. His debut trilogy, WOLF SUIT, explores addiction, dependence, identity, and the terrible cost of becoming what you most desperately want to be. Dark psychological horror. Gothic atmosphere. Quiet M/M tension.
WOLF SUIT is available on Amazon. Current ARC opportunities are occasionally announced through my Goodreads updates.
Thank you Valon for the opportunity to read book 2.
This book picks up right where we left off. Silas and Gabriel still have the struggle of who stays, who lives more as who.
The way that Valon delivers this story continues to be a strong one. Valon captures the internal struggle of Gabriel throughout his journey. How Gabriel fights to live the two separate lives, one behind the suit and the other, his reality.
I feel that as we get closer to book 3, things will definitely pick up and final decisions will have to be made. Living in constant turmoil and figuring which life are you willing to give up, is quite the conundrum.
The writing style continues in this book, again almost prose like and I actually enjoy this style. Cannot wait for book 3.
If you like noir and feel for charactes that have to choose between living behind a mask or their true selves, this book is for you.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
