this book is a little gem that sparkles big time. it is a must read for Business Owners and their advisors. it is small in content but provides tons of insight. the idea is for owners to plan for their personal, financial, and for business before selling their business. the total master plan will ensure success proactively. otherwise the risks of life or regret statistically will occur.

Very insightful book ... anyone who owns or runs a privately held company who does not already have a solid exit strategy in place should pick up a copy!!
