Some loves demand sacrifice.

Winifred has already lost too much. Her coven, those who trusted her, and the man who almost stole her heart. She swears she’ll save them all. The only thing she has left is a fragment of a forbidden grimoire and the burning vow to bring back those she lost from the dead, no matter the cost.

Her search leads her to Ireland, where every stone whispers of old magic and something lurks in every shadow. There she collides with Connor, a half-demon whose visions foretell only blood and ruin should she succeed. He offers his help—but his secrets are darker than the bargains he makes, and his heart is the one risk she never planned to take.

As Winifred hunts for the final pieces of the ritual, the line between salvation and damnation blurs. To raise the dead, she must gamble with her own soul… and decide if love is worth binding herself to darkness forever.

This is the 2nd book in the Bound By Moonlight series and follows Winifred and Connor

I liked this book but at times I lost interest. About 70% of the way through Winifred started to annoy me a little bit. But I liked Connor though and I do like Winifred as well but her stubbornness somewhat annoyed me.
I will say this about this book, it was a fun time and I had a smile on my face for most of this book. It was funny, sweet and wholesome. And their banter had me chuckling every time, it was so good.

It's a good book if you want a fun, silly, goofy time that you can just shut your brain off and enjoy.

Thank you to Sicara J. Weaver for my copy of this arc

So full transparency, I have not read book 1, so I went into this blind. But the storyline is so well written, I didn’t have to go back to read book 1 to find out what happened and why Winifred is in Ireland or why she needs to go. With that being said, I fell in love with this book from page 1, and even more so once Connor was introduced. The banter between Connor and Winifred is TOP TIER! And honestly, the chemistry they have left me going “Anthony whoooooo!? Forget Anthony, Connor is right here!” Anyway, I absolutely loved this book and can’t wait for it to be released so I can have a shelf trophy!

This book follows Winifred & Connor.
Winifred is honestly my favourite character in this series I was so happy to read about what was going on with her! She’s stubborn, witty, and smart which is all great things for a female protagonist. I am rooting for Connor as the male protagonist. He’s actually a really nice guy for being a demon. I would absolutely recommend this book if you enjoy witchy, demon, ghost vibes. The story was absolutely fantastic! Keep up the amazing stories! I can’t wait for the next one!!

Bloodbound Moon by Sicara J Weaver was a dark and intriguing fantasy romance that pulled me in with its atmospheric magic, emotional stakes, and the tension-filled connection between Winifred and Connor. I really enjoyed the blend of forbidden magic, sacrifice, and the eerie Ireland setting. While I would have loved a bit more depth in some moments, the story kept me invested and left me curious to see where this world goes next. A solid paranormal read for anyone who enjoys romance mixed with danger and dark magic.
