This is the second book in this impressive series, and this is Hawk and Chloe’s story.
Chloe is strong and determined, and she has worked hard to build her successful bakery business, while Hawk has a guarded exterior, and one choice destroyed his life, and he is weighed down by the baggage he carries on his shoulders. Hawk has no regrets about his choices, and Choe sees through his persona to the man underneath.
This is a well written raw, gritty, intense, slow burn, emotional roller coaster, with heartbreak, tension, unexpected twists, sacrifices, drama, challenges, determinations, grumpy / sunshine, opposites attract, making choices, romance, humour, witty banter, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, unpredictable, and heartfelt, addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This book is Chloe Cunningham and Hawk Kennedy’s story, a story that grabs your attention and tugs at your heartstrings right from the start. I adored the two lead characters, Chloe is impossible not to like with her kind and sunny demeanor, and Hawk, who is a closed-off grump, but that did not stop Chloe from trying to talk to him or show him acts of kindness. She had not known what his deal was, and he assumed everyone knew his story and that it was public knowledge. My heart went out to Hawk, for all he endured, before and after, and the cold treatment he received when he returned home. The poor man thought he was unworthy of anything good, and did not allow anyone in or get close to him, until he met her, and he almost did not let that happen either. Evans takes you on an emotional rollercoaster ride with this beautifully written and plotted story, a story with the perfect balance of drama, angst, witty dialogue and humor to lighten things up, heartwarming moments, a twist you never saw coming, heartfelt emotions, and a slow-burn but so worth the wait romance. Thank you for another wonderfully entertaining story.
🎧📚🎧 Maxine Mitchell and Troy Duran did a fantastic job voicing the characters and delivering a perfect portrayal of each. They embodied their characters completely, with Duran nailing it as the closed-off and grumpy Hawk, and Mitchell being just as fabulous as the sweet and kind Chloe, both showcasing their characters’ personalities perfectly. They were fantastic performing the roles of the side/secondary characters too. Their expressive performance conveys all the characters’ emotions, making you feel them all. These two are a superb pairing, with voices and talent that complement each other and an enthralling performance that rivets you to the story. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to.

Hawk and Chloe just became one of my favorite A.K. Evans couples to date. Troy Duran and Maxine Mitchell DELIVERED the emotions, angst, heartbreak, and passion brewing between Chloe and Hawk. I felt the turmoil they were going through from this deeply touching storytelling. They were simply phenomenal. My goodness did my heart bleed for Hawk. Sweet, kind hearted Chloe saw through the tough exterior Hawk put on, to the man that was beneath all his pain and feelings of not being good enough. The way she stood up for him made me love her to the depths of my heart. It was a nice change to see a woman go to bat for her man, because make no mistake, Chloe claimed him from day one. She refused to give up on him and what she knew they could build, even when he kept pushing her away. When the town turned their back on him after the sacrifice he made for his sister, and Chloe learned the truth, she was determined to right the wrongs of his past and ensure everyone knew what a great man he was. When the suspense hits, and Hawk is faced with protecting Chloe, she takes matters into her own hands to protect him and I didn't think my heart would survive. This was such a beautiful story and will have you believing in second chances that are earned through finding the one person that sees you and stands by your side through thick and thin. I'm so looking forward to more from this series. I'm deep in my feels already.

But will they be able to find their happily ever after with his past? AK Evans has given these two a story that I could not stop listening to. The backstory to Hawke is tragic, and I love how Chloe sticks by him and stands up for him. I love how her infections sunshine slowly seeps into the grumpiness of this amazing man. And of course, I love cake! Listen to this one, it's a story that has meat to it to keep you captivated and falling in love.
Troy Duran is Hawke. This man is so talented and his portrayal of this Hawke is the tough guy he pretends to be with emotions pouring out underneath his voice. Maxine Mitchell is Chloe and she gives her the ambition to be her own woman and fight for what she believes. I loved these two, perfectly cast and made for a fantastic listen.

I went into this one blind. I didn’t read the blurb, didn’t look for trigger warnings or spoilers, and my ONLY complaint is that Hawk isn’t somehow besties with Cruz for reasons you’d know if you read his book. But he did get his absolution with Zane. He did get a father figure who will do his best to let Hawk know that he’s done right in his life. And he definitely gets Chloe and her family forever, so that’s good enough for me.
Hawk is actually sort of wonderful. He’s trying not to make life more uncomfortable for anyone else, at his own expense. And quite frankly, anyone who judged him in this town really needed to back up. You’ll find out why. All I Wish by AK Evans is the perfect blend of the grump/sunshine troupe. I’m really love this next generation series. This book focuses on Chloe and Hawk. Chloe just radiates sunshine and happiness in her bakery. When she meets Hawk she can’t believe that someone might not love cupcakes- one of the many things that bring her joy. However, there is more to the mysterious Hawk and as Chloe starts to get to know him, she knows there is more behind the grump exterior.
Like her other books, AK Evans has a knack for capturing internal conflict—those quiet, introspective moments where characters wrestle with fear, hope, and desire. Rather than presenting love as a quick fix, All I Wish acknowledges past wounds and shows how they shape present relationships. When Hawk decides that he is worthy of Chloe’s affection it may be over before they really got to see where it can go. If you’ve read her other books you’ll catch some subtle nods to other characters. Reading this series makes me want to go and revisit the original series again. I thoroughly enjoyed binge reading this book today! I can’t wait for the next one!

This story had me in a chokehold from beginning to end. Hawk is such a precious soul, and I am so glad he found in Chloe somebody who didn't give up on him and gave him the second chance he didn't think he deserved.
I love how protective Chloe was and how she was willing to go to bat for Hawk no questions asked. Seeing this sweet woman turn into a fierce lioness every single time someone dared to even look sideways at Hawk was absolutely priceless.
I also really enjoyed how the girls called out their siblings and parents on their double standards when they brought their men home to meet the family.
The narration was excellent. There were a lot of complex emotions in this story and Maxine Mitchell and Troy Duran did an amazing job of bringing all those emotions to life.

She’s very intrigued by a man, Hawk, she’s never met that has worked at one of the local shops near her cake shop. Chloe Cunningham is lively and personable. She seems to have never met a stranger and generally is able to connect with people very easily. Until she meets Hawk Kennedy. She offers him a cupcake, but Hawk refuses. With each interaction Chloe has with Hawk, he comes back to apologize for his actions. He's closed off and keeps to himself, not wanting to engage with anyone. As he spends time with Chloe, we get to know the man beneath the gruff exterior, the reasons why he'd rather blend into the background. There's something about Chloe that gets Hawk to open up, to begin to trust, and to go after what he wants without apology. The slow burn in this story was worth the wait!
Maxine Mitchell and Troy Duran narrated this great story. Their talent knows no bounds, enhancing the story with their voices. It truly was a movie-esque experience.

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐈 𝐖𝐢𝐬𝐡 is the second book in the Everything Legacy series by A.K. Evans, featuring an entertaining and emotional opposites attract, grumpy/sunshine romance for Chloe and Hawk. I was truly sucked into this one by the gruff, tattooed broken hero with the massive heart and protective streak, as well as Chloe’s sweet and sunshiny disposition, heartwarming compassion, and will of steel that made her such an admirable character. I loved their connection, the natural evolution of the romance, the amazing family bonds and small town charm. I was not prepared for the depth of the emotion, the shock of the twist, and the tears that would flow from my eyes. This one definitely brings some serious feels, and I can’t wait for more from this series!

Chloe has so much of her father in her! I loved this newest Everything Legacy book and it fits so well with the series and watching Zane's daughter show all the characteristics of her father that drew me to Zane's book are present in Chloe's. Zane makes an impact on Hawk in a touching talk at a family gathering that melts your heart. Hawk with his reluctance to bring Chloe into judgement from his past and ruin her business shows the care and respect for her that she brings him a hundredfold in her care and willingness to be patient with him and to let him know in no uncertain terms that she is in his corner and will do what it takes to make sure he feels love and acceptance in her life and family. I loved this so much for Hawk! The audiobook was well done and brought this amazing couple to life.

Chloe is independent both when it comes to the bakery she owns and her opinions of others. As a way to support other businesses she shares whatever treats she makes and one of the recipients is the furniture store where Hawk works. Even though he seems gruff and withdrawn she also feels that there is a lot more to him than first appears.
After what happened in the past all Hawk wants is to not draw attention and move forward with his life. Even though he is drawn to Chloe he is determined to protect her and that includes from himself as well.
Hawk is used to being judged by others however Chloe isn’t one of them as she shows him that she can count on him to love, support and stand by him no matter the cost.

I am really loving The Everything Legacy series! Once I've read Book 3, I'll need to visit the original series and learn more about their parents.
Chloe and Hawk's story was a great read, I think the best quality from each character was communication and their ability to discuss and digest tough topics and situations. Most importantly, it's what kept me engaged in their book and anticipating where the conflict would come from. Even when I had a suspicion, I was still partially wrong and surprised when it all unfolded, like with Book 1.
A.K. Evans is definitely writing books that I can't get enough of. They're on the shorter side but so impactful and juicy that you have no choice but to finish the book in a few days! At least that's my situation.

All I Wish is beautifully written, heartful, and emotional. I loved getting to know Chloe and Hawk. Their connection is electrifying! Hawk’s character is slow to reveal his layers, and getting to meet the real him is such a privilege. Chloe’s personality is so much like Zane’s, and she is hands down the perfect match for Hawk in every way. The dramatic moments are eloquently balances with softness and heart, and the ending is completely unexpected and also amazing at the same time. The narrators are on point with their performances, sweeping the listener along as if you’re right there in the story with them. Loved it!

I didn't think I could possibly love this more than the original couples, but now I'm not so sure! Chloe Cunningham and Hawk are kismet! Don't miss this book! The author told you what the book is about, but let me tell you about what it makes you feel. A wonderful book like this one takes you on a whirlwind trip that makes you want to hug Hawk, and squeeze Chloe for the way she is! They have a surprise to knock you off your seat! Just doesn't get any better of a breathtaking HEA! Thank you Andrea, this 2nd generation of Everything Series is remarkable!

I loved this story of Chloe and Hawk! From the moment they met, the attraction was there. But Hawk pushed Chloe away because he didn't think he was good enough for her. Chloe was persistent until Hawk kept pushing her away. Finally, Hawk cones to his senses and tries that go slow with Chloe. These two are perfect for each other. Hawk gets her light and gets to expand his family and friend group. Chloe gets Hawk's protective side. I love this book and series. I highly recommend!! I can't wait to continue on with the next story!

WOW!!! This was a page turner, and the suspense was so intense. And I was on the edge of my seat, and I couldn't even put it down. Chloe Cunningham meet Hawk Kennedy and was intriguing and they couldn't even fight temptation and this romance was forbidden. Did he fall in love with her in this moment. But they couldn't even fight back the temptation anymore. You won't be disappointed and the book cover was eye candy.
