This book is absolute unfiltered fun and I devoured every single second of it.
The premise is delightfully unhinged, centering on a messy but addictive dynamic between Lauren and two military men, Sean and Noah. Watching them navigate such a complicated, forbidden history was like watching a slow-motion train wreck that I just couldn't turn away from.
What made this story stand out for me was the effortless chemistry between the three characters. It never felt forced or overly dramatic, just pure, electric attraction that fueled every single page. The way they all clicked together, despite the wild circumstances, kept me glued to the story from the moment the sparks started flying.
The spice is definitely the main event here, and it is bold, playful, and incredibly hot. The author clearly knows exactly what she is doing, prioritizing raw chemistry and tension over everything else.
It is a fast-paced, boundary-pushing read that left me feeling completely frazzled, and I enjoyed every minute of the chaos.

The audiobook is narrated by Amy Hall and Ash Beverly, who were absolutely fantastic to listen to! There were a few spicy scenes where Ash had to narrate the MFC’s moaning, which was a little funny listening to. But overall, it was a great production!
I love C.S. Silverne’s writing but I will admit that this type of forbidden romance is not my favorite (even if the family members are not biological). However, when I thought of the two MMCs as non-family members, the spicy scenes hit much better for me! I’m not here to yuck anyone’s yum…you do you boo!

I tore this one upppp! I love Amy Hall & Ash Beverly so fucking much. Those two work together so well, their voices work so damn good together. I just can’t get enough.
C.s Silverne writes the best military men and I will go to my grave recommending her books.
Not only unhinged and dirty, I always find myself rooting for her forbidden love romances. I love the dark, taboo but beautiful romances.
Noah, Sean and Lauren. I loveeeee their trio so much!
So much forbidden chemistry between these three. I mean seriously.
Lauren is my girl for sureeee. 🥰

After reading book 1 of this series, Preyless, and LOVING it, I knew I had to sign up for this one when I had the opportunity! Clueless was a short, spicy, smutty, funny, interesting read that could easily be listened to in one sitting. In this book we follow Sean, Lauren, and Noah on their journey of finding love together. I don't know about yall, but I love a good polyamorous story. This was also the first time I've ever read a book that had the Stepdad/Stepson dynamic. Getting to read new things is fun! One thing that I loved was that we also got an update on the characters from the first book, which is something that I will fangirl over every single time. Ultimately, I enjoyed this novella, and I cannot wait to read the next one!

First of all, shout out to the author for simply stating that if you're looking for a book with plot, this aint it! Haha! It is short, sweet, spicy novella, and the perfect palate cleanser if you're in a bit of a reading slump.
Clueless is Book 2 in the Reckless Hearts series (can be read as a standalone) and follows Sean, Noah and Lauren as they embark on a polyamorous relationship. Now get a load of this, Sean and Noah are stepfather/stepson...and yes, swords do cross 🙈🤓! I love a good forbidden romance, but even I was a little flabbergasted going into this one! Interesting enough, Sean married Noah's mother when he was in his teens and they divorced quickly thereafter, making them ex stepfather/stepson I guess lol. Anyway, having both served in the military, they reconnected years later, one thing led to another and they decided to "share" partners...
Insert Lauren, wandering aimlessly through life, hopeless and alone. What better way to find yourself than between two military men?! What I enjoyed most about this book is that you dont always know what you need until it comes knocking at your front door. Lauren wasnt necessarily looking for a poly relationship, but these two men gave her a sense of peace and belonging that she'd never had before. And vice versa, Lauren made their house a home and completed their family. Props to Amy Hall and Ash Beverly for bringing this spicy novella to life!
The story ends with a very interesting cliffhanger regarding Lauren's brother Cole, also in the military, and battling some pretty intense demons of his own. Anxiously awaiting the next book!

Clueless ALC Review
Overall, this was good. The narration was great for dual narration, especially since there was only one male narrator, with two MMCs.
But there is one part I’m conflicted on — right before it’s all 3 of them Noah tells Lauren that it’s essentially a MFM situation: “Just about you. It’s not like that. Sure, if we touch from some positions or actions, then we touch. But all pleasure and happiness stems from you.”
Then almost immediately after once they start the threesome — it’s the complete opposite and there is MM action. No preamble, no mention of what’s changed. Like it would have been completely fine to jump in with MM action, no intro about “this is how things go” or talk before, since it was clear Sean and Noah were already very close. But to mention it than literally immediately after contradict it?? 🤨

The chemistry between Lauren, Sean, and Noah was electric, and I couldn't stop listening. Amy Hall and Ash Beverly brought so much personality and tension to the audiobook, making this quick 2-hour ish listen even more fun. I never got the characters confused while listening and was able to follow along easily.

I really enjoyed the beginning the conversation between Lauren and Sean was easy and they flowed together so well. Don’t get me wrong I love a good age gap I didn’t enjoy her being called little girl seemed a bit icky. (Really my only flaw in general )
I loved the flash forward and how Lauren ended up being with Noah that was a total shocker. I loved that Sean never forgot her and looked for her. Wasn’t ever with anyone else until they met again. Their dynamic was good I felt them all together just for together like a puzzle being finished. I enjoyed how honest and open they were with each other throughout.
I really enjoyed the beginning the conversation between Lauren and Sean was easy and they flowed together so well. Don’t get me wrong I love a good age gap I didn’t enjoy her being called little girl seemed a bit icky. (Really my only flaw in general )

Hot, spicy, quick read and I LOVED it! The storyline was so easy to read and clever. Starting with a one-night stand and including a former stepfather and stepson. Lauren is THE one to watch and their dynamic works so well. I found the spicy scenes were written with care, clarity, and radiance and I will definitely be reading more of C.S. Silverne :)

I meannnnn... when the author basically tells you the spice is the plot, at least you know exactly what you're signing up for 😂🔥
And honestly? Clueless was FUN.
This is a short, steamy, slightly unhinged novella that absolutely knows what it wants to be. The plot is fairly light, the chemistry is doing most of the heavy lifting, and Lauren, Sean and Noah have one of those dynamics where you very quickly realise, you're just going to have to buckle up and see where this thing takes you.
The whole premise had me somewhere between 👀 and “EXCUSE ME?” because Sean and Noah's history adds an extra layer of forbidden chaos, I was absolutely not prepared for. I love an unconventional romance, but even I had a couple of moments where I was sitting there thinking, well... this is certainly new 😂
What surprised me was how much I liked Lauren finding this unexpected sense of belonging with them. She isn't necessarily searching for a polyamorous relationship, but there was something really sweet underneath all the heat about three people discovering that what works for them doesn't have to look conventional. Lauren brought something into Sean and Noah's lives that they were missing, and they gave her a sense of home and belonging in return.
This was purely an audio read for me, and Amy Hall and Ash Beverly were fantastic. I was especially impressed with Ash Beverly handling both Sean and Noah. Even with one male narrator voicing two MMCs, I never struggled to tell them apart. Amy Hall was equally wonderful as Lauren, and their performances made an already quick story ridiculously easy to inhale.
There were also a couple of VERY spicy narration moments where I couldn't help laughing because apparently hearing a male narrator perform the FMC's enthusiastic reactions is where my maturity leaves the building 🤣 But honestly, props to Ash for committing!
Is this the book you pick up when you want an intricate, unforgettable storyline? Probably not.
Is it the audiobook you put on when you want approximately two hours of spicy, funny, chaotic entertainment while doing mundane jobs around the house? ABSOLUTELY.

This book was absolute chaotic filthy FUN and I devoured every single second of it. 🥵🔥 Clueless knew exactly what it wanted to be and delivered with zero shame. No complicated drama, no unnecessary filler, just tension, chemistry, dirty talking military men, and one extremely addictive dynamic that had me glued to the pages.
Lauren, Sean, and Noah together?? PERFECT. The chemistry between all three of them was ridiculous from the start. The second Sean reappeared at that birthday party I was internally screaming because the setup was SO messy in the best possible way. Fate really looked at Lauren and said “here’s the most unhinged situation imaginable, good luck babe.”
Noah was such a sweetheart while still bringing the possessive energy when it counted, and Sean? Lord help me. That man walked onto the page radiating confidence and trouble. The age gap tension mixed with the forbidden family dynamic made every interaction feel extra dangerous and addictive. And the fact Sean and Noah were completely on the same page about wanting Lauren?? Yeah I was DONE FOR.

The plot was surprisingly good, not just spicy scenes that I originally came to listen to after all.

The spicy scenes they voiced were extremely hot and I could feel and imagine everything that I was listening to like I would have been part of. Ash Beverly did an amazing job voicing both Noah and Sean, making both of the characters seem as their own persons, it didn’t even feel like that there was only one narrator for both of them.
I will give this audiobook full 5 out of 5 stars and I would recommend to everyone who enjoy to listen to their stories hot AF with actual good plot and romance in them, where none of the characters need to choose just one of them to be with.

Overall Thoughts: Who buddy was this book ever a fun and wild ride. This was my first book by C.S. but I can tell you right now it will not be my last. It certainly is described, mostly smut, and I am here for it. This we a nice little novella about a woman who has an amazing one-night stand with a silver fox and then meets his stepson. Debauchery and sexiness ensue and you get what you want with every second of this book, and then the audio was amazing. I have been a huge fan of Amy and Ash for a while and especially love them together. Amy was perfect as Lauren, sweet, but sultry and the passion comes through! Ash was amazing as Noah and Sean, able to jump between the two characters seamlessly, and like I said this duo is a favorite of mine, and I enjoyed everything about this book, I only wish there was more.

Overall Thoughts: Who buddy was this book ever a fun and wild ride. This was my first book by C.S. but I can tell you right now it will not be my last. It certainly is described, mostly smut, and I am here for it. This we a nice little novella about a woman who has an amazing one-night stand with a silver fox and then meets his stepson. Debauchery and sexiness ensue and you get what you want with every second of this book, and then the audio was amazing. I have been a huge fan of Amy and Ash for a while and especially love them together. Amy was perfect as Lauren, sweet, but sultry and the passion comes through! Ash was amazing as Noah and Sean, able to jump between the two characters seamlessly, and like I said this duo is a favorite of mine, and I enjoyed everything about this book, I only wish there was more.

After that night, Sean hasn’t wanted to be with anyone else, and wonder’s if he’ll ever get over the young woman who has stolen his sanity. When his stepson (mother is not in the picture), asks to bring his new girlfriend home, no one is more shocked than Sean to see Lauren on his arm.
Noah thinks he may have found the one, the one he and Sean can share, and maybe find their forever HEA. He knows Sean has been stuck on some woman he had a fling with and hopes he will fall for Lauren as easily as he did. Little does Noah know that Sean already has.

Holy spicy, forbidden novella! This was absolutely delicious and so quick to read. It’s honestly just a spicy good time, perfect if you need a spicy palate cleanser.
Who doesn’t want to read an MMF ménage romance with two dirty talking ex military men who take care of her but also enjoy each other? I really enjoyed this, and it had plenty of different, intense, intimate, spicy scenes that you completely devour.
I also got to listen to this in audiobook format. It’s done in dual narration by Amy Hall and Ash Beverly, and they did a great job. I haven’t listened to these narrators before, but I hope I get the chance to hear more of their work in the future. I really enjoyed this one.
If C.S. keeps writing these quick, spicy reads, I need to add them to my TBR for when I need a quick spicy kick.

Let’s just say after reading this one, I needed a moment on my stuffie pile and hugged my giant Pikachu to relax after the heat I read. Lord knows my brain turns to mush with this one. Silverne has done it once again!
Now, to be clear, Clueless is in the world of Preyless. In this one, we got Aiden’s sister, Lauren, who meets a very handsome older gentleman named Sean. She spends one delicious night with him and that’s it. Yet turns out almost two years later, she ends up dating Noah, who surprise, is Sean’s “stepson”. To clarify, Sean knew Noah by marrying Noah’s mom and then quickly divorcing her, so there is no father-son relationship between these two, just friendship. BUT it’s not just that. Turns out Sean and Noah throuple together, as in they will be with the same woman together in a relationship. And guess who they want to bring into their circle since both men are hooked? Yeah you guessed it, Lauren!
Now, this novella is pure smut no plot at all! And the smut is hot, extremely hot! Hence why I needed to relax in my stuffie pile afterwards because man the things these three do together! And the fact they focus solely on Lauren! Obviously no judgement when Sean and Noah find out they had been with the same woman before knowing she was the same woman. Honestly, if you want this kind of read to just relax and numb out for fun, definitely check this novella out. You don’t HAVE to read the first book in the world BUT I obviously suggest you do to enjoy more throuple fun. AND there is a third book most likely involving the third brother who was introduced in this book, Cole! Oh I hope it is Cole!
