still read it. definitely a good read
I kinda didn’t like that ending because it wasnt about Hawk and Cyn .Why didn’t it end off about Cyn and Hawk. This book really wasn’t even about them which didn’t make sense. Although I loved it I feel like it should have at least had a happy ending with a baby or pregnant. I’m annoyed but I half to say it was really good although I’m confused as to why it went the way it did.

Mannnn… this one had me nervous
I didn’t know what was going to happen with Big PROC! He had so many people after him. Hawk did too. I’m glad they made it out. They have their women and are happy. I really feel like Treaure is his. Great read. Ready to read up on this younger brother, Houston now ☺️

Proctor is that man for real! If you thought the first book was intense, this sequel takes it to a whole different level. Black Lavish really knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat. From the courtroom drama to the tension in the streets, I was hooked from page one.

This read was okay. Tania was an awful friend no matter how it’s flipped. She had relations with Josiah but kept it hush. Watched her friend suffer with that man and still remained silent. Even wanted Proctor by any means necessary smh.
Ari got on my nerves so bad the entire book. Spent a year mourning a bum who never loved her. Nina was just a fool lol like omg. I’m still happy for Cyn and Hawk. My only question is: What do you have against us Scorpios lol? We the BEST lol.

What meant to be....
Oh, Proctor, Proctor, Proctor! He finally got to tell his story and didn't leave anything to the imagination. He gave us a beginning, middle, and end. He also ensured we knew all of his streams of income...whew! Let's just say he isn't moonlighting on the second shift. Or blogging. If I had to describe Proctor with one word or phrase, it would be hot head or short tempered. However, he was the definition of a family man because he didn't play about his kids, especially the first born Hawk. He stepped in when no one asked to rectify a sticky situation. Although he had a short fuse, he was quite intelligent when it came to handling business. His creativeness granted him freedom. He took advantage of that said freedom to build the family he always wanted. Ari and Treasure became embedded in his heart, and he was determined to do right by them. He fell for Ari hard and fast. Come hell or high water, she was going to carry his last name. After all she went through, she loved Proctor just as much. Their story has "what meant to be" written all over it.
Ladies and gents, Black Lavish has done it again. That means you want to get into this series. It is a plot twist that leaves you questioning some things, but that is what intrigues you more. I am anticipating Houston's story because I feel like we are going to learn more about Proctor.

Lawd if find something safe to do was a bloodline, it would absolutely be the Proctors. Proctor's finale really said actions meet consequences and then turned the volume all the way up. Every move, every secret, every decision finally came due and whew nobody walked away untouched.
Big Proc is such an interesting character because for all his power and reputation, at the end of the day he’s still just a man making choices for the people he loves. Watching everything unfold while the verdict loomed had me stressed because once life starts moving, money, influence and status can only do but so much.
Ari trying to move on while being constantly connected back to Proctor felt realistic too. Sometimes feelings don’t disappear just because circumstances change. Peace doesn’t always arrive the second somebody leaves your life. Plus she physically can't resist that man! Zero willpower 🫢
Now Dianne ma’am. ALL THIS because your feelings got bruised. That crash out needs to be studied. Never be that hard up for some D!!! Nina girl I truly don’t have the words. At some point the assignment became stand up and she said respectfully.... no. Just keep on waiting BooBoo.

Babbbyyyy, there was so many ppl playing their parts in this book!!!…
Diane was trying to send Big Proc up the river!!!…She quenched her thirst, but babyyyyy she wanted that soul stroked!!!…When he said she pulled that phone out with those pics, I hollered!!!…
I was happy for Ari, because all she wanted was someone to love her and encourage her!!!…She got that in Big Proc and he said he was not letting her go!!!…
Tania was trying to get her life in order, but she was a snake playing in her friend’s faces!!!…I was glad that Proctor was not for the games!!!…
Hawk said he got his wife and he was not letting nothing or no one come btwn that!!!…The right person gives you motivation and a fresh outlook on life!!!…
Nina was crazy for real though!!!..She really thought Hawk was going to come back to her!!!…She opened that door, allowed another woman in and he married that woman!!!…

That ending was wild! It didn’t give any clear answers about whether Hawk and Cyn are expecting, so I’m really hoping the next book with Houston Proctor, gives us some kind of update on them.
As for Proctor and Ari, their storyline felt pretty chaotic. One minute she’s trying to make him jealous, the next she’s withholding the truth about the baby… and then suddenly the baby might not even be his? Honestly, I’m not convinced, I feel like the little girl is his, and they need to run another test to clear things up. Proctor playing games as well when he took Tania to get something to eat.
Even the side storyline with Nina and Cole ended up fitting right in. Now I’m just here, patiently waiting for the Houston Proctor the Dentist book to drop.
Overall, though, the series was really enjoyable.

Hmmm🤔, a typical Black Lavish delivery 😕⁉️This “Unexpected Arranged Marriage Series was probably my fourth or fifth series read from Author Black Lavish’s catalog. Although her characters are unhinged, serial & or scandalous urbanites it’s time to expound on both character & plot development. There’s only so much 25k square miles (25k) to the Mojave desert. Yet half of the Vegas homicide skeletons are/were attributed to your MMC 🤭🤷🏾♀️🧐⁉️Meanwhile, “Handle Yo Part 2: An Unexpected Arranged Marriage Series (The Finale)” - Book 2 of 2 (3.75 ⭐️’s) was a decent read. However, I’m conflicted & confused with these Proctor family (& affiliates🥴) characters.

Omg this series is so lit. Proc was going through some thangs. An old friend snake him cause she want some good, good. Hey she got her karma and lost everything. I thought ol girl T was gonna be a problem but she turned out ok. And Nina need to get that outta her head about my boy Hawk it will never happen. U did good on yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

Black Lavish knows how to write the drama, the twists and turns, the pearl clutches and the fanning.
This actually really did read like a well founded finale, we got to see Hawk and Cyn simultaneously during Ari and Proc’s story… and I feel lol they both had a realistic send off.
Throughout the book had really entertaining funny moments, the few spicy scenes that were present were well done, I almost expected to see some super freaked out stuff from Proc just because of one of the reveals 🤣 but Ms Lavish kept it cute. 🌶️🌶️/🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ spice level IMO.

Big Proc couldn’t get right
I did not expect Proc to have that many jobs lol. This man was all over the place. Then for him to be the father, he was so immature. He was doing risky stuff and not thinking. It was crazy.
I like how Ari softened him though even though she got on my nerves at times.
Also, they need to kick Tania out the group. Sis is too mixy and a scammer.

I knew Proc would not disappoint! So worth the wait!! He is who he says he is and nobody is changing that. I love how he let Ari know what it was and how it was gonna go. I love how Hawke and Cyn love each other. Nina SMH poor child is delusional thinking Hawke will ever want her again. Diana shocked me I didn't think she was fake like that SMH. Tania needs to seek professional help because she is jealous of Cyn and Ari but won't admit the truth.

Gotta love the Proctors
Black Lavish does not miss. This was a great book. I always love the multiple POV’s. Getting the story from all angles. Harrison Proctor will do anything to protect his loved ones. He falls hard for Ari as they go through their obstacles in life. They ultimately get their HEA. The side characters stories were all messy, but I loved how it all flowed. Also, shoutout to looney Nina. She really came in clutch lol

The first book was decent but this one fell off to me. It was a lot going on and too many moving parts for a short read that it felt rushed. Proctor and Ari didn’t have much chemistry. They hooked up, he was in jail, she had the baby.. she was acting hard after .. they hooked up .. and yeah that’s just all they did lol. And there Tania .. she wasn’t anyone’s friend and the fact she said her bd was mediocre in bed but all of a sudden she fell in love with him.. idk

Nice read
Proctor is definitely a devoted father to his son, Hawk, and like most parents, he would do anything to protect him. Having said that, he's not the one to mess with when it comes to his child. Ari is the quiet friend doing what she can to make ends meet. Meeting Proctor has definitely changed her life. Nina is not as bad as I thought she was. Tania, this girl is something else. This was a nice read. I'm really glad that things worked out for almost everyone.

He was a killer, sometimes impetuous, he stood for his son. He was security for Hawke, but his side job was also very lucrative. He had a one night stand with Ari resulting in (?) baby girl Treasure. It was a night they both remembered well. Without spoilers, this story was excellent!

This was a wild finale to Ari and Proc’s story. The marriages, secret family members, the drama, the businesses and delusional women make this hands down a good read from beginning to end. Tania had me skeptical about her respect of the girl code til she got in that hot water 😂😂😂 Proc had her shook. He knew at the end of the day what and who he wanted it made him change his ways, lock in and get right even if he had to take some folks out to do so.

Meh, it was an okay read. Nina needed meds, Ari was mourning a bum, and Tania was a bird and a terrible friend.
Proctor was making too many rookie mistakes for being in the business for most of his life. You got caught not once, but twice?! He was starting to get on my nerves.

I loved seeing the change in Proctor!! He still had that gangsta in him but he was soft for Ari and Treasure!! That man was 100 behind his son!! I still dont trust Nina at all! I hope Cyn and Hawk get their bundle of joy! Still on the fence about Tania too!
