I've yet to read a book within this series that I haven't devoured in one day and this book was no different. Vadim and Tai get basically stuck together when circumstances & outside influences push them towards each other. For me it's that close proximity that I loved the most. The banter that they had with one another was hilarious at times. More so with the bratva characters that surrounded them - Baron and Ivan especially. Oh boy did Vadim & Tai bring on the heat, big time! I really can't praise this nook up enough. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on more books from this world.

Alright now that the legality of things are out of the way. I seriously hope you chose the highest of options for your choke hold because anything less would be a disappointment for you!
The type of choke hold this book, heck this series, has me in is indescribable! At one point I could have sworn I blacked out and had to fan myself cause whew honey child. Okay okay you get it right!! The book is STEAMY!

Vadim is the kind of perfection we all wish for. I mean he of course comes with the touch her and “beep” vibes but did anyone expect the whole temp rising kind of man!! He makes steamy seem like a walk in the park! I mean lord I thought he could get anymore delicious and then boom he did. He has that whole dark and mysterious vibe going for him but when you toss in someone he cares about, it’s like everything blacks out and all he sees is the ones putting his word in danger!

Tia is the definition of sassy in spikey heels. The type of sassy spark she has is one that is unmatched by so many. She’s the perfect balance to the unhinged darkness that lives inside Vadim, and let’s be honest she has some darkness of her own.

But when the world tries to test them, the only question they have for anyone standing in their way is simple. How lucky do you feel?

Tai is so much fun, she's snarky and definitely keeps Vadims on his toes. You just never know what is going to come out of her mouth. Loved the chemistry and banter

A non stop read

I read this all in one night. I swear this series is a go to for me always, an instant buy. Tai and Vadim's banter with each other was endearing and amusing, showing different faucets of their characters. “That’s a low bar for good behaviour.” “I set my bars low. Keeps my expectations manageable.”
Tai is someone I connect with, i love her panic food is lasagna, because its ny comfort dish, she teaches Baron how to make it for breakfast. I like that her panic involves cooking. She is very real. Vadim is tough, protective a perfect anti hero. I really enjoyed this book, it was a little slower paced than Eve's normal Bratva books but i really loved learning about the characters. I cant wait to reread

If you love touch her and 💀 vibes then this is the one for you. This book is great from page one. It has enough darkness to keep you wanting more. The spice is definitely a 5 chilli. The side characters are hilarious and perfect. He definitely falls first and HARD! Vadim is pure perfection and full of delicious red flags. I couldn't put this down and now I'm regretting on how fast I devoured this book.

I absolutely couldn't put this one down. I truly missed the Bratva world, and Eve did not disappoint! Tia is realistic and relatable. Her sass and spark make her one of my favorite FMC. Vadim is deliciously unhinged, and brutally possessive, and I'm here for it. Don't get me started on the simply unhinged, slightly terrifying "meet cute", lol. I love this series and this book! I can't wait for Bogdan's story.

Dark, possessive, protective, and full of Bratva drama—this was a fun read! Vadim and Taisiya were made for each other! The Bratva family dynamics were a lot of fun, especially seeing how quickly they accepted Taisiya, all from a cooking challenge! And Ivan the butler? Definitely one of the standout characters!
