Julie Trettel is a USA Today Bestselling Author of Paranormal Romance. She comes from a long line of story tellers. Writing has always been a stress reliever and escape for her to manage the crazy demands of juggling time and schedules between work and an active family of six. In her “free time,” she enjoys traveling, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Wow, this book was definitely worth the wait. I thought it was a great addition to the Cowboys of Collier Series. Julie Trettel is definitely one of my go to re-read authors and I’ve read Waging War, Collision Course, High Risk, Breathe Again, Broken Chains, New Promise & Panthers Promise at least 8 times and it definitely won’t be my last. I loved the connection between Cruz and Daisy and I’m glad that Daisy finally found a place to call home. It was funny that Cruz had absolutely know idea who Daisy was and that he was so confused when Lily, the girls and Thomas were fangirling. Thomas was more starstruck than actual fangirling like Lily & the girls.
Man, Daisy’s manager Ronnie is a complete and utter controlling a*sehole. I’m glad that Daisy has her band, even if Ronnie doesn’t allow her to spend much time around them during their down time. I thought her band Cash, Jed, Jonny & Knox was awesome and it’s obvious how much they love and care about Daisy, they definitely view her as their sister and just want her to happy. I’m really looking forward to reading more from this series as it continues, as well as more books by Julie Trettel in the future. I’d definitely recommend this book, series, Westin World Universe and author to everyone.
This is a lovely, warm shifter romance set in Westin World (my favourite place). We're back in Collier Pack and this story features reader favourite, Cruz, and his fated mate, the world famous singer, Daisy. I loved how different these two were but perfectly matched at the same time.
There's a good story, I like a story, and not just the romance. I was shouting at Daisy a couple of times even though I *KNOW* JT only writes HEAs. I will also admit I squealed, out loud, when Cruz called in backup and we got lovely cameos from Bravo Team and Westin Pack Alpha and Pack Mother, Kyle and Kelsey.
I feel like I've had a lovely weekend catching up with friends. If you're new to JT, I recommend starting at the beginning with "One True Mate" but you could read this as a standalone.
Wow! Even as an arc reader I think this is the first time I have been the first one leaving a review for a book on here! Of course I had to dive right into this one! How exciting!
Just like all of Julie’s books I adored this one! I’m invested in this whole series and the characters. They of course can be read as standalones but are all interconnecting and I love seeing glimpses into the lives of the other characters again each time.
Cruz and Daisy were wonderful together, him being absolutely clueless about who she is is and her figuring out who she really was and could be by being true to herself and getting out of her previously abusive situation. Can’t wait to see who the next book is about!
Thank you to the author for the gifted eARC of this book!
I’m so excited that this was the first arc I’ve received. I’m a huge fan of every installment Julie Trettel has had to her “Westin World,” so I went into “Claimed by the Wolf Cowboy” expecting to enjoy it, and I was certainly not disappointed. My only complaint was that I wanted more and wasn’t ready for it to be over. Cruz and Daisy had such a fun and unique story and were a perfect addition to the Collier farms family. There were so many appearances of past characters that, while this can definitely be read as a standalone, it’s a lot more fun if you totally immerse yourself in the world and start at the beginning with One True Mate. She is a one-click author for me and I’m always looking forward to the next story she puts out.
Claimed by the Wolf Cowboy is a fun, easy-to-read paranormal romance that mixes small-town cowboy life with wolf shifter drama. Julie Trettel does a great job creating characters that are easy to like and a story that keeps you interested from the beginning. One of the best parts of the book is the small-town feel and the sense of community within the wolf pack. The side characters add humor and depth to the story, and they make the world feel more real. Overall, Claimed by the Wolf Cowboy is a great pick if you enjoy paranormal romance, protective alpha heroes, and a little bit of suspense mixed with romance. It’s an entertaining read that’s easy to get pulled into.
Another amazing entry from Julie Trettel’s shifter world. Relatable characters, deep back stories, fantastic romance, and a more grounded approach to shifters, these are consistent strengths from this author.
I loved the FMC’s background even when it made me hate what she had been through. The book does have heavy topics like being drugged (no predatory sexual behavior and not between FMC/MMC), emotional abuse (again not between the FMC/MMC), and loss of agency. It treats them with care and add the rich story being told.
As usual, this story grabs your attention from the get go and Holds it there throughout. Great storyline and character building. Not sure how I feel about the fade to black. I did like that you got to read about it in a deleted scene, but I feel like such a pivotal moment in the storyline should be read in place not at the end. Overall wonderful story and can't wait for the next!
Both me and my husband loved the book, it starts messy, but she finds one of our new favorite cowboys while face planting into Collier, and this ends up becoming a fun romance story that has so many recognizable parts, and tear jerking moments. Even if you dont like country, you'll be singing along with this one.
Claimed by the cowboy was another fabulous read by Julie Trettel. It was sweet and romantic but filled with all the drama required for a captivating read. Julie is an author that is able to weave the story into your heart. So much so that it leaves you wishing you were a part of this world. Do yourself a favour and read it now. Loved it!
Julie Trettel did it again. What a great read! Laughs, some teary moments and overall a real story with some great lovable charaters. As always some of the beloved from the previous books make camios and it just brings that much more fun to the read. Its a light, fun, and enjoyable read.
As always, this author has me reading books late into the night. Just one more chapter. Just one more. Then I need to finish since it is almost done. Before you know it, you've stayed up reading until the end! 5 Stars!!! Love it all!!!
Simply perfect, Cruz and Daisy’s story is the best mix of trial, love, finding yourself and family. Julie has done it again with a beautifully written tale set within Collier Pack which is always a favourite. Cowboys and fated mates are always a winning combination.
Claimed by the Wolf Cowboy was amazing! I was going to save it for my beach read but I started it and couldn’t put it down which I should have anticipated because it happens with all of Julie Trettle books. Thank you for another great book! 😍 (FB:EeveeConnor)
This was such a cute story. I adored how Cruz was with Daisy. The pack and all their reactions were perfect. I love the band and their relationships with Daisy. All around a great book.
Wonderful ,wonderful. This one had a little bit of everything in order to keep you interested so that you can’t count on getting anything done except finish the book. Now dealing with the let down that you are done. We’ll done Julie
Cruz and Daisy another awesome read , love how Cruz gives Daisy her backbone back not let her eye be clouded any longer and how she was going to sacrifice her first true security up.

Wow! When I thought it couldn't get any better, I now have a new favourite! This book had it all, drama, suspense, love, laughter and the return of a lot of favourite characters.
Honestly love all Julie’s books, I don’t even need to read what it’s about and I just start reading. Very few authors I can do that with. 5 star as usual.
Cruz and Daisy 🌼 Another amazing shifter story yet alittle diffrent but still so so good!
For me it has alittle Slowburn romance, Easy to read, paranormal at its best. Small town meets city life. protective alpha heroes, and a little bit of suspense mixed with romance, aswell as It contains some drama, mixed with shifter drama but does end up with a HEA.
