Redeemed to be Destroyed
This book was tough for me but I'm holding hope the author will make it right in the next book. I didn't like Rosalie in this book. She seemed out of touch and selfish and unwilling to accept her part in the devastation that was her and the horsemen while blaming them. I'm over more men being added and everything being centered around her. She acts immaturely and her actions at the end devastated me. I'm really hoping I end up liking her again if I stick with the series.

Well I need book 3 already that cliffhanger omg I need to know what happens. Finally the reveal and it was everything I was hoping for but man Jade got on my nerves. Couldn’t put this book down cause I need to know what happens. So many secrets and new beaus coming into the picture. definitely can’t wait for book 3!

OMG!!! I can’t. That cliffhanger!!! And now, we have to wait almost a year to find out what happens. I’m really hopeful that the ending wasn’t what it seemed to be. I’m looking for the HEA sooner rather than later. These people have been through so much already and deserve a little happiness. Thanks K.G. for another amazing book. I have been a huge fan of the chaos universe for a long time and it just keeps getting better. ♥️

Broken Promises
I love the book and writing, I love the characters, and where everything was coming together, however understanding that the author loves her cliffhangers, I do also, but why do we have to wait a whole year for the next book, and mind you just like of her other books, when it’s time to come due, something goes wrong and it gets deleted, just like the kings?? Make it Make sense, it doesn’t!!!! I can see making us wait till Nov or December but a whole year?
Unacceptable, so with that being said I love the author, but yeah I’m done reading her books the wait is to long for a possible ending

This book starts off right where Shattered Lies left off. It is a dark reverse harem with mafia, tons of secrets and baggage, a little bit of spice, soooo many emotions, and another cliffhanger.
Honestly, I was going to give this 3 stars, but Cole and Ellie really saved it and had me add another star. I can't even express how much I've wanted those scenes, and they were everything! I'm ride or die for Cole and Enzo, and this book was like emotional whiplash for me. I kept going from so happy for Cole to straight depressed and sad for Enzo. Cole never gave up and truly deserves to get everything he dreamt of having. I really hope we see some happiness come Enzo's way in the next book.
The character growth for Cole and Ethan is amazing! Seeing Ethan overcome so much trauma and his addiction is the best. The character growth ends there, though, as some of the other characters either seem the same or actually went backwards. I had hoped Rosalie would be more independent, and I don't know, different, I guess, but she just feels the same. Crying all the time, depending on men for everything, and falling in love with any guy that's nice to her. I can't stand Evan. He's overly arrogant, violent, and an all-around jerk. Especially to those he once called brothers. Klaus still doesn't fit in, in my opinion. He's just a man hanging around people half his age. It's just weird. Anson acts completely out of character from his Mayfair version. He's too smug, petty, and enjoys taking jabs at people too much. At least people can see he isn't perfect after all, I guess. The whole Ryder thing feels like a rinse and repeat of the Anson situation in the Mayfair series.
I hope we get more plot in the next book instead of focusing so much on the relationship drama. I kind of thought there would be a subplot going on with the stalker, but that just fizzled out. I personally think this cliffhanger is the most brutal. The last couple of chapters will have you on the edge of your seat and nervous. I also see why some people don't like Dante that much. He's way too overbearing and controlling. I didn't care for any of the stuff he did in this book or the last one. I had expected better of Rosalie at the cliffhanger. Like, I get her feelings and all of that, and I didn't expect things to be all rainbows and glitter, but she's never been so cold, and I would've never guessed that she'd do what she did. I'm hoping it's just a way of throwing us off for the start of the next book, but something tells me it isn't. For now, I'll be (im)patiently waiting for the next book to see what happens next.

Goodness, where to start. Broken Promises picks up where Shattered Lies left off. It's emotionally charged with twists and turns, bringing us back to the world and characters we love so much. Rosie had been kidnapped and was quite angry about it, and boy, did she ever let the perpetrator know how angry she was. Her guys, Ani, Evan and Klaus, as well as Ryder, are tearing up Chicago looking for her. Ethan joins the hunt to help find her, not knowing someone they all know well is the one with her. Once it's figured out, you know what hits the fan.
After Rosie's found, truths start to come out, and we get to see Cole be the father he always dreamed of being. He and Ellie together warm my heart so much! He also works hard to get his Rosebud back. I love seeing the growth in Cole, especially where Ani is concerned. He's truly trying, and that's really something to see with Cole.
Enzo continues to push Rosie away, but unbeknownst to Rosie, it's because of the contract with Church. To his knowledge, he'll never have her again, so there's no point in trying and putting each other through that, on top of the fact he's still covering for Ethan and the origin of Laz's birth. While he's pushing her away, though he wants her with all his heart, he considers that moving on may be what's best for him, especially since Jade, his assistant, has made it very clear she's interested and the contract prevents him from being with Rosie. I'll be honest, I don't trust Jade at all. She's definitely up to something, and I loved when Ryder put her in her place for treating Rosie bad. Her little attempt at seducing Cole only reinforced my thoughts on her being really bad news.
We're left with one heck of a cliffhanger, but man, was it so freaking good. KG has this remarkable ability with storytelling that makes the scene, your emotions reading it, so visceral and raw, you truly feel as if you're there witnessing rather than reading. And her ability to break our hearts so epically but put them back together again so beautifully is a true gift, one she possesses with such impeccable skill. Queen, you own us with your phenomenal words and your brilliant mind, and though there's twists and turns and pain, no one gives us a more emotional, beautiful story than you.

All the while continuing to be told through Rosalie, Fox The Horsemen aka Ethan, Enzo, Cole and others POV.
This book paved the way for the biggest emotionally charged whirlwind IMO.
It was like being on an intense and chaotic rollercoaster ride due to the endless waves of many different emotions unleashed and the impact it caused from how much and hard it struck you.
Whether it be from the highs of the joy, happiness, laughter and love, to the very lows of heartbreak, pain, torture and sadness.
Author K.G. ensured you felt every single feeling and emotion all the characters were facing, enduring and suffering alongside them as they navigated their way through. Leaving you an emotional mess all the way throughout.
Then again it was to be expected considering Rosalie, Ethan, Cole and Enzo’s journey consisted of a lot of changes and growth with their evolving lives, given the standings of their relationships.
All the while trying to venturing through some twists, turns and surprises given what they learnt from all that was revealed and divulged.
Resulting in them being put through the wringer, since their emotions from the situations and events caused an uproar at times that they did not expect.
It truly hit deep and hard, like a sucker punch and yet I was all here for it throughout the continuous journey of Rosalie, Evan, Ethan, Cole, Enzo and others.
Seeing the many trials and tribulations they each found themselves navigating through as their story continued to progress onwards.
K.G. Reuss has proven yet again why she is the Queen of Cliffy, Suspense, Heartbreak, Torture and Pain. Particularly the Queen of Cliffy with that hard hitting cliffhanger she left us hanging on the edge of.
The next book in The Horsemen of Ruin series Savage Devotion could not come fast enough.

Holy crap, this book consumed me in the best possible way. I knew going into it there was going to be major fallout regarding a certain someones actions, but maaaaaan, this was painful. The fine line between obsession and love has always been just one snap away from consuming them all, but with *someone* officially pushed over the edge, tne weight of all their emotions -- the love, the guilt, the self hatred, the resentment -- ooooof it was heavy.
There's not much I can say because literally everything is a spoiler, but just know you will be glued to your kindle desperately trying to pick up any easter eggs you can. I definitely have a theory of what will happen in the next book, and I just know it will tear me apart when it does.
Whatever happens, I need Enzo to grovel for at least 249200204 pages. That man pissed me the fuck off. I want to beat him with one of Rosie's crutches too. *eye roll*

The intensity and angst continues as Rosalie and her Horsemen finally talk about what happened. Once again KG packs it all in giving us the angst, turmoil, love, romance, medium spice, adorable kid moments and the witty banter!
Evan: “One thing I’m good at is coming back from the dead, so bring it on, little horsie. I’m OK with being a villain.”
Cole: “I’m never letting you go again. I learned my lesson.”
Cole and his heart have all of me! He will do anything for his family and to see him happy was everything!
Enzo: I just didn’t want to hurt anymore.
Enzo just breaks my heart. He can’t stop making all the bad choices and I just really want him to get his girl back!
Ethan: Once upon a time, she was mine, but this was the ever after, and she wasn’t part of my story anymore.
Ethan and Riot together are such beautiful scenes after all he’s been through. I just want to give little Riot a hug.
So many scenes to love! Especially when Cole and Ryder put Jade in her place. Poor Cole is trying so hard to keep his guys on track.

Holy frick-balls!!!! Words.... I have none. OK, Just kidding I actually have alot to say about it.
This series just keeps getting better and better! This book is no exception, it had me ALLLLLL in my feels. The emotional rollercoaster that this book took me on was INSANE, and I loved every second of it. KG ripped my heart out of my throat, sautéed it on high heat and the gave it back to me, and all I can say is "Thanks girl". I could not put this down and flew so fast through it i dont know if i even blinked. The continuation of Rosalie, her new guys, and the horseman has me in a chokehold and im living for it. I laughed, cried, and screamed at my tablet through this entire book. Its a must read!
I have read all of these books in her chaos universe at least 2 times each and I will continue to re-read and recommend them until the end of time. If youre sleeping on these books then wake up now and read them! You wont regret a single second of it, other then the fact that you waited so long. Be fairwarned though, you will want to eat, sleep, and breathe Chaos from here on out. AND they don't call her the Queen of Cliffies for no reason, be prepared to be left crying for more!

Promises, Lies and Revelations
This was a wild ride.
Absolutely chef's kiss.
Time definitely changed things, and it definitely changed Rosalie. I love this version of her. She's definitely grown into herself.
Cole, what a crazy man you are. I adore his brand of insanity, and his dialogue with the guys is hilarious.
I highlighted so much in this book, and I wish I could share it all without spoiling it. Sigh.
I freaking adore Ryder. I don't know why, but I just do. Can I keep him?
The way Big Brother makes other men terrified is just impressive to read. I cannot wait to read their series.
There were mentions of the Kings, Frank, and many more.
Honorable mention to the one guy (can't spoil it by naming him) who definitely deserves a punch... and then a hug.
I'm hoping we get a lot of scenes with the little ones in the next book. I melted reading their scenes.
The Queen of Cliffhangers strikes again, and this one was completely unpredictable. It's truly a storyteller's gift that this author can still surprise me after I've read all of her books in the Chaos Universe.

I’m crying all over again…
I first bought this book directly from the authors website and I cried those ugly tears with the running nose. The second book was bittersweet because of how things ended in the college years. Rosalie makes a decision about her and Ellis’s life in the short term and we get a glimpse of what could’ve happened if things had gone differently. I think that for Enzo he was trying to keep to Dante’s contract but he was just hurting himself and Rosalie for nothing. The love is still there but can it really wipe away the pain that was created? That is a decision that Rosalie made but she has to see Dante first and he doesn’t want his sister hurt anymore. Even if he has to be the one that hurts her so she can finally know the truth about what happened and the end of the college era. KG created a world where real life instances meet the fictional world and everything blends together so perfectly. I’m anxiously waiting for the final book in the adult series!

Rosalie makes a decision about her and Ellis’s life in the short term and we get a glimpse of what could’ve happened if things had gone differently. I think that for Enzo he was trying to keep to Dante’s contract but he was just hurting himself and Rosalie for nothing. The love is still there but can it really wipe away the pain that was created? That is a decision that Rosalie made but she has to see Dante first and he doesn’t want his sister hurt anymore. Even if he has to be the one that hurts her so she can finally know the truth about what happened and the end of the college era. KG created a world where real life instances meet the fictional world and everything blends together so perfectly. I’m anxiously waiting for the final book in the adult series!

I feel so blessed getting an ARC copy of this because oh my god, Cole Scott. I fell in love all over again with his crazy ass. His level of yearning makes my heart flutter and the way this man wants a family so bad makes my heart ache at the same time. He's just such a good character. This was such a step up from the first book and I will always trust the process of the beautiful chaotic world you give us because wow I was floored.
Thank you for the gut wrenching cliffhanger but I'm just so much more excited for what's to come honestly. Thank you for this masterpiece.

Amazing
I don’t need to leave a review really, if you’ve made it this far in the universe you’ve probably come to expect that once you start this book you won’t put it down til it’s finished, and then you’ll be left with a crazy cliffy and crying that the next one isn’t out yet. I loved it. However. I almost DNFd it because of all the stuttering. Why has every character developed a speech impediment? Ok fine, I wouldn’t DNF but it was super annoying. Still, 5 stars. And the spice-chefs kiss, never redundant, always hot. Can’t wait to see how we get off that cliff though!

I loved this book so much and couldn’t put it down.
This book had so many good one liners from characters so lots of laughing from me.
I need to know what happens next because as this cliffhanger falls it seems like Rosalie is being a hypocrite about lies because when the lie about Evan comes out that’s gonna cause more heartbreak and chaos and I’m here for it. I think they all need to act like adults and hash it out- guess we will see because we all know how Church gets

I’m still rooting for them and trusting the process though! Most of the truth is finally out and now it comes down to the final book. KG is truly the queen of cliffies and I can’t wait till she is satisfied and releases the next one. Also, can Ryder please pull his head out of his ass too?!

an emotional ride 🥺
I’ve been waiting for this adult horseman series for so long, and I feel like it’s been alleviating some of the pain and hurt. It’s slowly coming together, and I become obsessed with this world. I’m truly in awe with the turns and twists. I can’t wait to read the next one because I need some of these men (*cough, cough* horsemen) to get their heads out of their…anyways, i loved this book if you couldn’t tell :)

Rosalie has come so far! I love how fierce she has become and how she gives no f**ks! She knows what she is worth now and is not settling for anything less than all. The guys still have alot to prove and secrets are finally coming to light! Hopefully all ends well for our favorite villains. Gonna trust the process and bite my nails till the next book! As always the queen of cliffys has done it again! Brava!!

a bit different but still devoured it
Wasn’t as intense as some of the previous books but we got a lot of stuff to keep us going. Are the guys going soft????? I hope not because their edges are what make them who they are. The ending shocked me because it was so unexpected but a lot of things seemed a bit out of character that happened. Can’t wait to read the next book and find out how this can be salvaged

Queen of Cliffies
As always KG Reuss has done it again and has me on the edge waiting for the next book in the series. I love the author's writing and I love how she has all these characters in the book and can make you feel for each one. KG Reuss is one of the best authors out there and her writing style and techniques always pulls me into the stories and always leaves me wanting more.

I love this series and can't wait to see what happens next! I'm a little stressed about the ending but as I'm going along with the process, I hope all will work out 🙏. Anyway, I really loved Cole and Ellie 😍. That was my absolute favorite part of this "chapter"of the horsemen series and of course, the least being Enzo right up until the ending and WOW, did she throw us! What a cliffhanger. She did an amazing job with this book. I didn't know what to except from the adult horseman series but it was a crazy ride. I liked that you get the crossover with Rosalie brother’s family. Cole really shows that he is trying to grow into a better man . There's still alot of secrets and lies going on but what happens when those lies start coming to light.

I FINISHED Broken Promises IN ONE DAY!!! 😭
I picked it up this afternoon thinking I'd read a few chapters... and then suddenly it was over because I literally could NOT put it down.
Every single page had me hooked. I laughed, I cried, I screamed, I felt EVERYTHING.
I have no words for how much I loved this book. It's officially living rent-free in my mind, and I'm never recovering. I can't wait for the next one🫶📚💔

I was doing so well through the entire book and then of course the ending and now the wait for the next book. My heart hurts and I’m also mad but I love it all the same. KG knows how to mend and rip and edge a reader and I still come back for me and silently beg for more. This series/universe is such a wild fucking ride and is not for the weak. Damnit!! My heart!!! This book was a total rollercoaster!! The way Cole held to the idea of them all having Rosalie back was admirable.
