I was disappointed with this book. I had hoped for a Pilates book that I could easily carry with me when travelling. I was very excited to have an ebook with my favorite exercises in it. Unfortunately it is not illustrated and try as I might I could not figure out the instructions. I even asked others if they could interpret for me. (ie: "Lie face down on the mat. Bend your elbows on your sides and place them under your shoulders.") If this is clear to you then I am being too harsh. I even got another Pilates book that I own to see if I could figure out what was being asked. Parts of this book read as if written by an English language learner. Plurals in strange places and verbs that don't match the subject and oddly used prepositions. I received this ebook as a gift in exchange for my honest review. I'm sorry I wasn't able to speak more highly of it.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I don't have any experience with Pilates myself, but I was wondering to do it for a while now. When I was able to review this book, I was very happy. The book is very handy and it contains useful exercises, which I'm going to try out. It only has one downfall I think. It would be handier that each exercise is also explained by a schematic picture. Now, sometimes it is difficult to imagine how the exercise should go.

I received this book from the author in a LibraryThing Giveaway.

For those of us, and I'm one, that needs to lose weight, this is a good book. The author has described each exercise in simple terms and has added some exercises for weight loss and yoga. Each exercise is easy to learn and memorize after being done several times.

The only downfall is that there are no pictures to check to see if your body position is correct.

I worked out with a few of these exercises I'm slowly seeing results which make me happy. Whether you're new to Pilates or an old hand at it, this book offers something for everyone no matter their fitness level.

A short guide to pilates poses. No illustrations, but a good description of the poses and exercises. It's short, so this ebook is for beginners who may not need pictures. Includes some yoga poses too.

Gifted copy for honest review.

I really enjoyed The Ultimate Pilates Ebook. It was easy to follow and understand especially for beginners (like me). The directions for each of the moves was easy to follow. Pictures would have been a nice touch.
