Although this book vaguely explains the 5 Bit Diet plan. In my opinion, it was written to discourage its readers from trying the plan. After reading this book, the average person would say, "Oh Hell No!" However, I strongly recommend reading the original book written by Dr Alwin C. Lewis for the real deal about the diet. This book is not the best book to buy if you really want to learn about the 5 Bite Diet. Don't waist your money if you are considering trying this diet plan.
I can not even began to describe what a disappointment this book really was. It basically just went over the same thing over and over in the different so called chapters.
