needed more

I hate saying this because I usually love Corinne Michaels, but Destined for Me just didn’t hit for me—2 stars.

The biggest struggle was the lack of character development. The relationship felt like it went from zero to one hundred in what felt like two pages, and I never really got the chance to connect with them or believe in what they had. It needed more depth, more buildup, and more moments that made me feel invested.

I kept waiting for that emotional pull or substance that her books usually deliver, but it just fell flat for me. I really wanted more from these characters and their story.

Loved this! It was a great little novella filled with lots of feels. Having read Hadley and Cayden’s parents stories and knowing them when they were children, it was great to have them get together and have their happily ever after. What a great way to combine the Arrowood and Hennington’s together. Their stories were so good and combined with this one and its ending had me sobbing.

Quick read—seems like it was written quickly also given all the typos and plot issues. But overall fine if you are looking for something easy to not get invested it.

This is a sweet love story. The story itself holds your interest throughout. The characters come across as real people that you'd like to know in real life. And, it has a happy ending....what more could you ask for. It's a good read--just enjoy.

Love coming back.

I loved reading the first child of the brothers story. I loved how all the kids grew up close. Hadley is a great person and she really found her equal in Cayden. They had a wonderful story and I'm not surprised how the brothers responded.
