Ugh! Where do I find an incredible man like Dante? He had my heart right from the very beginning and no matter how many times he was mean and cruel, it only made him love him more. He’s the ultimate dark romance book boyfriend and I need one for myself!

But I must say Marceline is the perfect match for Dante. She is quite the spitfire of a woman and doesn’t let Dante get away with anything. But the fact that she does let one man in her life be brutal with her just shows how much she is broken and needs someone like Dante to show her that she is more than a broken woman. And boy does he show her!

I loved her fierceness, tenacity, and attitude, but I loved how she never backed down when it came to Dante and his cruel words. It only made me love her more. There were times that Dante needed a good smack in the back of the head when it came to how he treated Marceline, but once he got his head out of his ass, he realized that she was his other half, his twin flame.

This story is filled with tension, drama, violence, anger, heartbreak, and such intense passion that when you start reading there is just no way you can stop until you get to the end to see how it’s all going play out.

This story was beautifully written with so much heart, passion, love and friendships. There were so many times that I had tears dripping down my face and then other times when I could not stop laughing. It was a beautifully tragic story with an absolutely beautiful ending.

It tears my heart apart knowing the Dare Brothers have come to an end! However….DANTE stole the freaking show!!!! Man he went out without a bang, put a bow on it, and kissed me goodbye. I was NOT expecting how many tears I’d shed reading this book. Please check those trigger warnings! Marceline…she’s the most fierce/strong fmc I’ve read. The things this woman had to overcome will make you sick to your stomach…and Dante is her absolute perfect match.

#1 Dante is my #1 man! You will grow to love him haha because at first he will make you want to jump through the screen and put him in his place. Trust me, he redeems himself far beyond your expectations.

#2 The angst/tension and spice once it hits between Dante and Marceline. Be prepared because you will never look at cherries the same lol.

#3 The self growth with Marceline is beautiful…tragic…oh so tragic *que the tears as I write this*…but she is such a strong and powerful woman! Dante by her side makes them a duo that can’t be messed with.

incredible story

What can I say that I haven't said already.

Ryan your writing gets better every time. I'm in awe of you and how you were able to put personal touches into this story with real life experience. You made me cry, get so effing angry, and fall in love with Danté and Marceline. Truly a wonderful book.

Marceline touched a part of my soul with the struggle and realization of what she needed to do. Meeting Danté was not in her bingo card.

Seeing her grow and blossom was a journey and one I'll go back and re-read.
This is a story full of emotions and spice.

Please be mindful of the TW be there are some.

Dare You To Fight is out now!!!

I'm not sure when exactly I discovered Ryan's books but if you haven't, this is me shouting GO!!!!

I have loved loved every single book I've read and this one was no exception.

This is the 3rd book in the series, Dare Brothers Inc.

Dante and Marceline were explosive in all ways possible 😂 Marceline moves to Cattywump Bay with her POS boyfriend 🤬. They are always on the move due to his bad decisions but hopefully they can make this place permanent. Marceline takes a job working as a mechanic at Dare Garage where she meets the family she's needed for the last 10 years. When she meets Dante he is attracted to her but can sense she's trouble and as a result he pushes her away the best way he knows how by being the bully that everyone thinks he is. He throws his best barbs at her. Marceline had no problem putting him in his place, if only she can do the same to Kenny her boyfriend. There's heavy amounts of abuse that she endures at his hand, so check triggers before reading. As heavy as it was to read it was so beautiful to watch Dante recognize her abuse and help her find her strength to fight! Dante and Marceline's chemistry is off the chart. The way he lets himself love her and for her to trust him was so beautifully written.

Ryan, this book was so freaking good. It kept me on the edge of my seat and couldn't stop turning the pages. As hard as it was to read the abuse that Marceline and Dante went thru, I can only imagine what it was like to live thru (yes, I read your acknowledgements 🤣 your mom is a strong woman and so happy she found her Dante ❤️)

GET YOUR HANDS ON THIS BOOK! Now! This is without a doubt Ryan Marie’s masterpiece, the book where heart and soul, she’s laid everything on the line and it’s straight up amazing. It’s heavy, the domestic violence is prominent and it just breaks your heart with every word, it’s sexy and vibrant with hate to love energy that is on freaking fire, it has one of my favorite found families ever, and it’ll drive you mad, drive you wild, and wreck you in all the right ways. And finishing it, seeing Dante and Marcie find forever? Sheer heart soaring bliss.
Ryan Marie literally blew me away with how incredible this book is. There isn’t a single thing I didn’t like, there isn’t a moment I wasn’t all wrapped up in it, and I didn’t even need to think about whether to label this a must read, there’s not a doubt in my mind that it absolutely is. It’s two people saving each other, sometimes in obvious ways and others not so much, with Dante being the kind of MMC that you want to throttle, put your hands all over (sex on a stick, just saying), and also love with everything you’ve got, and Marcie being the female lead who wrecks you, raises every protective instinct you’ve got, and she has the ability to slay you with how big her heart has stayed and how genuine and kind she’s remained despite everything, and every step of their hate to love romance is fabulous. These two literally cannot stay away from each other no matter how much one of them hates it, Dante will undo you with how fiercely he protects Marcie, there’s forehead kisses and safety in his arms, a bar top scene that singes, and the kind of love you kill to protect and I will never be over how much I love it.

Dare You to Fight by Ryan Marie Reynolds is a solid 5-star rating because, honestly, she never misses when she writes. I mean, come on man… let the other authors have a chance—LOL. Kidding, don’t, because I genuinely love her and her storytelling too much for that. This book was sooooo dang emotional, and I am absolutely telling you to check your triggers before diving in, but wow was it worth every single feeling it stirred up in me. From the morally gray hero Danté to the fiercely stubborn mechanic heroine Marceline, I felt every spark, every sharp word, and every slow-burn moment building between them until it was impossible for me to look away.
The tension between Danté and the mysterious new girl Marceline had me hooked from the very first scene, especially with the enemies-to-lovers energy and that delicious bully dynamic that slowly transformed into something so much deeper. I loved watching them spar, challenge each other, and tear down the walls they built around their hearts, because their connection felt raw and real to me. The found-family vibe wrapped around the romance in a way that made the story even more meaningful, and I found myself rooting for them like they were people I personally knew, and after reading this I do feel like I know them now and that's great writing right there folks. When the emotional punches hit, they hit hard, and I felt every bit of vulnerability and growth right alongside them. This book reminded me why I adore romance so much, and it left me smiling, aching, and completely satisfied in the best way possible.

Wow—what an emotional finale to the Dare Bros Inc. trilogy.

Dante and Marceline (Marcie) were a pairing unlike any other. Dante, the hardened bully with a hidden softness and a past full of scars, masked everything behind his dark, brooding exterior. Marcie, trapped in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend Kenny, wore a tough shell of her own, pretending everything was fine. Their shared demons became the spark that drew them together in the most intense, unforgettable way.

For so long, Dante was a complete jerk to Marcie. He couldn’t quite explain why she got under his skin, but he knew from the start that “little trouble” would change his life. Marcie, on the other hand, just wanted a job as a mechanic—enough to save up and escape. Instead, she found something she never expected: a family, and a complicated man who would change her life forever.

This story was thrilling, emotional, and undeniably steamy—at times even infuriating. It made me cry, laugh, swoon, and genuinely worry about how it would all turn out. But in the end, love prevailed, and the emotional rollercoaster led to a satisfying, happy ending.

It was also wonderful to see the Dare brothers one last time, surrounded by their big, chaotic, loving family.

There are some triggers to be aware of, so it’s worth checking beforehand—but overall, this was an incredible and fitting conclusion to the trilogy.

We are back in Cattywamp for Dante and Marcelines story. The final chapter in The Dare Bros series. Dante, a cold, black-hearted, grump has his world turn upside down by a sexy blonde, who comes into town with her abusive boyfriend. She gets a job at the Garage as a mechanic to make some money to get away from her BF. She also ends up taking a night job at none other than Dante's Bar, Truth and Dare. Working close together at night leads to some tension between the two..that eventually comes to blows...
But when Dante and the rest of the family find out for sure what Marceline has been enduring...Dante is out for revenge..he will do anything to protect her.

This story was incredible. Very emotional for me. It took me a little longer to read it due to needing to take breaks..but I wanted to read this story. This was my most anticipated book in the series. The prologue, my goodness..🥹 reading Dantes full back-story broke my heart. Dante and Marcelines love story was real, and raw, nothing came together easy. They really did have to fight. Dante had to fight his own demons, to be able to break down his wall and confess his love to her. Marceline had to fight through an abusive relationship. Fight to get out, fight to overcome the trauma so she could be...his one and he be...her one, Forever❤️

I can't recommend this book or this series enough! These stories are absolutely amazing. They will require kleenex but..they are amazing! 10/10.

I went into Dare You to Fight expecting something intense, but I did not expect to feel this emotionally invested. Ryan Marie Reynolds really knows how to pull you into a story and make you care about every messy, complicated moment.
What stood out most to me was the tension. Not just the romantic tension, though that was definitely there, but the emotional kind too. The characters are not perfect and they do not pretend to be. They make choices that hurt, that frustrate you, and that somehow make you root for them even more.
The chemistry felt real and earned. Nothing about their connection felt rushed. It built slowly through conflict, vulnerability, and those small moments that say more than big dramatic declarations ever could.
I also appreciated how the story handled heavier themes. It did not feel surface level. There was weight behind what the characters were going through, and it added depth without taking away from the romance.
If you like angsty romance with strong emotional payoff and characters that feel human, this one is worth picking up. It is the kind of book that keeps you thinking about it after you finish.

ATTENTION! ATTENTION!! This series needs a movie adaptation ASAP!. This book is so great that I read the complete story in 11 hours. Ryan really knocked it out of the park with this one. The attention to detail and the approach to the major topic of the story is very commendable. Marceline left her family and everything shes ever known to run off to Vegas with the guy she thought would be her forever. Ten years of her life goes by, she in a world of not what she expected at all. Dante had a traumatic thing happen during his young years of his life that put him on the path of pushing limits. Meeting each other was by chance, the button pushing just kept the attraction at bay.

Marceline has everyone in her corner when push came to shove, the brothers treat her like a sister and the girls are the best friends she never had. The turning point had me cheering on from each page on, Dante is the ultimate bad boy book boyfriend. He would tear the world up to keep her safe and make all her dreams come true.

If i could leave one line to describe this book, “The comeback is always greater than the setback.”

I am OBSESSED with the Dare brothers, but I think Dante is my favorite. This book had me in a chock hold, I read it in ONE sitting. There is DV in this so just be warned.

Dante is the bad boy, grumpy, and possessive playboy in town. He is not looking to settle down and no one thinks he has a heart. Marceline is strong, battered, broken, sassy, and a baddie. I loved her so much and my heart broke for her. I wanted to protect her and hug her.

Dante and Marceline go at from the beginning. He is such a jerk to her, but I love that she did not back down. The tension between these two was thick. I just knew it was going to get SPICY! I loved the found family aspect and how they all took her in. This community is a dream and full of amazing people.

I loved watching Dante soften for her. I loved watching Marceline learn she can trust people and she does deserve to be loved. Dante may be a broody jerk, but that man is a softie to the core who will do anything to protect his woman.

Ryan Marie nailed this amazing book that had some tough subject. It was done so delicately and beautiful.

Dare You To Fight is a fun and engaging romance that blends emotional moments with strong character dynamics.

What stood out most to me was the balance between lighter moments and deeper emotional elements. The story has an easy flow that keeps you interested while still allowing space for character growth.

The relationships feel natural, and the interactions between the characters add both tension and heart to the story.

For me, this lands at 4 ⭐ because it was an enjoyable and easy-to-read story, though there were a few moments where I would have liked a bit more depth.

This is a 4 ⭐ for me because:

• the story has a nice balance of emotion and lighter moments
• the characters feel engaging and easy to connect with
• the relationships develop naturally
• the pacing keeps the story flowing well

Light. Emotional. Engaging.

Read this book if you like:

• contemporary romance
• character-driven stories
• emotional but easy reads
• strong relationship dynamics 📚

Ryan Marie Reynolds is one of my Angst Queens. This book me in my emotions so hard. People make mistakes and it really sucks when you can't get out from under them. But it's so wonderful when you find your people, who will help you undo those mistakes. Ryan Marie touches my heart with every book she writes. I haven't made it through a single one without tearing and loving at least one of the main characters. If you like romance, you need to read this one.

Thank you for the copy, this is my honest opinion. Please be aware of any trigger warnings, as your mental health is most important.

I loved every second of this book!

But I do love a grumpy MMC, with tats and piercings!!

Marcie and Dante’s story does play with the heartstrings. Seeing Marcie break free and stand on her own is empowering, along side of getting to see Dante breaking free from his on demons. The flow and transition of the story moves well from beginning to end.

Spice level: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ (when the spice hits, it hits! And the banter and tension is perfect!)
There is a lot of trauma, do be sure to check the trigger warnings!

Thank you Ryan for the opportunity to read an ARC copy of Dare You to Fight! This is my honest review that I’m leaving voluntarily.

I was filled with a massive amount of anticipation for this book. Dante Dare is the mysterious bad boy who’s a jerk to everyone. So for him to find his person, I knew this book was going to be amazing and it didn’t disappoint. Marceline was the woman he never saw coming, but the person who needed him the most. The way they met was definitely enemies to lovers at first sight, even though Dante can’t handle his emotions 😂 the banter was amazing and yes this may have been a tough read but damn did it tug my heart strings and just make me fall in love with them. **Trigger warning** there is domestic abuse in this book.

She's broken and beaten, but not yet down for the count when they rolls into town.
He's fierce, and angry, with a heart of stone and a black soul - or so he thought.

Can they save each other?
Will they be able to overcome their pasts and presents?

The story is Merci and Dante is heartbreaking and beautiful. 2 strong- willed, stubborn should finding themselves in each other.

I laughed, I got mad, I cried, and so will you.
I couldn't think of a better way to end the Dare Bros.

I'm so sad this series has ended. I was a Henny girl from the start, BUT…… Danté has officially taken that spot! I devoured this book and finished it in one sitting. The tension between these two was thick enough to cut with a knife. And the spice, 🥵. I loved how we gradually saw Danté soften toward Marceline throughout the book. The way the community comes together to take care of one of their own is amazing. This book does have some heavy subjects, so please make sure to check the trigger warnings.

🍒Morally grey MMC
🍒Mechanic FMC
🍒Enemies to Lovers
🍒Bully
🍒Slow burn
🍒Boss-employee
🍒Found family
🍒New in town

I have loved every single book Ryan Marie Reynolds has written.

Going into the Dare Series - Henny was my top book boyfriend, but I think Dante Dare may have taken that spot from him.

Dare You to Fight was such an emotional book to unpack, but it has such a beautiful ending. Dante and Marceline don't see eye to eye straight from the jump.

The bullying and the hate could be felt deep in my soul, but you can see underneath it all is a scared boy who doesn't know how to process what he feels.

Marcie finds herself in a place no one should ever be. Living inside a prison cell camouflaged as love. Separated from everyone she knows, at the mercy of an abusive boyfriend. She masks as well as she can, never getting too close to anyone.

Their stories are ones you don't hear much about, the ones that people try to repress.

Marceline is in a toxic and abusive relationship and they are on the move yet again. She finds a job quickly, at a local garage as a mechanic, where the owner, Hendrix is instantly impressed with her knowledge. When she meets Hendrix’s brother Dante, they are instantly at each other’s throats. Dante sees Marceline and can already tell what she’s going through due to his own past experiences. Even though they can’t stand each other, they still have a strong connection that constantly pulls them together.
I really enjoyed this story! While Dante has always been a grump and abrasive, he finally found the one that he could be vulnerable with and love. Not only was this story emotional and heartbreaking, it also showed a side of DV that many people don’t always think about. Marceline’s POV throughout the story just showed how stuck people can be in these types of situations.

🏍 Dare You To Fight, Book 3 in the Dare Bros Inc. series, by Ryan Marie Reynolds 🏍

Wow, this book was emotional and just blew me away. Dante and Marceline have been through so much in their lives. They have armor up and have closed themselves off emotionally just to survive. The tension between them was off the charts and their story was heartbreaking but healing. These characters and their found family are amazing and now I need to go back and read the whole series from the very beginning!
