История интересная, но не покидает ощущение, что все проявления условно чести выглядят болезненно: из-за этого происходит довольно много событий, которых можно было бы избежать.
Текст, при всей его насыщенности, на мой вкус суховат, можно было бы добавить больше воды. Хотя совершается путешествие вокруг света, практически отсутствуют описания окружающего мира. Да, нам объяснили, что главный герой ничем не интересуется (что, к слову, совершенно странно), но всё же можно было бы хотя бы глазами его спутников нам хоть что-нибудь показать.
Кстати, главный герой с одной стороны восхищает своим спокойствием, с другой он всё же достаточно неадекватно реагирует на мир и его события.
