Warning: This story will fuel your billionaire obsession! It includes hot and steamy sex scenes, orgasms a-plenty, and a handsome man who always gets what he wants.
Operations director Amy Carter is a successful London businesswoman with a huge problem - the bullying New York firm Quinlan Brothers is ruthlessly taking over her company - and it’s likely that corporate heads will roll. Amy’s determined to fight for her colleagues, but when she arrives in New York City and meets Adam Quinlan, it becomes clear that he's interested in a more personal level of negotiation.
Billionaire playboy and CEO, Adam Quinlan, always gets what he wants: he’s handsome, confident, and loves to see women climaxing in bed. When the beautiful Amy catches his eye, he makes up his mind that he will seduce her. There’s a problem though: his dead brother’s last request was that he should buy Amy’s company in order to complete the project he was working on. Adam knows redundancies are likely, but giving Amy what she wants in the bedroom quickly becomes more important to him than agreeing to her demands in the boardroom.
Amy wants more from a man than just mind-blowing, no-strings sex. And she certainly doesn’t want anything from the no-good, double-crossing Adam Quinlan. So why can’t she stop thinking about him, in and out of the bedroom and boardroom? And what’s happening to confirmed billionaire bachelor Adam? Is he really changing his ways and falling in love?
Whatever the reason, Adam Quinlan is about to discover that there are some things money can’t buy...
Shocked with how many reviewers gave this book 5 stars. The writing is poor and the storyline is unbelievable. Couldn't believe we're dealing with both a billionaire and a woman who mysteriously can't orgasm except with him. And having an anniversary party 2 weeks after burying a son? Little absurd. Also really frustrating with the director of finance & the secretary being mixed up in the shopping scene. Would have liked to know the ending but couldn't bring myself to keep reading
I did not like this story. There are a lot is sex scenes and very little story. Don't get me wrong, I like sex scenes and erotica. This book is mostly tired sex scenes and a very short story line that is incidental to the sex scenes.
Neither Amy or Adam had a personality aside for "hot for each other" and the plot is mostly "non-white men are very scary." Here is the Arab character getting introduced: "This guy seemed dangerous – as if he might explode in her face like a petrol bomb." That's the kind of line that tells us nothing except how the author sees the world.
When you're doing stuff like this, you're just telling out outright that your heart isn't in it:
"But it wasn’t just her wonderful curvy body that had seized Adam’s attention. There was something else about her, too. She seemed… interesting."
Oh, she seemed "interesting? Thanks, that really brings the love story to life.
Amy is silly down to her toes and not in a fun way. At one point, she concludes that the power of sex is enough to "emancipate womankind" (at that point, Adam is very far away from thinking of her liberation at all, he's concluded that she has become good at business because of his sex skills and thinks of her as a "sexy minx" rather than a partner on the merger they're working on). In other scene she goes shopping and ponders whether the "handsome" woman helping her in a clothing store is transexual and concludes it could be possible because she's in New York, which is like London (???).
Okay... I don't know if it's me or the book, that's lacking something. I just didn't connect with it emotionally. The storyline is well told, and plotted. But the emotions of the characters felt superficial. I will re read this book in a month or so to see if it is me or the book that is off. I'll update this review at that time.
Honestly, I'm glad it was free. The story needs editing. I can't count how many times I had to read things a second time to understand them because of missing punctuation or the storyline suddenly changing from what it was prior. There's one point where Amy turns off her cell phone, receives a call from the front desk on the hotel phone, and then silences her cell phone that she already turned off a page prior. The storyline could've been so much better but it was overshadowed by all the smut that felt like it was a quota that had to be met. I can honestly say I won't be "going back for seconds" to read the second book in the series. Sorry, Dylan. I didn't get to know you enough to care if you make it out unscathed.
The writing style is stilted and odd. Here's a good example: "Her mouth grinned as if she was on drugs; her lungs drew in air, which sparkled with warmth, holding them together." "His flesh was warm, and she wished she could snuggled into his arms and forget all this madness."
It reads like it's written by someone who's quite young and hasn't had a lot of practice writing. There's also a lot of exclamation points, which always make writing feeling quite juvenile in my opinion.
I didn't DNF because I wanted to find out what the invention was but it was not worth it. Characters didn't really have any personality, and there was no chemistry or love story. Almost no story at all, actually.
I really loved reading this Book # 1- By Julie Farrell. I love reading ALL HER BOOKS 📚. I’m on to her Next in this Series # 2. This Book was So Hot , 🔥 This is One Sizzling Romantic, Intriguing Book 📕.
Start can’t wait to read the next one. Plenty of lust and romance to carry through the whole book and a lot of suspense and drama. I think just about anyone would love reading this book.
I had so much hope for this book. I always read these books where there's a rich guy that goes after bedding the plain girl. From the description of this book, I believed it was going to be a rich guy falling for said girl, then that girl getting her revenge when she believed he was just after taking her to bed. However, there was really no such thing.
Amy met Adam a month previously at a bar in London after finding her boyfriend cheating on her with his assistant. Feeling upset, she then meets Adam who flirts with her and makes her feel special by sharing his feelings about the recent death of his brother. They then spend the night together, after which she leaves him. Then skip forward a month, and her company is being taken over by the Quinlan Brothers from New York. Then low and behold, Adam is none other than one of those low down brothers...Surprise!
Amy and Adam then spend the rest of the book having sex and Adam giving these empowering orgasms than build up her confidence..........which apparently isn't too low since she repeatedly states how beautiful and comfortable she is with herself and her body being on display for his liking.
There was a slight twist involving the reason for their take over of her office, which I will not give away, however I can't completely say I didn't see it coming. Although I finished this book from beginning to end, I could just as easily put it down, and not returned. Nothing about this book really held my attention for long. Each character seemed to be a contradiction from previous descriptions of that same character earlier in the book. In the end, I don't really feel that any of the characters grew. Adam was an arrogant playboy in the beginning, and still an arrogant guy in the end even if he was a single woman man. The only character that somewhat grew was Amy....In the beginning she believed that sex was not that special because she believed herself to be unable to have an orgasm, but after having her firsts with Adam, then him showing her how to please herself, she just fell for him. In the end, the majority of this book took place in 1 weeks time, and everything just seemed rushed. There was no real build up, and although the book ends with a look into what the next book will be about, I have no desire to read Dylan's story.

Having thoroughly enjoyed Julie's previous series of 'London Loves' romantic fiction novels, I was intrigued to see what she would come up with next. Judging by this excellent book (the first in her new Billionaire Tycoon series) she has taken her writing up to a whole new level! The Billionaire's Kisses is a book that stirs the emotions, turns up the heat, & keeps the reader guessing right until the end.
The story surrounds British businesswoman Amy, who has flown out to New York to oversee the seemingly hostile takeover of the small London company she works for by a wealthy (but ruthless) Forbes-style American family.
Determined to remain professional & keep a cool head in her new, rather alien environment, how will she survive in the cut-throat world of corporate New York business? Romance isn't especially on her menu, but will her mask slip, & will she at last let her heart rule her head when she looks set to become swept off her feet by the hottest (& wealthiest) guy she's ever met...
What I loved about this book is that it's definitely no one-dimensional girl-meets-billionaire romance. It's intelligently written, & is filled with Julie's trademark plot-twists, suspense, & genuine surprises - not to mention her beautifully-crafted writing style that makes you really feel you're really involved in the action, & right there with Amy in every scene.
Oh, & did I mention that the love scenes are out of this world?! There are plenty of them too, almost right from the start. They are generously sprinkled throughout, often incredibly inventive, & are guaranteed to send any reader's temperature & heart-rate soaring! These love scenes themselves certainly make this book a must-read for anyone who loves some full-on, no-holds-barred, graphic steaminess.
Other than Amy, there's a whole cast of red-hot characters here, all of which I'm sure we'll be seeing more of soon in this new book series. An excellent, unique & genuinely exciting read!
I bought this ebook when it came out but then I notice there was a prequel so had to wait for it to come out so I could read it first (just my way, hate reading books/series out of order) ;-) Good story that was going good until I got about half way into and almost put it down, but kept on reading and it came altogether in the end (boy, was I glad)!! This series is about the Quinlan brothers, with the prequel "The Billionaire's Heart" about Ivan (the oldest) and this one is about Adam (the 3rd brother) and the next one being about Dylan (2nd oldest)!

Adam Quinlan (CEO) & his brother had threatened Frank Grafton (50, boss) with a hostile takeover of his & Amy’s company Grafton Techs. Frank was in the hospital recovering from a car wreck. Amy Carter (operations director) hooped aboard a plane from London England to Manhattan NY to try & diffuse the situation. She presented a PP presentation in the board room to Adam (27, MIT, digital engineering) & Dylan Quinlan. Amy requested a merger to the 2.
Tariq Shard & Ivan Quinlan (brother) had been working on a secret project to sell the highest foreign bidder. Tariq (computer genius) had set fire to a building & had been accused of murder of Ivan Quinlan (data analyst). Currently he is out on bond awaiting trial.
Amy later met Preti Ahmed (finance director) & Lucy Maxwell (contract lawyer). Would Amy seal the business deal? Will Tariq be brought to justice? What about Adam & Amy…&?
Warning: This book is for adults only & contains extreme violence, adult content or language &/or sexually explicit scenarios. It may be offensive to some readers.
I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.
A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. Wow, a very well written mysterious erotic book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great steamy hot billionaire sex movie, or paid-per-view mini TV series. No waste of time right to the point. To be continued. A very easy rating of 5 stars.

Amy works for Grafton Techs in London as the operations director. Grafton Tech is about to be bought out by Quinlan Brothers, Adam and Dylan. Amy and her boss were supposed to go to New York together to meet with the Quinlan brothers but because of a car accident, Amy is sent by herself.
Upon arrival she runs into a man that she thought was a one night fling after she had discovered her now ex-boyfriend and co-worker was cheating on her. But what she finds instead is she’s standing in front of Adam Quinlan, the man she despises for what he’s doing to a company that has become her home.
Turns out the brothers interest in the company are much more complex that just another conquest in their belts. There’s another brother that has told them that Grafton Tech is the answer to an invention he was working on at time of his death.
This story has many twists and turns that will take you on a great adventure. I didn’t expect the biggest one and since I don’t write spoilers, you all are going to have to read the book to learn the real fate and adventure that this book holds.
I have to admit, I so enjoyed book 1 that I instantly jumped into book 2 and at this point have completed that one too. Enjoy the read, it’s solid, enjoyable, and quick. Don’t know that I’ll quite give it a 5 out of 5 but it’s was memorable and that keeps it high on my list.
"Girls every Dream" This book is a heart-melting Romance!. The characters are incredible and the story line is fantastic!. Amy works for Grafton Techs' in England. Her company is about to be took over by the Quinlan Brothers. So Amy is sent to New York to give a presentation to the Brothers and to make sure the hostile take over goes as friendly as possible. When she gets to New York she is exhausted, anxious, and just emotionally messed up. Right before the trip she broke up with her boyfriend so with that behind her she is ready to get this trip over with. Amy feels the Quinlan Brothers are her enemy till she Meets Adam Quinlan. Amy is determined to keep her distance only Adam is not having any of that lol. Amy is a challenging feisty, curvy, beautiful woman and Adam loves a challenge. At first it looks like the Brothers are not wanting to be hostile after all. Then her and Adam have a run in with a Man called Tariq. The brothers believe Tariq killed their older brother Ivan. It had been Ivan's idea for the brothers to Buy Amy's company. This books is a must read book . It has Humor, Spine-tingling suspense, action and Red Hot Romance!.
When the Quinlan Brothers decide to buy Grafton Techs, Amy Carter is sent to New York because her boss had an accident; she has to do some serious damage control. There is one huge problem: Adam Quinlan. He wants Amy as well as the company, and he just might get caught at his own game.
THE BILLIONAIRE’S KISSES is book one of a brand new series by Julie Farrell. It is quite different in tone from the London Loves series, but the gorgeous writing is still there! There’s a lot of steamy sex, it’s very sexy, hot, erotic, but this time, the setting is the corporate world, and Ms. Farrell describes it very accurately. THE BILLIONAIRE’S KISSES features great characters, and the chemistry between Adam and Amy is scorching! There’s a great sexy story, of course, but what surprised me the most what the suspense element: there is a back story that influenced a lot in THE BILLIONAIRE’S KISSES and I cannot wait to know more about what happened! Great job, Ms. Farrell!
Oh to be in Amy's shoes. On one hand, she gets to travel to the United States. Unfortunately, it's because the company she works for is being taken over by a big New York company. She has a hot billionaire interested in her. At first he's willing to do the no strings attached thing, but quickly changes his mind. Who wouldn't want that?
Her job is to ensure the sale goes as her boss wants it too. Amy is a confident business woman who knows what she wants. She challenges Adam and Adam loves a challenge.
There is more to this story than just boy trying to get girl. Amy's company feels like a family to her. She's there to protect them. When doubts about the Quinlan brother's honesty come to her attention, who will she trust?
The sex scenes kept me reading while the plot twists kept me intensely interested. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.
If you read the synopsis to this book, and expect an average office romance novel, you'd be wrong! This is the first book I read by this author and in this series, and it was a sexy page-turner. In addition to Amy & Adam's off-the-charts chemistry, this book has an element of intrigue and secrets that I just HAD to get to the bottom of. Who is the mysterious Tariq Shard? I was completely captivated with this fast-paced start to the series! While this book is a stand-alone novel, it appears that the mystery surrounding the Quinlan family is the backdrop for the entire series. The end of this book sets up Dylan's story nicely (The Billionaire's Affair), but I'll be reading this book's prequel first (The Billionaire's Heart). I'm looking forward to more of the Quinlan brothers!
What a great start to this series. Amy is sent to NY to see through a deal that Adams company is doing to take over the company she works for in England. Amy doesn't think he is being honest and up to no good.. He won't hold up to their agreement, once the paperwork is signed. She's wants be the one to prove him dishonest except they have unbelievable chemistry. Adam always gets what he wants and it's not only the company he wants. Amy is in his sights and he wants her as part of the deal even if it's only temporary. I loved this book. It had everything. Some intrigue, sex, and a good story. I loved the book and think Julie is a great writer.
"Eu consigo definir esse livro em apenas uma palavra: Maravilhoso! Adam me conquistou logo de cara: charmoso, playboy, lindo, sexy e ainda por cima, um romântico incorrigível. Mesmo que ele esteja lidando com a dor da perda, ele não é um cara fechado e nem nada disso, ele brinca, sorri e é um amor tanto com as pessoas ao seu redor, como com a sua família. A Amy é forte, linda, meiga, decidida, lutadora e inteligente. Sinceramente, a Amy me cativou demais. Esse livro com certeza me seduziu. Repleto de sexo, amor, mistério e conflitos. Eu simplesmente devorei este livro. Foi tão gostoso de ler, que eu terminei em um dia!"
OMG...... Take a breath..Take a breath ha ha ha. What a fantastic story. Absolutely brilliant just loved it. . Adam..phew such a hottie and Amy..oh my dear girl, hang on for the ride of your life and I don't mean in the lift. This story had me hooked from the beginning, falling into Adam's arms at the lift but glad she is so feisty. Instant chemistry but a plot to keep me so enthralled I could not put it down. Love Dylan and Joseph (brothers) too. Lots of secrets like a Bond film but sooo much better. Roll on Dylan's story. can't wait.
There was something there from the beginning. She had just found out her boyfriend was cheating on her. Out for a nite with the girls to cheer her up. He was there to buy her company but she didn't know who he was. They spent the nite together, the next morning she left and he headed home to NY. Two months later she arrives in NY to find out he just bought her company and sparks fly. Everything starts to happen so fast. They're not sure if love can happen at a glance
This is my first book I've read by Julie Farrell, book 1 in the billionaire brothers series..... I do love a hot billionaire and omg I definitely wasn't disappointed, without giving any spoilers I can tell you I was hooked, when I wasn't reading all I could think about this book ( if a book is on my mind even when I'm not reading then it's a fantastic book) and what Adam and Amy would get up to next. This book is well written, I so can't wait for book 2 Dylan's story
When i started reading the book i was doubtful but as i continued reading the book i just finding more difficult to put the book down. It very well written and the story line of Adam & Amy really captivated me and i just fell in love with them.
I would really recommend the book to anyone but this is a cliffhanger and you will need to read the whole series.
Hope this is helpful and that you will enjoy the book as much as i did.
