Three dark kings crave my power.
But their secrets could shatter me.

When I challenged the kings to claim my oracle power, I never dreamed fate could bring me hope, or a love stronger than the threat of darkness.

Only for the Iron King’s secret to tear me apart.

Now, death comes for me in the icy snowstorms of winter.

The feared Frost King, who long ago ripped love and mercy from his heart, shares with me his haunting power, heating my blood until I yearn for an impossible passion.

Meanwhile, the Ember King hunts me, pursuing me into danger, where a revelation waits that could change his future—and mine.

But the curse that drove the three kingdoms into war continues, and dark forces conspire to steer my destiny, pushing me toward a battle that could crush me and the three kings...

One whose love broke me. One who burns to control me. And one whose heart could fracture our world.

ENGLISH:

Fae, shapeshifters, vampires, and an oracle await in this sequel filled with magic, intrigue, romance, and breathtaking scenery. You won't be able to put it down!

Thyra's heart breaks when she learns the truth about Antony. However, her life is also at risk, and she unexpectedly finds herself in the company of Stellen, the Frost King. He takes her to his kingdom, a cold and ruthless place full of dangers. To survive, Thyra must freeze her heart… which becomes increasingly difficult as she gets closer to the attractive Frost King.

No matter what it takes, every light and every shadow in her soul will be mine.

I really enjoyed this book; it was a very entertaining read. Stellen is my favorite king, so I loved getting to know him better. His past, his personality, his secrets, his inner circle, his beautiful wolf… For someone with a heart of ice, he was such a beautiful character.

The romance progressed slowly and made us wait, which made perfect sense. Even so, there were some truly intense scenes full of spice and some very sweet moments. I loved the way the Voice and melody were used; I think it was really original and absolutely captivating, it was so hot!

I also loved the setting. The Frost Kingdom was beautiful; every place created by the author was so impressive and creative, brimming with imagination. The descriptions were gorgeous and made me feel like I was right there.

In contrast to its beauty, this kingdom is truly cruel and ruthless, which made it fascinating. There was plenty of intrigue and twists in this book, moments filled with tension and betrayal. It had some amazing battles, with a huge display of power that blew my mind.

Sometimes I felt it was a little slow in some parts, but it made up for it with heart-stopping moments. There was a lot of drama and some shocking revelations. The conflict between kingdoms intensified, and new mysteries emerged. Thyra also grew a lot, both physically and magically, which was amazing.

The last few pages were absolutely insane, full of action and adrenaline. I finished it screaming, desperately needing to know what happens next after that huge cliffhanger. It was a great read, full of epic lines.

“To survive in this kingdom, you must understand cruelty. And be capable of delivering it. Or you will surely break.”

All things to all people

“Consider what you know for a fact, Oracle: I am heartless. In a storm of lies, that truth remains.”

Three Dark Kings: Winter’s Blade was such a strong second installment in this series. Instead of falling into the usual “middle book slump,” this story expanded the world, deepened the emotional connections, and somehow made the stakes feel even more dangerous and addictive.
What stood out to me most was how original this series continues to feel. The story doesn’t rely on recycled fantasy romance tropes—it builds its own atmosphere filled with tension, shifting loyalties, power struggles, and emotionally complicated relationships that kept me completely hooked. Every revelation felt earned, and the unpredictability of the plot made it impossible to stop reading.
Thalia was an incredible FMC because she balances strength and vulnerability so naturally. She never felt flat or overly perfect, and I loved seeing how much pressure and emotion she carried throughout the story. But honestly, Stellen’s journey with her was what really grabbed me emotionally. Watching him struggle between duty, emotion, and the growing connection he has with Thalia made every scene involving them feel intense and meaningful. Their chemistry wasn’t just romantic tension—it carried weight, trust issues, longing, and the constant feeling that everything could fall apart at any moment.
Antony and Maxim also added so much depth to the story. Each relationship dynamic felt distinct, which made the emotional tension even stronger because every character brought something different to Thalia’s world. The balance between loyalty, conflict, and connection between all of them was written so well that I became attached to every interaction.
The atmosphere in this book was another huge highlight. The cold, dangerous setting mixed with the darker emotional undertones created such a vivid reading experience that I felt completely immersed from beginning to end. It had that perfect blend of fantasy, danger, romance, and emotional turmoil that makes you lose track of time while reading.
This series keeps getting stronger, and I already know I’ll be impatiently waiting for the next book. If you love dark fantasy romance with layered characters, emotional intensity, and a storyline that feels genuinely fresh, this series deserves the hype. This is a new world for everly but as always with her books so beautifully done. I recommend you escape into all of her series.

Well, I’m honestly flabbergasted after finishing this one. That ending completely blew my mind.

Three Dark Kings and the Winter Blade (book 2) did not disappoint. I wasn’t sure where this series was heading, and I actually thought each book would focus on just one king — but I’m very happy to be wrong. It does in a way still, but not how you think it will(no spoilers), there is so much more to this 2nd book, so you will need to read for yourself.

We pick up with Thyra and Antony, and we finally learn what he actually is (no spoilers, promise). We also get some big truths about the Iron King and his past.

From there, the story shifts to Thyra and the Frost King, and their connection grows throughout the book — but it’s definitely not only about him. With the multiple POVs, we get these little windows into the other kings as the plot moves forward, and you really see how Thyra is becoming tangled up with all of them.

The worldbuilding is so imaginative and immersive. New characters come in and you can feel the story expanding. There were so many little “aha” moments where things suddenly clicked and answered questions I’d been wondering about earlier. We learn about the Ferocie scribes with their white ink, the iron dust, and more pieces of this ever-evolving world.

And then there are the OMG moments — the ones you absolutely will not see coming. The kind where you just sit there thinking, “Well… that’s going to change everything,” and suddenly you have no idea what to expect next. Definitely not a predictable story.

There is some spice, but it’s not the main focus. For me, it felt more like an emotional and spiritual connection between Thyra and her kings, and I’m curious to see how each of them shapes the rest of the series.

And like I said at the start — that ending? Massive cliffhanger. I need book three immediately.

A favourite quote:
“We have power over her fate. The least we can do is ask ourselves: will she ever be what she wants? Or will she forever bend to what we need?

A big 5 stars from me.

I received this ARC for free and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Okay, so I did not have this book being emotional on my bingo card, but here we are. Thyra is becoming a complete baddie. Girl is training, and her Oracle power is growing. However, it's her compassion, understanding, and huge heart that are undoing the kings. The guys are so determined to end each other; if they stopped for just a minute, they would realize how much they have in common. Horrible fathers, abuse, neglect, and emotional truma just to name a few. At one point, each of them had me a little teary-eyed for one reason or another. It does seem like this unlikely harem is starting to come together in their care for Thyra. I can't wait for them to come together as one force. It's going to be brutal.

It's Stellen's turn with Thyra. The story didn't go how I expected. For one, Stellen claims to be heartless, but that's far from true. He's logical, a little closed off, and always thinks ten steps ahead. However, even in a kingdom as brutal as Frost, he "helps" where he can, even if it doesn't appear like it. I thought the Iron Kingdom was bad, they have nothing on Frost. They think asking for help and thanking people are insults. The people there are cruel, with very few exceptions. At least it was an interesting place with hot springs, sacred spots, and icy archives. Thyra learned more about the curse and the False Queen. I'm not sure what to believe about the False Queen, but one thing is certain: she's using Thyra, and it has me on edge.

Whyyyy! That ending had me screaming like a crazy person. It's only sheer luck that I wasn't reading this in public. Everly Frost, WTH is up with these endings? I'm okay with a cliffhanger, but apparently, she likes to leave her readers gutted. Not to mention a dark twist that's causing me all kinds of anxiety. I need everyone to make it out, and the bad guys need to get what's coming to them. Savagely. Three Dark Kings and the Winter Blade was incredible! A must-read!

Someone check my pulse, because Everly Frost just destroyed me.
I’d like to formally report a crime, and the suspect is Everly Frost. I didn't realize I was signing a waiver for total emotional annihilation.
After the cliffhanger in book one, I told myself I was ready. I braced myself. I thought, "I’ve been through the wringer already, how much worse can it get?" Narrator voice: It got worse. So much worse.
We pick up right after the Iron King basically tore my soul out (thanks for that, buddy), and now we’re trekking through snowstorms with the Frost King. Stellan is supposed to be heartless and stripped of mercy, but apparently, he has enough haunting power to make things very... warm. He’s the greenest red flag MMC ever. I spent half the book holding my breath and the other half shouting at the pages.
Thyra is a queen for surviving this, because I personally would have folded like a lawn chair three chapters in. The drama in these three kingdoms is taxing.
Getting peeks at Anthony after the devastating ending of book one is equally amazing and traumatic.
The tension of wondering what is going to happen with Maxim is hair-pulling exasperating.
The world-building is lush, the tension is electric, and Everly's writing is as addictive as ever.
But we need to talk about that ending. That cliffhanger? Absolutely illegal.
It wasn't just a cliffhanger; it was a professional-grade emotional execution. I knew it was coming. I spent the last 20% of the book with my shoulders up to my ears, waiting for the floor to drop out... and it still managed to shatter me. I will be thinking about this ending every waking second until the next book is in my hands.
If you enjoy being emotionally compromised by brilliant writing and high-stakes fantasy, read this. Don’t say I didn’t warn you about the emotional damage

This is the second book of this Why Choose Dark Romantasy series! This book focuses more on the Frost King while continuing to give us little pieces of the other kings & their kingdoms!

I love Thrya SO MUCH! We’re seeing her slowly step into her Oracle powers and truly start understanding the strength she carries. I LOVED seeing more of her training and watching her become stronger in this one. Our girl doesn’t suddenly become fearless or unstoppable. She still doubts herself, she still fears what could go wrong & she still feels everything so deeply. She’s carrying heartbreak, pressure, expectations & the weight of 3 kingdoms on her shoulders. You FEEL that!

The Frost King Stellen 👀 THIS MAN. He ripped love and mercy from his heart a long time ago and you can feel that pain in every interaction. He’s cold, guarded & completely haunted by his past but those tiny moments where the walls crack? My heart🥹 Watching him & Thyra together had me absolutely spiraling! The tension, the longing, the little glimpses beneath his icy exterior. I was EATING IT UP.

The chemistry in this series continues to be INSANE. Every interaction feels heavy and intense. Between the fallout from Antony’s secret, the Ember King keeping me stressed & everything happening with the Frost King? My head is SPINNING!

The world building keeps getting bigger and I’m obsessed with learning more about the kingdoms, powers, curses and prophecy threads! The reveals & plot twists in this one?! EXCUSE ME?! I was spiraling the entire book and on the edge of my seat! The political tension, danger, magic, betrayals and twists had me absolutely hooked start to finish!
And THE ENDING?! CRIMINAL! I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS 😭 This series keeps giving answers while somehow leaving me with a gazillion more questions! Also still think Antony is my fav so far🫣 10/10 obsessed yalll!

The excitement I got when getting this in my hands was extreme. I’ve had the first book pop into my head regularly and couldn’t wait to continue the series!

Overall I would give this book a 4.5 stars. Loved it, very happy to read it, and will undoubted read more of this series. There were just a few parts where I think it didn’t quite reach the solid 5 stars that I felt with the first book!

I loved that this book didn’t completely ignore the storyline that had been established in the first book. I was a little worried it would become segmented but that’s definitely not the case! The downside of the large involvement of the first book characters though was that the new characters and court in this book didn’t feel as fleshed out. I felt really connected and immersed in the world of the first book but struggled to understand what the environment and court felt like in this second one.

I always wanted more Azul- who doesn’t? He added a light hearted element to the first book which I think was also missing from this second book. It felt a lot more dark without a character bringing spots of happiness into situations.

I think the author did a great job of reintroducing important plot points and characters back in from the first book without feeling too re-telling. I didn’t feel like I had to go reread the first book just to understand what was happening in this one.

~~~~~
Would I read more from this series? Absolutely. I still very much hope the author is considering doing a special edition of the series once it’s finished. I would happily purchase a pretty version of these!
Would I read more from this author? Yes! I have her on my list!
Would I recommend this book to others? Absolutely; I already have!
Dark Thread
A dark RH PNR.
The second book picks up right where the cliffhanger from the first one left off, and it had me biting my nails, anxious to see how everything would unfold: what’s going to happen? Is it really going to happen?
These books have some calmer (ish) moments, but then the author throws us into a nonstop sequence of action-packed scenes that completely wreck your nerves.
It’s basically: hold on tight, because we’re about to go on a roller coaster ride.
Then there are the plot twists and unexpected moments that catch me off guard and leave me speechless.
Each book focuses on getting to know one of the MMCs better — even though the others still appear as well, since our FMC is connected to all of them in one way or another.
This time, it’s all about diving deeper into King Frost’s story: finding out what happened to him and why he is the way he is.
Life is definitely not easy for our FMC. Everyone wants or expects something from her.
After the events that forced her into hiding, and then the ones that pushed her back into the spotlight, it seems things are only getting harder for her. She has to face one challenge after another.
It’s like she’s constantly being pulled from one situation to the next, as if the ground keeps slipping out from under her feet.
You really need to be incredibly strong to handle all of this — including these kings, who leave me grumbling at them so many times. They can be absolutely exasperating and, at the same time, incredibly captivating on their complexity.
And then we have the brilliant PNR animals. Oh, I want one of each!
Just like the first book, this one ends on a cliffhanger. They’re killing me.
THREE DARK KINGS AND THE WINTER BLADE by Everly Frost starts off strong and somehow manages to raise the stakes even higher after the explosive ending of book one. From the very first chapter, I was completely hooked back into this dark, addictive world.
The character development in this book was fantastic. Watching the relationships deepen, loyalties shift, and secrets unravel made every interaction feel meaningful. The reverse harem dynamic continues to be one of my favourite parts of the series, with each king bringing something unique to the story and keeping me constantly torn over who is my favourite! Everly is doing a fantastic job writing this genre!
Everly's world building is incredible. The fae kingdoms feel rich, dangerous, and vividly alive, with new layers of history, magic, and political intrigue woven seamlessly into the story. Every revelation left me wanting more.
Packed with tension, action, romance, and plenty of emotional moments, book 2 delivers everything I loved about book one while expanding the story in all the right ways. And that ending? Absolutely brutal. The cliff hanger left me staring at the page in disbelief and desperately needing the next book immediately.
If you love romantasy, complex characters, dangerous fae kings, and addictive reverse harem romance, this series is a must-read.
Screaming. Freaking out. What the actual heck?!
I refuse to believe this book ended this way just for book three to begin in the exact same manner. This is NOT how I expected things to go, and my heart is absolutely not okay.
If you’ve read Everly Frost before, then you already know she is the queen of angst. I expect her books to drag my emotions all over the place. I know my jaw is going to hit the floor. I know I’ll end up staring blankly at a wall for several minutes after the final page. But the twists packed into those last few chapters were BRUTAL.
And somehow? The foreshadowing was so well done that I feel completely oblivious for not piecing it together sooner. Every reveal hit like a punch to the chest. The surprises were epic, devastating, and brilliantly executed.
Because now? Everything changes.
These men swore they would never love her. They promised pain, vengeance, destruction. And after what was revealed, I cannot stop wondering what happens when the full truth finally comes out. Will obsession outweigh betrayal? Will rage win? Will they become exactly what they swore they would be?
And honestly? I don’t know if my heart can survive finding out.
This ending ruined me, and I need book three as emotional compensation immediately!
Azul may still be my favorite character! But, alas, he is not the main character here. We do get to know Nara though and she is fabulous! This is book #2, so definitely needs to be read in order. And, it’s book 2/3, so it ends in another heart breaking cliffhanger. You’d think I’d be used to these by now!!! I still absolutely love Everly Frost’s writing style, character development, and all of the little details that she does not leave hanging. I mean, with the exception of the details that will show up in book 3…..
Overall, this new world is fascinating. Thyra has a strong impact on each king, and the Winter Blade shows the difference between the courts. Each king rules from afar out of fear of harming their subjects while using all of their energy to protect their kingdoms. Thyra becomes stronger physically while she trains in the Frost Kingdom and small pieces of the overall puzzle are slowly put together for all three kings.
Overall, fantastic addition to this series!
Three dark kings and the winter blade is the next thrilling dark installment of the amazing Everly Frost's Three dark kings series, another must read of 2026. So if you're looking for a new series and a new author to love or a book you cannot put down, I highly recommend this one. Three dark kings and the winter blade is a 10/10, five out of five star read, perfect for a summer TBR or to add to a reading goal.
I am on the edge of my seat, I need the next book now! This book is that good, you will never want it to end. It's filled with epic battle scenes, secrets and spice. When Thyra suddenly finds herself ripped out of Antony's arms and thrown into the arms of the Frost king Stellen, what will she do? Will her visions become too much for her? Will she see something she doesn't like? Or will something bloom between her and Stellen? All to be revealed in Three dark kings and the winter blade.
Thank you to Luna Blooms and Everly Frost for the eARC of this book in exchange for a review.
This book picks up right where the last one left off, which was greatly appreciated because it ended on a cliffhanger. I was really excited to jump in and see where Thyra’s story was going because I binged the first book in the series but the pacing felt off in this one. I get that there’s a lot of world building needed, but it felt like it took forever for anything to happen. My mind kept wandering while I was reading and I wasn’t expecting that. However, when the story did finally pick up, it was amazing… what even was that ending?! I’m now analyzing all the things that happened and seeing them in a different light. I will definitely be continuing on and need the next book asap!
OMG are you kidding me. I thought the first book was mind blowing and this sure as heck didn't prepare me for the wrath of this one. Where do I begin. I am speechless. Thyra pulls out all the stops on this book and believe me is as formidable as all the king's combined.
The emotional upheaval that this story entails is mindblowing. From Thyra to Antony, Thyra to Stellan and last but not least Maxim. The discipline that each one carries is a burden itself.
Everly Frost created an exceptional storyline with amazing characters that lead us on an epic journey through the harshest of conditions and we bled along the way.
That cliffhanger though......that certainly was an eyeopener that I didn't see coming! I'm gobsmacked. What an awesome series. Here's looking forward to reading book three 👍
fast paced
I want to start this review by saying that I love that Everly began this book right where book 1 left us hanging because that cliffhanger was absolutely torturous to read! My heart literally went through a grinder, but I knew Everly would piece me back together again and give me some hope for Thyra and her kings. I loved getting to know more about Stellen and the Winter Kingdom, as well as getting the pov chapters from Antony and Maxim. This book took me through the wringer emotionally. I loved watching Stellen embrace his feelings and watching his character growth was amazing. I also enjoyed seeing Thyra really come into her own and gain more confidence in her abilities. Again, this one leaves off with a doozy of a cliffhanger so be warned about that. I cannot wait for the Gilded Serpent!
I knew it, I knew it from the moment the Northerners appeared that things weren't adding up and I'm vindicated by that ending while also shocked at the betrayal even though I knew...I'm so angry! I did not see the book ending there.
There is so much going on and so much that we need to learn and so many things I want to happen. I am so excited for the next one and I only just finished reading this one.
Did I fall In love with Stellan, yes yes I did. I can't wait for all the guys to interact more I can feel the potential bromance and snarky comments already.
I need more Maxim and Ember because of the events in this one, I need to know things. I'm on the edge of my seat.
When's the next book out?
I loved this book. Why choose, enemies to lovers, and romance what more could you want. This story follows Thyra as she becomes the new oracle after the death of her father. With 3 kindoms all fighting for the chance to capture and use her to stop the curses on their kindoms, its a very much a kill or be killed world. The world building is amazing and the pace of the book was perfect. Not too rushed and leaves you wondering what is next. I would recommend this book if you love Sarah j maas, Elizabeth helen etc. This is the second book in the series and I'm loving the word building, character growth and relationships starting to form. I am looking forward to diving deeper into this world and continuing on this adventure.
I love, love this series. I thought another series couldn’t keep me as glued to it as her assassins series but this one definitely keeps me entertained. This is the second book in the Dark Kings series and needs to be read in order to understand what’s going on in the book. I’ve never minded cliffhangers because she releases them soon after each other, this is a book you can read over and over and due to her worldbuilding would come out finding something that was new or connect some you may have missed. Great read and looking forward to the next one.
Ahhhhhhhhh! I am sitting here in an emotional crisis from that cliffhanger!!! I let myself be blindsided even knowing that book 1 finished on a cliffhanger. Book 2 picks up exactly where we left off with Thyra learning about Antony and the threat he is to her. Immediate action and conflict to open up. We get to see the relationship between Thyra and Stellan develop. The frost kingdom is a brutal place and so is the frost king. Absolutely thrilling read and I am already counting down until the next one releases!
I really loved diving back into to this world!
We see a lot more of the political side of the Fae when we are in Stellan's Kingdom.
Thyra has a great character building journey in this book and we get to see how she deals with grief.
I love seeing the Alak-Teah, this was a really cool place!
I will say thay I didn't connect as much with Stellan as I had with Antony. I was pining for glimpses of Antony throughout this book.
But by the end of the book I appreciate the part that Stellan plays in Thyra's story.
I am super keen for the instalment and to see Maxims story!
This series just keeps getting better. A refreshing take on romantasy that keeps you connected to every single character without feeling repetitive. I've been eagerly waiting for this book, and as soon as I opened it, I knew exactly where it left off. The stakes keep getting higher, characters continue to develop, and the tension is slow and everything it should be. I especially love that we continue to get everyone's POV. This has epic romantasy written all over it! I can't wait to continue this series!
Thank you to Everly Frost for this e-ARC. My opinions/reviews are my own.
This series is so good! The Frost King has the Oracle and we learn more from the Iron and Ember kings as well. The cliffy was a doozy and I will definitely read book 3! Can't wait to learn more about the Ember King. There was a lot going on with the False Queen and the assassin working with the Iron King's brother. Lots of moving parts that I know Everly will wrap up beautifully. She is masterful of weaving all the pieces together for a jaw dropping conclusion.
I received an advanced copy of this book and I’m SO glad! I rate this world and characters right up there with my other favorite fantasy series (ACOTAR, Throne of Glass, Crescent City, Fourth Wing, many others).
The first book had me enthralled within pages. Thyra and the Three Kings provide constant action, drama, romance, intensity.
This second book was every bit as good as the first. Stepping in to the Frost Kingdom for a new list of the story was entrancing. The new pieces to the puzzle that you learn along the way will have you guessing and contemplating all the way to the surprise twist at the end that you never see coming!
I can’t wait for book 3!
Well, after that cliffhanger from the previous book, I could not wait to dive into this one, and it didn't disappoint. It's tragic, yet romantic, fast paced, more imaginative world building that's easily understood, twists & turns I didn't see coming...... There was a moment where I wavered in my interest in the story, but kept reading, and couldn't put it down. I, now, can not wait for that next book. If you're looking for a new captivating series, then I highly recommend this one.
Ummmm…EXCUSE ME?! What was that ending?! I’m shook. I was not expecting that. It has ripped my heart out. I am loving all three kings, but stellen didn’t deserve that. I need answers. I need the next book like yesterday. Everly Frost is a romantasy genius and you should read the Three Dark Kings series.
Another excellent story! I really liked that she made the MMC help the MFC not push her feelings aside. And the ending is one I didn’t expect, can’t wait to see what happens next! I received an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.
❤️❤️❤️Excellent sequel!
Antony's fangs delicately clawed at the Oracle Thyra's neck.
His voice resonated inhumanly.
Thyra was a prisoner.
There was a small light in the distance.
Ah, if only Thyra could reach it and escape...
>>>>
Excellent sequel to this absolutely stunning and captivating second volume, which sweeps the reader away on an incredible and spectacular adventure!
The characters are very well-chosen and intense, sometimes perplexing yet compelling. The action and unexpected twists are there, and the mystery and uncertainty remain.
The cliffhanger at the very end of the book is simply and incredibly unbearable!
I loved it !
I highly recommend this incredible reading experience! I can't wait for the sequel in volume 3!
❤️❤️❤️Excellente suite !
Les crocs d’Antony griffaient délicatement le cou de l’Oracle Thyra.
Sa voix résonnait de manière inhumaine.
Thyra était prisonnière.
Il y avait une petite lumière au loin.
Ah si seulement Thyra pouvait l’atteindre pour s’échapper...
>>>>
Excellente suite pour ce tome 2 absolument bluffant et captivant, qui emporte le lecteur dans une incroyable et spectaculaire aventure !
Les personnages sont très bien choisis et intenses, parfois déroutant et attractifs, l’action et les imprévus sont là, le mystère et l’incertitude demeurent.
Le cliffhanger à la toute fin du livre est tout simplement et incroyablement insupportable !
J’ai adoré !
Je recommande vivement cet incroyable moment de lecture !
Vivement la suite dans le tome 3 !
This book is amazing! it jumps right into the action and doesn't hold back. This is book 2 of the series and focuses on multiple points of view throughout the book. I really enjoy the writing style and the flow of the words. This is a MUST read series!
