I have only read up to book 3, but I wanted to read this one anyway.
Gore, sex, and religion - oh my!
Alex is back, and this time his nemesis is a demon and nuns. Yep, you read that right - nuns. Alex does his best to fight the demon, but oops, he finds his body possessed, and his subconscious takes him somewhere else. Get ready for another insane journey with Alex. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the other books in the series. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ash Ericmore, for the advance copy!

He tried so hard to be good around the nuns. He really did. He's not even the worst person in this book (or in any of the books, for that matter)—it's just that even when he tries to do the right thing, it always comes out hilariously wrong. But if life is either a tragedy or a comedy, then I can always depend on Alex Cole for a laugh.

Alex Cole is a blessing to this world, and a gift that keeps on giving. This was once again absolutely fucking hysterical and had me dying laughing. I've said it before and I'll say it again: this is my favourite book series!

Alex Cole at it again.
Cocking up investigations, but somehow he succeeded in saving the girls, even the world, how? By fighting nuns of course! And one of his dreams finally came true! I’m so happy for his enjoyment 😏
An absolute brilliant read yet again.

That is, if he can keep his permanent trouser tentage at bay and avoid fainting at the blood loss. But with something desperate to get inside Alex, his subconscious is his only saviour.
This is the funniest Cole story yet in a series that I can’t get enough of. Chapter 13 is 3 words yet it took me 20 mins to turn the page as I couldn’t stop laughing.

Another hilarious Alex Cole adventure, this time he tackles the mystery of aa strange man making appearances in a all-girls catholic school.
The setup is ripe for gags and sexual innuendoes and Ash doesn't disappoint here. Despite its short length, the story made me laugh out loud many times either because of Cole's mistakenly sexual dialogue or because of his plain old horniness.
The mystery itself is also fun, the stranger of course turning out to be something far weirder.
If you're after a hilarious and unhinged horror comedy book, then look no further, Alex Cole is here to save the day.

Alex Cole is back! This time battling paranormal demons, abusive husbands, his own subconscious, and his desires as he investigates an all girls Catholic school. Alex Cole continues to bring the cockiness and hilarious dark and sometimes brutal moments to the Sick F*ck saga. I absolutely loved every bit of this book, never has a book had me stop to laugh as much as Sick F*ck 8.
