Three stars ⭐⭐
This is a closed door hockey romance, while I do appreciate the sentiment, I feel as though it is way too fast paced, as a quick reader I read the whole book in maybe 30 minutes. While I do appreciate all the energy that went into writing those 50 pages, I think that it could have been a wayyyy better book if the author. had elaborated.
okay honestly it was a close door romance but it felt dirty, it was extremely lustful and honestly just not for me. Don't get me wrong I read closed door protective mmc books often but something about this felt almost unsettling, I don't think it is a bad book I just think that the author is growing.

I did not like their first kiss, it felt extremely toxic and it felt like he didn't really love her he wanted a prize, he honestly was trying to manipulate her and while I got it he made it right it still made me extremely uncomfortable.
Overall it is a two and a half stars ⭐ for me, wasn't the worse thing I've read but I definitely wouldn't read it again. I do think the author has a ton of potential though.
