Leaving her previous life as a big-money banker behind, Julie now leads a quiet life as the owner of an inn on the island of Heaven’s Lake. Her life is a settled one of few surprises – that is until the most handsome man she’s ever laid eyes on, who’s close to physical perfection, turns up at her inn. His name is Cole, and he immediately steals the show – leaving hearts fluttering and panties melting all across town. Julie can’t help but feel afraid of him—she isn’t used to dealing with such attractive men. Still, Cole has an eye for Julie, and he’s pretty sure she’s got her eyes on him, too. He has ideas for her, if he could only get a moment alone with her. With a coastal storm approaching, Julie finds that her inn has emptied out, leaving only one guest—the man she can’t help but hunger after. But will Cole find his moment alone with Julie? Will Julie allow herself to succumb to the deeper desires she has? And what will happen when Cole’s stay is up? This ebook contains very hot and explicit descriptions of romantic activity. Only mature readers should download this book.

Since releasing her first romance book in 2012, Lucia Jordan has done more than just write stories. She has helped define a genre. As a pioneer of the digital romance revolution, Lucia has penned hundreds of sizzling titles, delighted millions of readers, and earned thousands of five-star reviews. Her ability to blend emotional depth with uninhibited passion has made her a household name, with her hit novel Rock Hard earning a coveted nod as the #1 must-read erotic novel by Women's Health magazine.

But Lucia’s passion extends beyond the page. As the creative force and founding author behind Wild Hearts Romance, she is a champion for the indie community, dedicated to lifting up new voices in a genre she calls powerful, valid, and necessary. She writes for the dreamers and the risk-takers to craft stories that leave nothing to the imagination and remind us all that everyone deserves a happily-ever-after.

When she isn’t fantasizing about her next spicy scene or advocating for fellow writers, Lucia can be found in her sanctuary, a cozy garden gazebo in the Pacific Northwest. It is here that she retreats with her literary trio of cats, Ursula, Colette, and Daphne, to let her imagination wander. With a cup of tea in hand, she dreams up the sizzling plotlines and unforgettable adventures that have made her a bestseller.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

This is exactly what I was looking for. It's sweet with a touch of sadness and a big heaping scoop of steam and adventure. I love how Cole pushes Julie's boundaries and the happiness that comes from trying something new and a bit taboo

Yikes

This ends in a cliffhanger. There are three more books (chapters) available, I'm seriously debating if I order them
The story is enjoyable - Julie has left the corporate life and purchased the inn her parents always took the family vacation at when she was little, not really realizing how much money it takes to run a place like this. Cole is as he puts it "A dog in the corporate world" she left. He is there to relax for a week.
Now he's headed home. - what a dilemma. He leaves her is number will she call?

I enjoyed the reading. This is slightly different from the other books, but in a good way. As always, I look forward to reading more books from this author.

This book was good. Hot. Quick.
I really don't like how this author's books come in so many parts. Each one is so short, that I think they could all be made into one book. I don't like when books are published that way just to make more money.

This was good, but quick. The steamy scenes were very sexy, but I felt their relationship progressed to the next level very suddenly. But overall, okay and a sweet story.
