Wow!!! Morgan and Chasm's story is heart heart breaking, insightful as well as having the HEA.
Everything changed 7yrs ago when Chasm died in a warehouse bombing or so everyone thought but the dead don't talk and he has finally shown himself. He stayed away from Morgan to protect her but was she ever truly safe?
Morgan's life was turned upside down 7yrs ago with so much loss that she never got over. She moved back home to Rosewood Virginia and started her own business. No one knew some of the secrets that Morgan kept hidden deep but things are about to change. Secrets can't stay secret forever.
Chasm will do everything he can to protect the only women he loves but he has to also open himself up and share things that he never wanted to share. Secrets and lies can't stay secret for long and soon enough Everything starts to unravel.
Come along for an amazing read but please read trigger warning before doing so. Also if you haven't had a chance to read any of the Silver Shadows it's highly recommended

Chasm-Silver Shadows MC Little Rock is a second-chance story between Morgan and Jude/Chasm. We were introduced to Morgan in the SoH MC series by Rebecca Joyce. She seemed like a solid, fun loving kinda girl but on the inside, she was broken by loss and grief.
Chasm was a ghost. He stayed away after what happened 7 years ago because, like all chest-beating bikers, it was to keep Morgan safe. What he really did was break her. I really felt for Morgan from the very first page. The pain she felt and was forced to mask was extremely difficult, but she had no choice.
There was quite a bit of alternating past/present between Morgan and Chasm. Not something that I enjoy reading in a book but I think it is more of a me thing than the writing itself.
Anywho, it was a good read, and I'm looking forward to who is up next.

Chasm died,but he didn’t really die,his wife and friends thought he was dead but he wasn’t. His wife Morgan is in danger and now Chasm has to come back from the dead to protect her but if he thought this was going to be easy and Morgan would be so happy he was alive she would welcome him with open arms he is sadly mistaken. Chasm is also in the new charter of this MC that the members are still trying to fix up from all the troubles the previous president and a few select members caused. He definitely has his hands full especially as Morgan is related to the Mob and is definitely no pushover. A wonderful start to this new series 🖤❤️

DNF@48%. Chasm is just as stupid as his road name. He’s way too big of a pussy to be president of an MC. He fakes his death for 7 years and has the nerve to be upset about Morgan having sex with someone else, two years after his “death”. At every turn, he makes stupid, cowardly decisions and yet somehow Morgan still wants him.
Final straw was when she traveled to Arkansas to tell him about her pregnancy. She asks to speak with him in private and he refuses. Making her tell him in front of his entire club and clubwhore who has been clinging to him (even though he’s told her not to, because who listens to a guy who’s as weak as he is stupid). He then accuses Morgan of cheating and him not being the father because he doesn’t understand how pregnancy weeks are calculated. 😔

Chasm, ohhhh chasm. This book is just what I needed. Healed parts of my heart with everything going through with this series. This is a beautiful story that shows the good and the bad.
It explains why Chasm was gone for so long. What’s amazing is how Ann Silver is able to show great romance and tension between these characters. The chemistry is beautiful but it’s also wonderful to show that sometimes love isn’t everything. You have to earn respect back, earn trust. Earn it all.
I never wanted to put this book down once I started it. The pace and tone it set from the very beginning sucks you in and doesn’t release you! It leaves you begging for more!
I can not wait for more from this series ❤️❤️

Chasm is book 1 in the brand new Little Rock Chapter of the Silver Shadows MC. This one is Chasm/Jude and Morgan's journey. This author never fails to bring gritty, intense, intriguing stories that keep readers on their toes and glued to the pages from start to finish. Chasm is definitely no different. This one packs a lot of emotion and surprises. This new Chapter is not without it's problems and I'm sure there'll be more coming, but it'll all get handled as a brotherhood. Then there's that cliffhanger! Well, it goes without saying this author loves to keep her readers on the edge of our seats and guessing. Check out Chasm, you'll be glad you did!

What a sticky web of secrets, betrayals, family drama, mistrust, trauma, tension, love, loss and heartache and I loved every single page.
A fantastic start to the new Little Rock chapter, Ann has left plenty of story threads to be revealed as the series continues. I can’t wait.

Knowing Chasm’s story has made so much of this whole universe fall into place. It has also brought up more questions that I didn’t think I had.
There is something about how Ann writes that just sucks you in. One minute you are thinking “just one more chapter” then next thing you know it’s 3 am. She keeps the suspense, mystery and plot going at all times. I had so many “WTF” moments with this book.
I adore the story and second chance romance. I adore seeing the other characters from Ann’s other books. Finding out what happens after the ending of King was what I needed and she delivered, part of the story. She’s good at that.

Always excited when I have a new Ann Silver book to read, I love everything she’s written and get all warm and fuzzy feelings when I’m in possession of her newest story. I absolutely loved Chasm and Morgan’s story ❤️❤️❤️ what they have had to endure is more than most could survive. As secrets are revealed the intricate web of connections is astounding. This read has been a definite page turner and very entertaining. Ann Silver girl “Nooooo” my emotions were all over , excitement, so many things going on. I almost had a panic attack at the ending. Chasm and Morgan what a sad story and losing one but two ,but then you get hit with literally rose from the ☠️ . Morgan I just thought she was an awesome character and Chasm dude really lol men . But like always we had twists , danger in hidden corners, can I just say I’m going to need a map to remember everyone and who they are related to. I’m biting my nails for the next book because the ending I need to know if it was the person I’m thinking.

Just wow, what can I say? Morgan and Chasm's story is heartbreaking but oh so good. We learn who is who in Chasm's story. We also learn a lot more about his wife, Morgan, and just who she is in the MC/Mafia world. I cried for Morgan, reading just what she went through. Chasm thinks he can just take a trip to check in on her. Only it didn't work and we get to witness and see their journey back to each other. It was an amazing book that will have you invested from page one.

The author has this way of writing that just draws you into the story. Making you feel like you are there as part of the story.
Chasm had decisions to make that weren't his most popular decision to make. Living with the ramifications was the hardest thing that he had done until he went back to check on her. That's when things had changed for him. That's when he realized that he couldn't live without her.

Another great read
Another great read by Ann Silver. Champs and Morgan have had a lot of obstacles they have had to overcome. Finding new family. Catching up with Cameron and The Sons of Hell and well as a host of others made this book even better. This is a must read in my book. You will need lots of tissues and Alcohol as you will be laughing, cussing or wanting to maim one of the men.

This is the first book in the Little Rock series. I like how the author went back to show how this characters part started. This author writes some amazing books that hook you in and you keep wanting more. Age gap, second chance,.close proximity, surprise baby, Best friend sister. I am impatiently waiting for the next book to come out.

The last line in the book is powerful. "Because he'll burn the world down to avenge the life taken from him." Just sent chills up my spine.

I absolutely love when Ann Silver brings in Cameron that character is amazing. Chasm book answered some questions about this war but leaves you hanging with more unanswered questions.

For 7 years Morgan believed he was dead, suffering his loss and then that of their son alone, only for Jude (Chasm) to return from the dead. He wanted to give her a second chance at life, away from thw danger of the club if only he knew she lived those 7 years in grief and heartache, but now hes back, when information comes to loght that puts a target on her he will do anything to keep his wife safe, even if she doesnt want him, but thats the thing, love may never die for some and for Morgan shes already lost so much, can she open her heart up once more for Jude? Well written engaging story and well developed characters, draw you in to the suspense filled story with twists and revelations galore! A great addition to the series.

We finally learn about Judges past. And Morgan has been through so much and has built such a strong exterior. This story is an emotional one and I loved every bit of it!

I have a question! How did the heroine know the sex of the child she lost? According to her memories, she was nine weeks pregnant when she found out the sex (it was the day of the explosion)! How did the doctors not notice during the examination that the fertilized egg was missing from the uterus? So they saw the sex of the baby (I think that's impossible at nine weeks), but didn't see that it wasn't in the uterus? But then, in those same memories, while in the hospital after losing the baby, the heroine says she hadn't seen the doctor yet! That she was told it was too early!
