I had the pleasure of getting this book for an ARC and thank you SO MUCH Amber for giving me the opportunity to dive into Micah and Harper's story a little early!

I'm gonna keep this spoiler-free despite how much I so want to just gush about this book but if you want a book that just hits you and makes you relate to Harper's walk w God as a lifelong Christian, this book is for you! Not only does Amber touch on a beautiful romance of pining and pursuit, but she makes the girlies who grew up in church but didn't have a deep relationship with God until later in life feel so seen.

And Micah is just *chef's kiss*. A good, Godly man who pursues and is patient. We love it.

Thank you for a beautiful story, Amber and I cannot wait to see what you write in the future!

John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

Harper and Micah were introduced on book 1 and I was rooting for them, specially after how they met (iykyk). This book didn't disappoint at all. It all starts with a dare, it has a sweet romance with great chemistry, true friendships (loved revisiting Ivy, Olivia and Gray) and a beautiful message.

The author makes a good job presenting real characters with real struggles who don't shy away about making the real questions, but also gives a story with faith elements intertwined so natural in every aspect.

Micah? He was a godly man, patient and steadfast. I really appreciated how he prioritized Harper's relationship with God, listening to her and guiding her, and didn't make it about his feelings even when it was hard for him. I only wished there would've been more of his famous dad jokes.

A highlight for me was Harper's growth. I found myself relating in lots of aspects with her. I think anyone can relate with her walk with God, her doubts and how she let distractions get in the way of her time with God (following through the motions). This story is a good reminder that sometimes as Christians we tend to perform, try to do all perfectly by ourselves and keep having the control, but God only asks us to believe, surrender control, be honest to Him and remain in Him.

* This is a closed-door romance with faith-elements
* No language
* Thanks the author for this E-ARC opportunity. All the opinions expressed are purely my own.

From the moment we first saw Micah and Harper together in Dare to Hold, I was hooked. Their banter was absolute perfection, and I just knew right away that their romance was going to be a good one. Needless to say, I had high expectations going into this one... and thankfully, it met and exceeded them all. Oh, Micah and Harper... I just loved them so much! First, the romance... I love a good fake dating story, and this one was done so well. She needs a fake date to make her ex jealous... and he's been pining for her from the time they met. No risk for complications there at all. The chemistry between these two was really sweet, and I couldn't help but love all that yearning. But what I think Amber Nicole truly does so brilliantly is mixing that swoon worthy romance into a story that is also unapologetically Christian, always pointing it right back to Jesus in a way that feels genuine... these characters aren't perfect Christians and don't always get it right, but I love that they're not afraid to ask the hard questions and to strive to figure it out. It's relatable and beautiful, and I absolutely love it. I cannot wait to see what is going to happen next in this series!

Dare to Fall is a Christian romance with kisses only and no language. It is the second full book in the Dare to Love series. While you might have some better understanding of some of the friendship dynamics (AND you'll get to see Micah and Harper's meet cute), this could probably be enjoyed as a standalone as well.

**ARC received for consideration. All opinions are my own.

I have been waiting to read Micah and Harper’s story since they appeared in Dare to Hold. When they met and how they interacted was what hooked.
Amber was so sweet and sent me a ARC of Dare to Fall.

Friends to lovers
Fake dating
He wears glasses and has dimples
He takes care of her
She’s a kindergarten teacher
He leads children’s ministry

Harper being such a bright, fun and loud person. I love how relatable she was when it comes to getting distracted be the never ending tasks of life that you forget to just sit down and read your Bible and be with Jesus for a little bit. I usually hate when books mention social media but this was done well.

Micah was such a gem. He was such a reserved, calm and caring person. I love how he took care of Harper when she had a bit of a hangover from drinking a little much at the gala for her school. The way he wanted Harper to be focused on her relationship with Jesus and not his feelings for her was so wholesome. Biscuit was an adorable little side character!

Overall I enjoyed reading this one!! I just wish she saw more of Micah falling in love with Harper rather than him being in love right when we get his chapter at the beginning. I know they bickered a little bit in Dare of Hold and I would have loved to see more of that and see more of the moments where they annoyed each other.

In Dare to Hold, we got a glimpse of Micah and Harper and I felt like they had more to them to come which is exactly what the author did in Dare to Fall.

What started as fake dating dare from Ivy and Olivia, Harper’s two best friends turned into a life Harper never imagined. Micah, all around perfect man. He’s a children ministry leader at New Chapter Church. He’s also Gray, Ivy’s husband and his best friend. Micah has been in love with Harper since the day he met her. They never get along though. So when her best friends dare her to ask Micah to a gala, Harper uses this as opportunity to make Collin her ex boyfriend jealous. Can she keep from falling for Micah and can he keep from getting heartbroken.

This was a beautiful story of grace and faith. I feel like we as Christians are all Harper a lot of the time. We try to perform and be perfect and people pleasers. Trying to always strive, but God doesn’t need us to be something we aren’t. All He asks of us is to believe and ABIDE. That word, Abide means to Remain.

I can honestly say I gave this ALL THE STARS IT DESERVES.

I received a complimentary copy of this book and was not required to give a positive review. All thoughts and opinions are all my own.

“Dare to Fall” is a story about Harper Mitchell, a kindergarten teacher, and Micah Sanders, a children’s ministry director. Harper and Micah meet in book one of this series and they do not immediately hit it off. They definitely don’t hate each other, but they’re not best friends either. When Ivy and Olivia dare Harper to ask Micah if he would be her (fake) date to a school district gala, things start to change. I loved seeing their relationship (along with their faith) progress throughout the book.

Like book one, this book is filled with so many faith-related conversations and moments, and I found Harper’s struggles to be super relatable. The main message throughout is to abide in Christ and to stop trying to do everything perfectly all by yourself. I like that Harper was asking hard questions and that she knew Micah would be willing to listen and talk through answers with her. It was also nice to see Gray and Ivy again and hear about their life together as well as see them encouraging their friends. We learn a bit more about Olivia’s story as well, which makes me excited for the next book!

There were so many sweet moments in this book, and I highly recommend checking it out💚

Thank you to Amber Nicole for the ARC! All opinions are my own.

ARC review

I love Harper and Micah’s book so much. They just fit together so well, while Harper is chaotic and energetic, Micah is calm and collected. I loved the pace of the story, Harper went through such a big moment in her faith while leaning on Micah, who’s always there to listen and guide her.
I also just love how selfless Micah is in term of putting Harper and her faith first, but also praying and trusting God on a side. He’s such a true example of godly man.

It’s such a faith filled story, I feel like I’ve been going through the motions like Harper a lot and John 15 really made me to slow down and just remain. I also love all the friendship moments between each of their friend groups, how important it is to have friends and especially godly friends to support and guide you.
I just love this book so much, maybe cause I can relate a lot. But it’s just so good, a must read and definitely my favourite Christian romance series.

I am so excited for “A season to fall”, I already preordered it, can’t wait😊

thank you so much for in you ARC list, forever grateful❤️

Oh. My. Heart.

“Help me honor You in this. Even if it costs me everything.”

Dare to Fall, Book 2 in the Dare to Love series by Amber Nicole, may just be my favorite in the series! We met Harper, the FMC, and Micah, the MMC, in Dare to Hold, and this book, Dare to Fall is their story.

I’m not sure I’ve ever read a book with a more relatable character than Harper. Harper, an only child, is neurodivergent (ADHD) and feels like she always needs to do more to serve. She knows about God, and has known her whole life, but struggles to “Be Still”. Plus she’s a teacher! And Micah, need I say more. Micah is positively perfect. Their fake dating and enemies (from the first book) to lovers tropes will draw you in and keep you reading.

The Christian themes, which are absolutely faith building for the reader, are beautifully entwined in the story.

Dare to Fall is a swoony, faith-building masterpiece. I highly recommend this book! I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review, and the thoughts are my own.

Dare to Fall, I fell….what a great book! I had the pleasure of being an arc reader. When I first met Harper and Micah in Dare to Hold, I had no idea I would love those characters as much as Ivy and Gray.
I adore the way they bicker back and forth. They have such a unique relationship. I was a fan of them back in Dare to Hold, but they won my heart in their own novel.
Micah is the sweetest fella. Harper is complex and lovable. I really can relate to Harper. I had no clue how much I do a lot of the same things as Harper. Amber Nicole has such a way of creating characters that seem so real.
In every book that I’ve read from her, I can picture the scenes and characters so vividly. I can imagine myself in their friend groups. I would also love to join in their Bible studies.
There were quite a few lessons in the story that I did not even realize I needed. I cannot wait for Amber Nicole’s next book!

Wow! This was an incredible read! Amber is so good at keeping the reader engaged on on the edge of their seat! I loved Harper's fire and sass and how Micah perfectly complemented her. Also, I love how much faith content Amber includes. It makes me as a reader consider my own life and how I am like the characters. It adds so much depth to a book that most don't have.
It was awesome that Gray and Ivy played a pretty big role in this story. They were the reason Micah and Harper met in the first place. It was nice to see them again :) I can't wait for Olivia's story!

Just kissing -- closed door :)

Thank you Amber for including me on your ARC team! I was so excited to read this story in advance.

I finished this book in two days, I literally did not want to put it down! Everything about it: the nicknames, the fake dating, the prayers, growing faith, their friend group, Biscuit, so much more!! Just **chef’s kiss** I love that over and over Micah showed up for Harper in whatever way she needed, even when it was hard for him. And getting to read and experience Harper’s growing faith was incredible! Honestly, especially because I can relate to her struggles probably a little too much, but that’s exactly why I love it so much!! This’ll be a reread for me in the future for sure, along with book one of the series, and I can’t wait to read the third installment in the series with Olivia’s story!

Thank you for the ARC! When I read Dare to Hold, I was so excited for Harper’s and Micah’s story and it did not disappoint!!!!! I often find in romance books the couple doesn’t have a lot in common, however this book was a breath of fresh air. It is so easy to see how Harper and Micah work together and are really (team) meant to be. I loved the faith elements and they were the main focus, which is amazing!!! I loved getting the fake dating elements without all the drama that comes with it. I was curious how that trope was going to work in a Christian romance, but it did! I would also like to add on that you can read this as a standalone but I adore that Ivy and Gray were present characters and had a role in this book!

ARC Review.

This book can best be described in one word: sweet. It was heartfelt, emotional, and left me with such a warm feeling by the end. Beyond the romance, it made me reflect on my own faith and the way I talk to God in everyday life, which added a deeper meaning to the story without ever feeling heavy-handed.

The romance was everything I hoped for — full of chemistry, yearning. The MMC was an absolute dream: steady, patient, understanding, and so fully invested in loving the FMC well. Their relationship felt tender and genuine, making every moment between them even more special.

This was such a beautiful blend of faith, romance, and emotional connection. If you love sweet romances with depth, heart, and a hero you can’t help but adore, I highly recommend this one.

I love that the faith and struggle with faith is so real in Amber's books!! It makes you think about your own life and makes the characters seem real.

This book was really well done and I enjoyed it a lot. It was fairly long, but it flew by and didn't drag at all.

I love Micah and Harper, they are both so great and so cute together :)

Also the character development was great! I read the whole book in one day, which meant other things I was supposed to do were...not done, lol.

Highly recommend!

Content: clean -- kisses only + no swearing

REVIEW OF ARC RECEIVED FROM AUTHOR

- ADHD Representation
- Clean/No Spice Romance
- Fake Dating

I didn’t think anything could top the first book, but this one was SIGNIFICANTLY better for me. I connected SO MUCH to Harper as a character in ways it felt like she wrote almost exactly about some of my experience. ADHD teacher (could never teach kinder though) who serves a LOT in church and struggles with remaining sometimes just hit me in all the right ways. I HIGHLY recommend it! If you’re looking for clean, faith based romance then this is the book for you. If you’ve never tried reading Christian fiction, I think this series is a good start!

Can I give this book 10 stars?!
Dare to Fall absolutely hit me personally. Watching Harper grow spiritually throughout the story had me emotional 🥺 Her journey felt so raw and meaningful, and I loved seeing her become stronger chapter by chapter.
Micah and Harper were so sweet together, and honestly one of my favorite parts was the friendship they built first. Their connection felt genuine, supportive, and full of heart. The way they cared for each other made me smile the entire time.
This story was emotional, heartfelt, and inspiring all at once. Definitely one that will stay with me for a long time 🤍

ARC Review (spoiler free)
Absolutely incredible. Amber is such an amazing author. She weaves real faith (the doubt and the hard parts) with real life and it just makes everything better. Micah and Harper are made for one another and this book had all the things I love in a romance in it. And seeing Gray and Ivy again was such a blessing too!
