More eerieness is afoot in Bloodhaven. A carnival almost becomes a death trap. A visitor at the zoo is disturbed by his discovery and his actions end in chaos. These horror tidbits are enthralling. Each story is a unique experience.

Totally awesome

I love these short stories. They are not gruesome or bloody. Mostly just intriguing stories that'll give you tingles. I loved THE DUFFLE BAG in this book the most. I always enjoy seeing the bad guy get his just reward.

Volume 2 in the Bloodhaven series has a few classic Hudgins style horror stories told from the perspective of each character. Just when you think you know where the story is going, Hudgins rips the rug out from under you. There are zombies, werewolves, and delusional psychopaths. The Abandoned Carnival had me imploring the main character not to go in there. You know it can’t end well. My favorite though, was Bloodhaven Zoo. It’s a beautiful fairy tale for grownups. It’s not Hudgins usual style, but I loved it just the same.
