The Tazeem Twins #2

The Sheikh's Fiery Lover

Rate this book
When Rene came to Saudi Arabia to escape her cheating ex-fiancé, she never imagined she’d wind up living in a palace with a Sheikh.

The gorgeous and demanding Sheikh Tazeem is everything she ever dreamed of. But as the real world intrudes on their romance, Rene finds herself alone more and more as Joshua handles a big business deal. She worries that his career obsession will spell disaster for their future, but Rene’s not giving up on love. She’s never played by Joshua’s rules before, and she’s certainly not going to start now.

This business deal represents everything Joshua Tazeem has worked towards his entire life. But with a beautiful distraction back at the palace, he’s finding it impossible to stay focused when his thoughts turn constantly to Rene’s lush curves and challenging personality. He’s spending all his time working when all he wants is to be by her side. But his family’s business has to come first. He’s known that since he was a little boy.

Rene knows it won’t be easy to lure Sheikh Tazeem away from work, but it’s either that or they both face a lifetime of loneliness. With true love on the line, the stakes have never been higher.

New to Leslie? Readers suggest starting with 'The Bossy One' (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C6BP3BBF) —Imagine a sunny Minnesotan Mary Poppins, employed by a grumpy Irish billionaire. The story is a blend of humor, revenge, passion, heartbreak, hope, and witty banter. As one reader put it, ‘This story had me squealing at the romantic moments and silly moments.’

Leslie North is the USA Today Bestselling pseudonym for a critically-acclaimed author of romantic comedies and contemporary romance. The anonymity allows her to fully express her creativity, especially in the romantic and fun sexy scenes!

In fact, she confesses to loving her fictional persona, Leslie North, more than her everyday self! Her bestselling books are known for their strong characters, particularly women who aren’t afraid to challenge an alpha bosshole. And the humor? So infectious, you’ll be laughing out loud in public!

Leslie’s love for romance began when she picked up a worn-out romance book from her local library. She started writing soon after, and as they say, the rest was history. She now resides in a cozy cottage on the British coast, enjoying long walks with her two Dalmatians, George and Fergie.

She LOVES reader feedback, and if you have any comments, don’t hesitate to contact her!

Leslie North Now you have me HOOKED FOR GOOD. Yep this book finished what book one left me hanging and screaming at you for. I really liked how you bring reality into this book. Here you have a prince in an arab country who brings in his american girl friend and you know his parents would not in real life go for that and of course in the book they are not happy at all. He and James work long hours and poor Rene has nothing to do (no this is where if i were her i would be saying dude find me something to do in your country).Like any other couple they have their ups and downs. I am looking forward to book 3 Tanya but hopefully we will see Joshua and Rene and maybe a wedding in there somewhere........

What a mess

I usually don't buy these types of books because I hate cliff hangers. I have found some of the better writers can give you a full story in each book of the cliff hanger so you don't feel as tho the author took one whole book and just counted a certain amount of pages and said let this be book one. It makes no since were she desided to end each book. The characters have such a great connection but more time was spent in the over done over extended sex scene's which were described every night they wernt to bed and every morning when they woke up...give me a break. The story was lacking, to put it mildly. I can't help but feel bad for such great characters to have been wasted on such a sad story line. I can only guess what the people who have red this series and given 5 star s got out of this story maybe they haven't read some of the great romancer writers out there who knows how to write a story with a good balance of the different scenes to make a good story. Believe me there are some great ones out there and I am going to close the book on this sham, I hate to leave Rene and Joshua, I really loved them as well as the other characters. A word to the author, I can only guess that this trend of cliff hangers is just to get more money. A good writer which I think you are don't need to taint your talent with these trick because I and I'm sure many others will pay for a good book and follow good writers.

yah!!!

I really liked this follow up to book one. I really like Joshua and Rene and their dynamic. We all know that relationships take work and I love that it is not all sunshine and "purple" roses ;) I am eager to read James and Tanya's story!

A very good romantic get away. It was easy to read, light in the subject and just a type of Cinderella story.

This is a light, easy read. Not too much angst; just enough conflict to keep you interested. Loving the series so far.
