These are the words we all need to hear. Uplifting without being condescending, supportive without giving advice. The words of someone who’s been there, in the dark place of their own mind, and has some thoughts of how it feels, how it consumes but also of how it ultimately goes away to leave us…changed, but stronger. Or maybe more honest.
