I read this book as a palate cleanser. It wasn't a terrible read, but the lack of continuity was beyond annoying. Here's just a couple of examples:
1. They're having spicy time. At the beginning of the scene, the author took the time to state that the FMC was wearing jeans and a flannel top. On the next page, when the MMCs are undressing her, they mention removing her "blazer, blouse, and slacks".
2. Another spicy time. This one in the shower. The characters have finished "doing the deed". It's mentioned that the water has started turning cool (like the hot water was running out). On the next page, it's mentioned that one of the MMCs has stepped under the burning hot water.
There are plenty of other examples, these are just the 2 I picked out.
Also, the book is marketed as the FMC sexting and accidently sending the message to the MMCs. What actually happened was the FMC sent an angry text to her ex, and it was mistakenly sent to one of the MMCs.
It's also marketed as a "surprise twin pregnancy". The "twin pregnancy" doesn't happen until the last chapter, which is essentially an epilogue.
Overall, this book was all over the place. I even had problems with keeping up with who was where during spicy scenes, because the author kept changing it up.

Another strong read by Ryder. I loved everything about it, from the emotional turmoil of the characters, to the confrontational banter between the four main characters. It all adds context and humor to the story.
Jade came home after her life imploded. Her ex boyfriend took credit for her research, cheated, and publicly dumped her in front of three hundred of their closest friends and coworkers. All of this came to light after she returned from her father's funeral, which she attended alone. So she heads back home to work in the clinic her dad ran before he died.
Rowan, Declan, and Sean are doctors at the clinic and have kept it running since Jade's dad passed. They are not exactly welcoming towards her. She has ideas and plans and they want nothing to do with it. But things quickly take a turn and her ex comes sniffing around causing trouble. They have to work together to save everything they worked for, including the family they never saw coming.

This book is basically a rollercoaster that forgets how to stop.
The beginning? Delicious chaos. Grief, small-town return, three controlling doctors next door… it’s giving drama with a side of spice and I was fully seated. The chemistry snaps, crackles, and pops. The banter lands. The tension builds. You start thinking, “Okay, this is going to be a wild, fun ride.”
And then… the auction scene happens.
From that point on, the story feels like it misses its exit and just keeps driving in circles. What was tight and engaging suddenly stretches out, like the author hit “add more” instead of “wrap it up.” The momentum just… evaporates.
Also, the blurb? A little catfishy. “Sexting the wrong number” sounds scandalous, right? Nope. It’s drunk texting her ex, and there’s nothing particularly spicy about it. So if you came in expecting a mistaken-text fantasy setup, you might feel bamboozled.
Publicly dumped and shamed just after the death of her father, Jade returns home to take over the family medical practice in small town nowhere, only it's been handled by three sexy strangers who like control. One drunken text leads Jade into a whirlwind of temptation she never expected and the protectors she never knew she needed.
This book was so good and juicy until the auction scene. The chemistry was there the laughs were happening, we took down the villian with scathing remarks ("Tell me, is that a cologne you're wearing or did you just marinate in desperation and call it a day?") but then we had to add to the story which just ruined it. It started to drag on and felt like the author was tacking on for word count. It was disappointing.
Super satisfying up until the auction scene but not one of Hanna Ryder best works.
Knocked Up by the Doctors Next Door has a great storyline. I love that Jade came home, so she can take over her father's family medicine practice after he died. The three doctors that have been working there are Declan, Sean and Rowan. All three of them are good men and very handsome. Declan, Sean and Rowan have been keeping the practice going for the past few years. The men aren't exactly excited to have Jade there. After awhile, they finally adjust to having Jade there, and it's fun to watch. It's an exciting love story with plenty of romantic, sexy scenes. Declan, Sean, Rowan and Jade work together to make the practice better and become a family. It's an awesome story with believable characters. You'll fall in love with their story.

As an ARC reader, I really enjoyed Knocked Up By My Doctors Next Door by Hannah Ryder. This was such a fun, emotional small-town read with just the right mix of heart and heat. Jade’s return home after her father’s passing brought a deeper layer of emotion to the story, and I loved seeing her reconnect with both her past and her future.
Sean, Declan, and Rowan each brought something unique to the dynamic, and their chemistry with Jade (and each other) kept things interesting the entire time. The small-town clinic setting added charm and made everything feel close-knit and personal.
While I would’ve loved just a bit more depth in certain moments, overall this was an engaging, steamy, and heartfelt story that kept me turning the pages. Definitely worth the read if you love small-town romance with a twist!
This book was such a fun, steamy read! If you like accidental pregnancy and neighbor/doctor romance tropes, this one definitely delivers. The chemistry between the main characters is strong right from the start, and I loved the tension of having someone so close (literally next door) who you can’t avoid. The story has a great mix of spice and emotion, with enough drama to keep things interesting without feeling over the top. I also appreciated how the relationship developed beyond just the physical side—it actually had some heart to it. Overall, a quick, entertaining romance that’s perfect if you’re in the mood for something spicy with a bit of sweetness.

The writing is straightforward and easy to read, with short chapters that make it very bingeable. If you like spicy romance with a lot of emotional push-and-pull, this one definitely delivers that intensity.
Character-wise, the dynamic between the leads is the main draw—there’s strong attraction, stubborn personalities, and a lot of back-and-forth that keeps things moving quickly. It’s not meant to be overly realistic; it’s more escapist and dramatic in tone.
Overall, it’s a quick, steamy read that works best if you’re in the mood for something light, addictive, and a little chaotic in the romance department
After being publicly dumped, at a gala, in front of 300 people, Jade goes home. Staying with her Mum, she goes to work at her father’s clinic, which is being run by 3 doctors since her father died. Jade wants to change things but the 3 doctors are not in favour. Life happens and things do start to change but the ex comes back with a real estate shark trying to get her back and to get the clinic closed. The town rallies behind the clinic and the doctors …….well Jade’s life changes for the better!
I have been a fan for quite some time. I love that Hannah Ryder’s books all have a happily ever after. The best game to play while I’m reading is trying to figure out what happens next. Through all of her books, you know you are getting romance but each book is so different and yet means so much. Each book soothes a part of me I didn’t even know needed healing. The style of her writing and this book is ADDICTING to say the least. I hope you lean in and enjoy this crazy why choose book.
Yeah, I started off liking this but it took me longer than usual. About halfway through, I just had gotten bored and lost interest in the story. Maybe it was too long but I'm not sure. I mean it was fine but there wasn't anything special to keep my interest. There were also a few little things that just felt a little too unrealistic and that kind of ruined the flow for me. The story was good just not good enough.

After being humiliated by the man she had given eight years of her life to, she heads back to her hometown and takes over her father's clinic. There she connects with Carter, Hayes and Nolan and a new path begins. Right when things begin to fall into place her ex comes to town to cause problems. This small-town romance had me all caught up in their drama and cheering them on to finding happiness.

This book was so cute!! I love how these 3 men were absolutely gone for her. In the beginning they really tried to dislike her for coming in and changing things, but that didn’t last. I feel like Sean knew first just from reading, and I also wish we got more of his POV in the book. I loved the protective nature they all had over her, maybe Declan and Rowan more than anything. I’ve read other books by the author and they’re always just such a cute story.
A wonderfully fun read with a doctor's surgery why-choose romance, 3 gorgeous doctors, twists, dynamics, sweet and spicy romance, love and a text message meant for her ex. I loved the character's developing group chemistry and the support they all give each other in this.
Another wonderfully fun romance from Hannah Ryder.

I enjoyed this book but just not to the same level as the previous ones I’ve read by Ms Ryder. I didn’t get a real emotional connection between Jade and the doctors, but sure liked their interaction with Jade’s mother. The storyline behind saving the clinic took precedence over the romance between the characters . It was still worth reading and goes by pretty quickly even though it’s a long book.
Jade returning home was supposed to be all business but a message sent accidentally to her three hot neighbors turns into something more. The men new what they wanted and would not let her go. I loved how protective they were of her and that their feelings were absolute. It was an entertaining read.
Jade is back in town to take over her father's medical clinic where Declan, Sean and Rowan are all doctors. A steamy why choose with ex drama, sexy doctors and moer. I gotta say I love Margie, a blast of motherly advice, wisdom and laughs when needed.

This was a page turner. A little sad to behin with but it was good. Jade and her men work on overcoming some challenges to her family practice while figuring out their own relationship. They make it work with everything going on and realize, it doesn't matter what other people think.
Not really enemies but not friends but one wrong text that wasn’t meant for the group message, had them worried and going to check on her. And oh boy did they check on her. This was so good and the story line was amazing. I loved it!
This was a bit mixed for me. There were a few continuity errors which were annoying. On the whole I liked the characters though. Hot scenes were fun. Title misleading as twins not even born by end of book!

She came home to work at the practice her father started but didn't know how her being there would work. Now here she is with big ideas and they are pushing back at every turn. When her ex calls her she does the only thing she can think of and that is send him a text telling him how she really feels, however the text goes to the doctors she works with instead. When they get the text they know she needs them so they go right over. That night changes everything for all of them. When trouble comes to town the town shows up.
