Richard Raley was born and raised in Fresno, California and even still lives there on account of the city being an evil vortex you can't escape. He grew up on Star Wars, Transformers, Legos, and Everquest--he never escaped them either. His rise to fame/infamy began with "The Foul Mouth and the Fanged Lady", the first book of THE KING HENRY TAPES, an Urban Fantasy Series that has been described as "Harry Potter meets Pulp Fiction".

It is always a pleasure to get to spend more time with King Henry and his friends. The only complaint I ever have are that the shorts are too short. I love this one especially. It is good to see adoptive parents portrayed in a healthy relationship and to see King Henry being himself without being under attack. Anyone reading King Henry books by now should be aware that it is saturated with foul language, and I don't mean Chicken, turkey, duck. But it does rhyme with the last in that list.

Love this series!

Another great short by Mr. Raley. This is one of my favorite series. Can't wait for the fifth book to come out!!!!
