I could not put this book down. Living in Castor & hearing the stories of events that happened here over the years, it was neat seeing those same events worked into this fictional tale.
I was laughing at parts of how incredibly accurate the things that certain locals did were depicted.
The story also had me in tears near the end when Emily’s fate was uncertain.
Laughter & tears in the same book reading? Definitely will be recommending to others!
