This book takes you on a journey through the seedier side of life and police work, balanced with a glimpse into the world of serious acting and TV. The believable characters, tense scenarios and situations that capture the imagination unfold as the book progresses and builds towards a page-turning conclusion. Extremely well written with a flair for metaphoric description that builds atmosphere and tension contrasted by the tough grittiness of some of the characters, shows true talent for writing. An absorbing and entertaining read, highly recommended.
