Blending historical fact with supernatural intrigue, this sweeping saga reveals how one artifact passed through soldiers, spies, killers, and kings, shaping battles, sparking legends, and leaving death in its wake. The truth behind the world's most chilling maritime mystery lies not in the sea… but in the hands of the men who opened the lid.
This book actually ended up surprising me with how much I enjoyed it. I am not usually a big historical fiction reader so this was out of my comfort zone. I loved how it incorporated the paranormal element though the story. I also was surprised at how the jar ended up in kind of a full circle situation. Would recommend and read more from the author for sure!
