A Very Insightful Read!

The case studies in this book are an eye opener, and I recognized nearly everyone I know as having codependent traits. Learning this information was an excellent use of my time, especially about the training and therapies used by counselors to help people learn to respond in healthy ways & how to set boundaries. In no way is this a “self help” book since people facing these challenges should probably find a counselor to work it through, not just read a book.
