Amish Abduction (Amish Romance Mystery Suspense Book)

Leah has everything she could have ever wanted: a warm home, a loving husband, and a beautiful little daughter. She feels beyond blessed with what Gott has given to her, but her world is more fragile than she could have ever imagined. After returning from a visit to her parents’ farm, Leah’s world is shattered when she discovers her loved ones are missing and a mysterious note demands Leah returns the stolen silver or her loved ones will suffer. Leah does not understand the financial demands as she is poor, but she does know that she will stop at nothing to be reunited with her family. With help from a friend, Leah braves the Englisher’s world and becomes entangled in a deadly scheme of murder and betrayal. Will Leah and her love be strong enough to save those that she holds dear, or will she fall victim to the cruelty of the Englisher’s world?

An Amish Abduction

The book was very well written and full of suspense. The book kept your attention and it was hard to put it down.

It was poorly written, full of spelling and grammatical errors. The story line was contrived. The characters were undeveloped and implausible. The tense kept changing from first person present to third person past. It appeared that the author had a poorly written story and then jumped on the popularity of Amish fiction with minimal research beyond a few words and fuzzy notion of their lifestyle. I was glad I didn't pay for it (free on Kindle Unlimited).

Great Book

I liked this book. It has God's blessing and shows he is always there for us. The reason I gave four stars is, I felt the book to be lacking at the end. So much action and then ends flat, would have liked author to shaved added a bit more about maybe testifying and to have her return to help Jennifer, maybe take her back and help her in return for her helping them.
