Eight-year-old Joey Gibson is looking for a new friend. There are no kids to play with in his new neighborhood. Dad's new job keeps him busy, and Mom is preoccupied with Joey's baby sister. So Joey spends most of his time alone, in a world of imagination--a world of knights and spaceships and monsters.So when strange voices start coming up into his bedroom from under the house, Joey begins to wonder where imagination ends and reality begins.Everything seems okay when Joey meets the source of the voice, another young boy named Tyler.
