The Dragon's Web: A No-Holds-Barred Action Thriller
The Dragon pulls strings. JV Solanki snaps them.JV Solanki was just killing time. A concrete bench at Ulsoor Lake. A quiet morning before a flight out of Bengaluru. Then he saw the tail.
Clumsy. Obvious. Predatory.
As an ex-military operative, JV knows the signs of a hunt. The target is Prachi Shetty, a woman carrying secrets men are willing to kill for. He could have minded his own business. He could have caught his plane.
He didn’t.
One split-second decision pulls JV into a high-stakes conspiracy involving corrupt officials and a ruthless Chinese intelligence agent. From the crowded streets of Bengaluru to the unforgiving shadows of the Nallamala Forest, the rules of engagement have changed.
They think they’ve trapped a lone wolf. They’re wrong. They’ve just stepped into his killing floor.
A no-holds-barred action thriller featuring a protector who never backs down.

JV mostly like Jack Reacher, here plays Rambo. the book is an action-packed espionage and conspiracy thriller featuring former Para Special Forces officer Jai Veer (JV) Solanki, who is drawn into a dangerous investigation involving an international network—suggested by the “Dragon” reference, often associated with Chinese intelligence, organized crime, or geopolitical intrigue. Like the other books in the series, the story combines national-security threats, covert operations, political conspiracies, and relentless action. Starts with Ulsoor Lake in Bangalore,Karnataka to Kurnool, Nalla Malla Forests in Andhra Pradesh, North East in India, Burma
It’s all about :
* Espionage and intelligence operations
* National security threats
* International conspiracies
* Betrayal and hidden agendas
* Courage, loyalty, and sacrifice
About JV Solanki ( Jai Veer Solanki )
JV Solanki is a recurring protagonist in the series—a former elite soldier and intelligence operative who repeatedly finds himself confronting powerful enemies, from terrorists and criminal syndicates to political conspirators. He is often compared by readers to Lee Child’s Jack Reacher, but in a distinctly Indian setting. Ultimately it’s a page turning thriller and I would give the story which is his latest 4 stars.
