A Persuasion variation where eight years have passed and Wentworth is visiting Uppercross, home of Anne Elliot.
An enjoyable short story

I was a bit befuddled why some of the background was changed, but no matter. What a lot of angst Anne and Wentworth avoided with just a little bit of frank discussion - which was surprisingly believable even if the inevitable conclusion was perhaps a wee be rushed. I can't resist a Persuasion adaptation.
