She’s seen her own murder a thousand times. The only thing worse than meeting her killer… is falling in love with him.

But when Tink finally comes face to face with the Nomad, the man from her nightmares, he doesn’t try to kill her. Instead, he asks for her help. His proposal? Join him in a dangerous heist with a prize Tink can’t refuse—her stolen voice.
The only thing more terrifying than working alongside her future killer? Falling in love with him.
Stealing Tink is a dark fantasy romance filled with enemies-to-lovers tension, winged fae, a brilliant villain love interest, a daring heist, and just a touch of faerie dust. While this is book five in the The Lost Girl Series, it follows Tink instead of Wendy and can be read as an entry point to the series.
This was a fun one! Tink was a great character to follow. I hardly ever read heist books. It still had a dark atmosphere but definitely not as dark as the previous four books that followed Wendy. I actually swooned several times. The plot execution was kind of chaotic; however, the interesting characters made up for it. I just love this author’s writing. I hope we get more books in this world.
Even though it’s a standalone, my opinion is that this should be read AFTER the other four books to avoid spoilers.
📖 content 📖 kisses only no profanity references to abuse, one torture scene, murder, allusion to past SA, mention of human trafficking and slavery
I love this author so much and while I love Tink, the twist and ending of this was a bit disappointing. The love story didn’t sell me like the og couple, the plot got lost super fast…I want more of them and am sad I will not get any as well as frustrated with the lack of ending.
We didn’t get his story, his explanation, his perspective on finding her and loving her. It was passed on to other awe don’t even know….it felt so removed and I passionate—-the opposite of what she seems to do so well.
This is book 5 in the series and picks up after book 3, but if you don’t read these in order, you’ll hit major spoilers—so I highly recommend reading from the beginning.
✨After almost a month, I still can’t put into words how much I love this book… this series… this author.
If you love high-stakes heists, mysterious characters, fates and fae, slow burn, and a burn-the-world-down-for-her love story, this is it!!
Taylor is the queen of twists and jaw dropping endings that send your mind spiraling back through the story, making you see everything in a whole new light. ✨

I devoured "Stealing Tink" in two days. Like all the books in "The Lost Girl Series," I dove headfirst into this dark world. While a little less heavy-handed than the previous ones, the stakes are no less high for our new heroine. She's new in the sense that Tink wasn't the main character in the first four books, but here, the author gives her a voice. We delve into the mind of a woman silenced by one of the Fate sisters. A woman who wants to reclaim what was hers: her voice, her life, her freedom. The Nomad offers her the perfect heist to steal her voice back. And to do so, she must overcome her terror and past traumas. She must ally herself with more than just a potential enemy... As always, the approach to difficult subjects is perfectly handled, with tact, dismantling and overcoming preconceived notions. The tension between the different characters is brilliantly exploited, and the betrayals are anything but predictable. The world is as magical and dark as ever, but just as enchanting. The ending left me speechless (!) and— !! Spoiler alert !! — I can't wait to start the previous series: "The Severed Realms." I loved it, 5 ✨!
Spoiler!! - j'ai hâte de commencer la série précédente : « The Severed Realms ». J'ai adoré, 5 ✨
Beautiful, heart wrenching, bittersweet, surprising, satisfying. The twist was unexpected but not unwelcome. While I loved Wendy’s storyline, I think I loved Tink’s even more. (Some of that is because I love the Shattered Realms series so much.) I am so glad TAL gave us closure on multiple fronts! Now I almost feel like reading all her books again….
Trying to put my thoughts and feelings into words but I feel a bit like how I do at the close of a movie when words appear on the screen saying,
T.A Lawrence once again has created a fantastic read! Who doesn't love a good heist story with fun/weird group of misfits coming together to accomplish a goal?! And some good "touch her a die" scenes ?
I did want a little more from the Nomad's perspective- this felt lacking in the story and rushed/overlooked. But overall still an enjoyable read.
Highly recommend reading ALL of her other books before this one to fully grasp the significance of that fantastic ending 🤯
As the other books in this series, Stealing Tink did not dissapoint. It exceeded my expectations. I loved every second and didn't expect such a wonderful easter egg hidden in this book. If you have read Severed Realms you must read it. You will love it. Promised.
