A great design with very good walks but let down by inaccuracies. Just on one walk it mentions Nell Gwynn as being the mistress of Charles I instead of Charles II and that Dante Gabriel Rossetti appeared to have been married to his sister! Proofreading would have helped this book enormously.

My parents have got this book as we do a lot of day trips to London. It is a fascinating read and really does lift the lid on hidden London. For instance there is a windmill, who know?!

I'm looking forward to actually doing some of the walks and seeing these things in real life.
