This book accompanied me for a large portion of my initial healing, and during the COVID-19 era when the libraries were closed. It has been an amazing tool and has become a bit like an old friend. The book contains an assortment of quotes, wisdom, and activities that will help you on your healing journey. You have to do the work to get the most out of it. Take care and be gentle with yourself, you deserve your healing.
I found this book really helpful, and recommend it for anyone going through a difficult time after the loss of a significant relationship. The tools and exercises are not always easy, but they are necessary in the healing process. In the end, the reader will feel better about themselves and their situation.

First part of the book was great, unfortunately the second part I did not find it so interesting. Still I believe is worth reading it as it gives a different way to see a tough and complicated situation
