Fated mates? Trials? Monsters? Spice? What's not to love? This was a wondeful book. I loved Miza, and all of the kings were such interesting characters. I loved the plot and world building. The islands truly felt like a gorgeous area. And Kiki! So adorable. I only wish we had seen more of her! Overall, great story. I can't wait to see what else happens in this world!

I’ve read a few monster romances before, but this was my first book by Lexi Foss, and I am officially hooked!

I absolutely loved the dynamic between Ika and Zael. The hatred, the comedy, the constant butting heads?! 😂 And then throw Tiru into the mix and somehow it gets even better. Their whole love/hate dynamic had me laughing and completely invested in seeing how everything would play out.

And Miza?! I LOVED her.

I loved watching her learn more about her monsters, her fated mates, and most importantly, herself. There’s this craving inside her to understand who she is and to finally accept every part of herself, and I loved watching that journey unfold.

And the way her men support her through it?! 🥹❤️‍🔥

Yes, there’s heat. Yes, she BURNS for her monsters. 🔥 But their relationship had so much more to it than that, and I loved seeing each of them give Miza the support and acceptance she needed.

But can we talk about KIKI?!

I NEED ONE. 😂

She absolutely stole a little bit of the show every single time she appeared, and I loved every second of it.

One of my favorite surprises was the mystery woven throughout the story. This wasn’t just a “hello sexy monster, I burn for you” kind of book. 😂 There was an actual oooooh, what the heck is going to happen next?! element that kept me turning the pages and made the story even more addictive.

The relationship between the guys really drove this book for me, they are rival kings and absolutely antagonise each other which created some amusing moments; but they are completely obsessed with our FMC when they realise who she is to them and definitely show a sweet and possessive side 😍 our FMC goes through a real journey of self discovery and has realistic reactions to what’s going on around her 👑 the spice between them is intense and prepare for monster appendages 🤪
I found the pacing a little inconsistent, sometimes it felt quite slow and I found myself skim reading to the new bit and then some of it seemed to flow by. I found the ascension scene a little confusing and it wasn’t until one of the characters explained what was happening that it made sense (that might just be me not following) and I would have liked to have seen more of Kiki as it definitely seemed like she would be a key character at the start.
Overall a fair read 🙂

Another great read, as usual when it comes to Lexi.

This book was a great time. I loved the men and I loved Miza. Ika was a complete menace and he no qualms about being one. His nicknames for the other Zael and Tiru were great, though I think his nicknames for Tiru were the best. It's not often that Lexi does men that are rivals or enemies, but this was done well and I enjoyed the tension between the three of them. There's no sexual tension, but it's very clear that all three of them don't like each other, despite the circumstances that they find themselves in. Watching them slowly come to the realization that Miza was never going to choice between the three of them and they were stuck with each other was quite amusing.

I also loved the hint of a mystery that we got in this book. Things are occurring that shouldn't be and fingers are kind of being pointed everywhere.

This world is a world that I really enjoy, and I was so glad the three authors decided to come back to it. I would highly recommend this book and other others that are in the Monster Night and Monster Games world.

Spicy, intriguing and fun. If you like monster romance, this one is a good one. Two dragons, each with their own special spicy funtime surprises, and a tentacle-y kraken.
Miza is an Offering in this Monster Games, as we return the world of Monster Island. Miza, a human, has always felt like the sea has a vendetta against her, it seems something always tries to drown her. Zael, the king in charge of the human offerings is not happy that his enemies are coming to join the games. He immediately begins looking for why they might be coming, and it doesn't take long to find Mika with a creature that doesn't belong in this realm. Ika, the stealth dragon, and Tiru, the kraken will be participating, and he's not happy about it. Especially when Ika starts to meddle and Zael, Ika, and Tiru are all becoming obsessed with Miza. Not everything is as it seems, they still can't figure out who is meddling with their lives and pulling strings - even as they move forward with falling for the intriguing human.

Oh My Freaking Gosh , what the heck did I just read , I loved , just loved every single second, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t read paranormal romance at all . Miza was such a kick@ss heroine . And her guys well each was just so different and multi layered it was pretty much impossible to choose a fave . I have to say I dld not see all the twists and turns coming either , I was literally speechless and on the edge of my seat in anticipation from beginning to end. We start the story off meeting Miza and how she is an offering for the Monster Games. Soon we meet the three kings and I absolutely loved Ika and his personality. The banter that he shares with the other two,Zale and Tiru, was hilarious at times. The story is packed with mystery, action, and suspense. It drew me in and didn’t let go from the very beginning. The way they come together and learn how to work together is fantastic. While they hate each other they still have respect. I loved how we are given the monster worlds and in the end they all somehow connect with each other. Then near the end there was a huge bomb dropped and my goodness it made a spectacular ending. Definitely a fantastic read that read didn’t disappoint.

I love monster romance so I was super excited at the sound of this book. Humans as offerings to participate in mating games...what could go wrong?

I thought the story felt flat.
Miza just reads as this submissive quiet lost woman. She kinda stands mute as things are happening to her.

And yeah...by 41% she decides to be more bold, but by then I'm already bored of her.

Then we have this whole back and forth of this is mate circle and I need to get them to understand and get their heads out of their butts to join...but maybe I'll kill her.

Idk ...it just felt so repetitive and the characters felt soooooo flat.

I loved the connection Miza made with each of her males but Ira constantly being a menace and getting away with it were my favorite parts.

So this was my first Lexi ARC but not my first Lexi book. Oh boy!! Where to start 😮‍💨…I didn’t know who was bad and who was good the MAJORITY of the book. The way you had me guess then changing my mind 2 pages later…ooofff! More on that later but the way I was sucked in and it didn’t let me go was amazing and this book…well she THIC!! (Not quite 2 Cs but she’s hefty nonetheless) So for that well done madam!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You definitely captured what I love about an RH! You gave us the sensitive and mushy one, the chaotic yet understanding one, and the one with more passion than he knows what to do with. But together they provide the perfect balance of what she needs!

Now onto hardcore fan girling over the plot.

The twists and turns were unreal! At first I thought the bad guy had to be Seren. Then the way Celina acted like a spoiled brat I thought oh no she’s out for revenge. Then Mariana being sketchy as hell I thought well maybe it’s her. Then Farrah being cold towards Miza had me questioning her. But then you drop the bomb that there is no bad guy other than self doubt 🤯. But also love that!!!

I do wish we could’ve gotten more Kiki because she just sounds so sassy and cute!!

Also, you did have me worried there for a sec when Miza was talking about her training and you had me thinking one of the instructors was abusing his power while “teaching” them but it wasn’t brought up again so I was happy for that.

I did love how Mariana came back in the end
To ask to join the next games in the epilogue. Love a good redemption! Also, the breeding kink without pregnancy 🤌🏼 perfect!! Love it!! That is my number 1 ick and instant DNF trope. So very well done! 🖤

Okay, first of all… I LOVE the way Lexi creates stories that completely suck you in and make it impossible to put the book down. There is just something about the way she writes her characters and their stories that has me so invested, and this book was no exception!

I honestly wish there was MORE. 😭 The ending was amazing, and I really loved how everything came together, but at the same time, I was absolutely NOT ready to say goodbye to these characters. I finished the book and immediately had that “Wait… that’s it?! I NEED MORE!” feeling. 😂

One of my favorite things about this book was that one of the MMCs reminded me so much of my favorite MMC from another one of Lexi’s books, Midnight Fae Academy—Shade. 🖤 Now, they are definitely very different characters, but I loved noticing little personality traits that reminded me of him. I LOVE when an author brings certain character qualities to life in different stories because it gives you that little spark of familiarity while still letting the character be their own person.

And Miza?! I absolutely loved her! She is such an amazing FMC, and I was completely invested in her story. I loved getting to watch everything unfold for her.

And that TWIST?! 👀 I genuinely did NOT see it coming. My brain had already decided what was going to happen, and I was completely wrong. 😂 Honestly, I love when a book manages to surprise me like that because it makes the reading experience so much more fun!

The ONLY reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because I wanted MORE. That’s literally it. 😂 The story had an amazing ending, but I was not emotionally prepared to be done. I wanted more scenes, more time with the characters, MORE EVERYTHING.

So while I absolutely loved this book, I’m also sitting here feeling personally offended that it had to end. 😂😭 Lexi, why would you do this to me?!

Definitely another captivating and addictive read from Lexi, and I already know I’ll be thinking about these characters for a while!

A caress to my soul. 💜 I was deeply in a bookslumb exhausted by all the new releases, deadlines for arc reading and not enjoying reading at all. I did not even remember signing up for an arc to this book - However it was meant to be, because I saw it in my mailbox and I instantly felt a spark of joy,, of curiosity, of eagerness to pick up this book. I have been eyeballing this book since the first announcement and I am deeply grateful for the chance to be one of the first reading this book, so thank you Lexi for sending me an e-arc.
As mentioned before I had my eye on this book and have been eagerly awaiting for its release - for whoever is still waiting release day is almost upon us! I adore the monster universe and the trials for their mates/brides. Lexi has a way of pulling me in and not releasing me until the end and even then I am still wrapped up (in tentacles anyone.. ) and can't wait for the next book.
This book was such a warm hug for me, I love the story, the romance , the relationships and have you seen the artwork for this book *HOT*! I fell for the different personalities of our monsters, the cheekiness, the banter, the sexy scenes, the cleverness and all wrapped up in one amazing standalone book.
If you like monsters, mate trials, why choose and hot as sin romance definitely recommend it !

Another great book from Lexi C. Foss! It was so fun exploring a different area of the world where the Monsters Night takes place. Plus, hellllooooo tentacles!

Miza is an interesting character, and I really feel kind of bad for all of the confusion she experienced. It was fun, though, and it was so cool to see her finally come into her true self! And Ika. Oh, I love him. Sorry to the others, but he’s definitely my favorite.

The world building is fantastic, as usual. I do wish that we could have gotten a little more time between Miza, Seren, and Celina, though. It just felt weird that a particular bomb was dropped before they basically vanished. Aside from that, though, I think the story is wonderfully written. I felt just as confused as Miza during some particular scenes of hers, which was actually pretty cool, in my opinion, to be experiencing it all right along with her!

Overall, I give the book 4/5 stars and 3.5/5 spice.

Lexi C. Foss has done it again. Their Royal Pet had everything I want in a why-choose romance: possessive and devoted men, a heroine who is impossible not to love, plenty of chemistry, and that addictive feeling of watching the relationship develop between all of them. ❤️

I was completely hooked from the beginning and honestly didn’t want to put it down. The dynamic between the characters was one of my favorite parts, and I loved seeing how protective and obsessed they became with her. Give me men who are completely gone for their woman and I am VERY happy. 😂

The romance, the tension, the worldbuilding, and the characters all came together so well, and I loved the overall vibe of this book. It gave me exactly the kind of reading experience I was hoping for.

Definitely a five-star read for me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m already looking forward to spending more time in this world.

I found this a very entertaining story that was hard to put down. The whole setting of the “monster games “set part of the tone of what to expect in this human/monster/water focussed world. Miza was so easy to identify with – particularly initially – which made it that much more satisfying to see her story unfold. I had to smile at the very unique personalities of Ika, Zael and Tiru. Each had a very different voice and manner of interacting with Miza and the others. Sassy yet playful, some of their banter kept me smiling and reading on. The author did a wonderful job building the plot and slowly leading us through some of the big reveal at the end. I enjoyed reading the story and look forward to reading another one in this series.

Their dynamic pulled me in because there was so much tension, possessiveness, and chemistry between them. I especially loved seeing how their feelings grew and how they each brought something different to the relationship.

The characters really made this story for me. I found myself invested in their journey and wanting to see how everything would play out. Add in the royal setting, drama, and spice, and this was such an addictive read for me.

Mira is a human offering to the Monster Games or we thought was human. She catches the attention of not one but three kings!

All the other offerings have to dye their hair while Mira has natural pink hair. She catches Zael's attention the night before the choosing by practicing and breaking rules!

Ika has known about Mira for years! He thinks he has a new gift that was planted.

Tiru finds his fated mate in Mira. But Tiru's kind only find fated mates in Sirens.
So many forces working in the background to make sure Mira gets to where she is supposed to be! The three ☠️ monsters that kneel for their queen!

The world building was a major part of the story and I enjoyed the characters. While its not missing, I wish there was more with Seren and Celina at the end.

This was a paranormal, RH, Hunger Games like read with monsters. A dragon king, a kraken queen, and a stealth dragon king, and a genetically altered human. The kings are all rivals and the story is that humans are offerings for monsters to claim as mates. These humans are entered into “monster games” where they compete against each other and courted. There’s political alliances, rivals, and shenanigans that happen throughout the story that keeps you guessing. There’s claiming and therefore quite a bit of spice in this book. It was an entertaining read and I enjoyed it!

In this monster world we find ourselves possibly in a future Earth where humans are kept, trained, and protected for the purpose of becoming a mate to a monster.

Miza is a candidate who suddenly finds herself the center of attention for not one, but three monsters. Not only that, but the games don’t seem to be going the way she has been taught they go…

A very spicy reverse harem with a very interesting HEA ending. I would have liked just a little bit more info on the twist at the end. Overall, a great read.
