Casey Lynn is not ready to die yet. There is still so much she wants to experience in life. She wants to grow old with the man who loves her, and have his children, and watch them grow up. Her wish is granted and she is given a second chance at life, but she is unprepared for the consequences.
I found this on a free book app, which didn't give any description of the book I was picking. I tried to find books that weren't overly heavy, but whose covers weren't overly supernatural or romantic looking. With that very specific criteria in mind, I was pleasantly surprised by how well Second Chances was written. A lot of these self-publication sites are populated by books that aren't edited, and sometimes aren't even proofread. While the story took a turn for the sappy and inspirational at the end, over all it was not offensive - and I would probably even read other books by this author. And isn't that the real point of these publication sites?
FYI, lanixo plagiarized the story Second Chances. She copied the story Circle Dance, a Jax & Brenda fanfic written by Jan and claimed it as her own. She only changed the characters names.
Jan wrote the story in early 2000, so lanixo can't claim Jan copied her.
Please, if anyone sees this story Second Chances by lanixo posted anywhere else, inform the place its posted on that the story is plagiarized and to remove the story.
A different story...where something happens that i am sure you have never heard of...but it gives a second chance to not only casey but also carter to find love again and this time it will be true ...bound by the path cassandra took, casey has to prove that she is not the same cassandra everyone believes her to be...she has to prove to her husband and heal not only her heart but his as well...a truly amazing book!
By far the best book I have read on Wattpad. The story, the characters, the plot were just perfect. And therefore deserves to go on my Goodreads 'read' list. (Because I normally don't rate Wattpad books)
I highly recommend this story. I never go back to the stories I have already read but something about this story makes me want to read it again again. Wonderful experience.
