Love the show business feel of the cover art and the 'big stage' first impression of this comic book's presentation.
Some people are dreamers because they feel so good about themselves that they wish to use their known abilities to soar to new heights and make a bigger contribution to the world .. while there are others that dream out of desperation to provide an escape to the harshness of their undesirable awaken reality. Dandy is the latter.
He allows his imagination to take him places and make him someone in his mind that his current circumstances would never allow him to be in real life. But the book then shows us that all good things start in the mind at inception. Only then do you give yourself the chance to make those dreams a reality if you are stubborn enough to believe in yourself despite the world doubting your greatness.
If you can dream it then you can achieve it, so live to your full potential and dream BIG!

A Charming Yet Slightly Brief Moral Tale

As expected, the story follows a typical moral plot, but it never gets boring. The illustrations appear to be AI-generated, but the character consistency is maintained well enough that it doesn't feel jarring. However, I wish it were a bit longer with a wider variety of events unfolding.

Dandy is a charming graphic novel about Andrew, an orphanage kid with a secret — by night he's a star performer at a magical nightclub only he can see. The artwork is vivid and expressive. I loved both the wise-cracking rat sidekick, and the message: that believing in yourself is the first step to becoming who you're meant to be. A feel-good read for anyone who's ever been told to stop dreaming.

I love watching Andrews journey in his mind to performing in front of a live audience
I never quite caught I guess what he performed
but he was a performer whatever he did
Whether it be singing or magic or what

This is the first graphic novel I have actually read. I’ve glanced at them in the past but never really paid attention until now. The artwork is excellent, well done! I also liked the stories. You held my interest, and stayed with the storyline without digressing. The dialogue and artwork were 100 percent complimentary. Nice work on the cover as well, good job — two thumbs up.
