Nació en Oviedo el 6 de septiembre de 1925. Su infancia se vio fuertemente marcada por la muerte de su padre, fallecido cuando apenas tenía dieciocho meses de edad. La descomposición del seno familiar continuó durante la Guerra Civil Española, cuando su hermano Manolo fue asesinado por el bando franquista en 1936. Posteriormente su hermano Pedro se exilió por sus actividades republicanas y su hermana Maruja no pudo ejercer como maestra por el mismo motivo. En 1943 enferma de tuberculosis, por lo que inicia un lento proceso de recuperación en Páramo del Sil, donde se aficiona a leer poesía y empieza a escribirla él mismo. Tres años más tarde se halla ya por fin recuperado, aunque siempre arrastrará una insuficiencia respiratoria que al cabo le produciría la muerte, y decide estudiar derecho en la Universidad de Oviedo; en 1950 se traslada a Madrid para estudiar en la Escuela Oficial de Periodismo. El poeta Luis García Montero ha publicado en 2009 Mañana no será lo que Dios Quiera, donde con un lenguaje poético y emocionado cuenta estos primeros años de la vida de Ángel González. Cuatro años después, en 1954, oposita para Técnico de Administración Civil del Ministerio de Obras Públicas e ingresa en el Cuerpo Técnico; le destinan a Sevilla, pero en 1955 pide una excedencia y marcha a Barcelona durante un periodo en el que ejerce como corrector de estilo de algunas editoriales, entablando amistad con el círculo de poetas de Barcelona, formado por Carlos Barral, Jaime Gil de Biedma y José Agustín Goytisolo; en 1956 publicó su primer libro, Áspero mundo, fruto de su experiencia como hijo de la guerra; con él obtuvo un accésit del Premio Adonais. Vuelve a Madrid para trabajar de nuevo en la Administración Pública y conoce al grupo madrileño de escritores de su generación, Juan García Hortelano, Gabriel Celaya, Caballero Bonald y algunos poetas más.

My head was spinning the entire time.

From page one you go through so many emotions. What you initially read, makes you read it again and again then makes you sad. This story was so good. So many twists and turns and secrets. I thought the secrets would come out at the last dinner but we found out even more secrets. Hate I started an ongoing series because now I’m in the corner shaking waiting on book 2!!! Go ahead and add to your list!!!

Bloodline is MESSY!!!!

This was a messy good time🤭. Listen the secrets of this bloodline is like no other. There are so many secret they honestly they don’t have no where to story them so everything about to be laid out to dry.

Now what I will say that the woman were something else. However, Lu was not one the play with but he has a heart and trifling🫣. When that baby needed someone to love her, he didn’t think twice, but who would have thought things would come full circle😔! The other thing is all woman are not meant to be parents. Sweetie had me hot for what she did. Oh let’s not forget about Darryl. This man had an issue with his brother and cause tension since a jit but his real angry is directed at the wrong person🫣! The entire bloodline got secrets and messy.

This read was good but it’s a lot going on. Everyone sleeping with everybody 🤣. Don’t get me wrong you can get the plot and twist of story. I definitely look forward to book 2 because that ending was something else.

Secrets Kill

Great Read… whew, the secrets in this story are something serious. Life-changing, life-altering secrets—the kind that destroy families and rewrite everything you thought you knew. Sisters who don’t know they’re sisters. Children who don’t know their aunties are really their mothers. Sons who don’t realize their uncles are actually their fathers. Lord have mercy, these secrets run deep.

And then the twists just kept coming. She was an informant? Working with the government? What? Every revelation had me shaking my head and needing a moment to process.

I am patiently waiting on Book Two because there is no way you can leave readers hanging like this. I need answers. I need closure. I need more of this story—please and thank you

When it comes to a gripping opening scene… Angel Gonzalez understood the assignment!

Baby, she came out the gate swinging! Opening with an intense bang and ending with a BIG explosion… Concrete Secrets of a Bloodline Boss had me locked in from the very first page!

The characters were scandalous, bold, unapologetic, and bringing ALL the drama! The secrets, betrayal, and unexpected twists kept me turning pages, anxious to see what would happen next.

This is my first time reading this author’s work, but it is most definitely not my last!

Mess, Mess and More Mess!

I had no idea of what to expect here but off rip, there was deception, betrayal, cheating, secrets, lies, backstabbing and whatever else you can name. All in a very small circle. Erybody is a damn main character because they all intertwine with the madness. I don't know who to like. Who to feel sorry for or nothing. What I do know is this ending has me going straight into book 2 because book 3 is live and I gosta know. This here is a damn ride fo sho!!

This book was so fucking good. I was looking for a book that had minimal sex scenes and a lot more drama. This shit had me on the edge of my seat because as I’m reading, I’m putting two and two together and man. I’m blowing the fuck away. I’m on to book number two. I think I just found a new author.

The plot be twisted
