How To Run a Zero Defects Program

Rate this book
Weak leadership and a lack of teamwork are a formula for Quality Disaster. That's because leaders actually have the option to have work done right--or Not! Products and Services look exactly like the leader who produced them."How To Run a Zero Defects Program" uses football illustrations as a metaphor to explain how a leader (the Coach) can improve the quality of the work.Football is very much like your business--any business. This is competition, management, plans, supervision, measurement, and rules.Mistakes hurt; just like in your business. In fact, the team with the fewest turnovers, interceptions, fumbles, and penalties will almost always win the game. Just like your business.
