Until the Fireflies Fade

Rate this book
In Magnolia Falls, nothing stays secret for long—especially when the town’s favorite gossip column is watching.

Charlotte Matthews has a plan for everything. Her career. Her future. Her emotions. Falling for her boss was never part of it.

Beckett Thornton didn’t come back to Magnolia Falls looking for trouble—but trouble found him anyway. Sharp-tongued. Stubborn. Impossible to ignore. And suddenly the woman he can’t stop thinking about is working under him.

Their chemistry is undeniable. Their timing is terrible.

And the town is already talking.

Sneaking around turns into stolen glances. Late nights turn into something deeper. And lines they swore they’d never cross start to blur. But in a town built on rumors, can two people choose each other without everything falling apart?

A small-town enemies-to-lovers romance with heat, heart, and a happily-ever-after.

Hannah Elders writes small-town romance with slow-burn tension, gentle spice, and big feelings. She loves stories about second chances, best friend’s brother tropes, and the kind of love that grows quietly but stays for good.

When she’s not writing, you can usually find her chasing cozy moments, dreaming up new stories, or getting lost in a good romance novel. Until the Magnolia Blooms is her debut novel.

It took me a second to get on board with Beckett as a character, but once I got him, I loved him. The vibes of this book show such a different side to Magnolia Falls that I can’t wait to unpack more!! Also I want to spend a weekend at Charlotte’s house, it sounds like a dream.
