Scotty has watched the Nest slowly empty out, but there’s something not right with the place he calls home. Something is changing.
Aiden is trying his hardest to be a good son, and a reluctant brother, but he keeps seeing unmasked villains in his civilian life. He’s also trying really hard not to miss Scotty after their last break up, which he’s doing… poorly.
When they run into each other while Scotty’s undercover in a harebrained adventure, Aiden reluctantly joins his mission to figure out what’s really going on with Harpy, her master plan and the weird occurrences at the Nest. The more they work together, the more they can’t help falling into old habits, and beds, but something is lurking and it seems to be centring around mission control.
Once again I'm pulled back into this series and it's just an absolute incredible and enticing world that I want to bury myself in. Each book gets better and better as we learn more about the world and the characters, new and previous.
The writing is beautifully done as always, the plot and spice is just so intriguing I can't help but read it all in one sitting and just devour the whole thing.
Absolutely an incredible series and I cant wait to see what's next!
