I wonderful and powerful resource for any transitioning Veteran, written by a Subject Matter Expert. Any Veteran who goes into the transition process unsure of how to market themselves and/or thinking that they could fill in and take a number of positions and/or work for a number of companies would greatly benefit from reading this book and understanding the huge difference between being able to work the position, and convincing a hiring manager of such. If you can't sell yourself, you'll lose the job to another individual who can every time and this book teaches exactly that...
